Bamboo grows up to one meter per day and can therefore be harvested in large quantities without endangering the stock.

Arrived promptly and more sturdy than I thought. At first, I found it hard to sit on but when I worked out the technique (kneel first, place over the backs of the legs and then sit) the feeling and comfort was amazing, making meditating for longer periods much easier. I gave only 4/5 stars as the magnets are ineffective (as other reviews have stated). Would save money and avoid disappointment by leaving them out altogether. Would definitely recommend this product.
For my height etc, this bench is close to perfect. Tried several and this one has definitely been the best. If I were to modify it I would probably make it 1cm taller as I am 6ft1 it very very slightly touches my heel but doesn’t cause pain even after long sits
Das Bnkchen sieht wertig aus und ist bequem. Ich bin Christ und verwende es zum Beten. In dieser knieenden Haltung kann man sich wirklich viel besser konzentrieren. Praktisch finde ich auch, dass man es zusammenklappen kann und somit gut verstauen kann.
Con este banco he encontrado lo que buscaba, poder meditsr en una postura cmoda sin estar del todo relajada. Muy prctico para viajar y slido para mis 70 kilos. Lo recomiendo 100%
La nica pega es que yo no tengo mucha felxibilidad en los pies (me cuesta estirar bien el pie hacia atrs) y tengo problemas para hacer la postura del mahometano por lo que pongo el banco encima de dos bloques de yoga (uno a cada lado) y entonces si que puedo sentarme bien.
Espero con el tiempo no tener que utilizar los bloques.
Able to sit zazen on it for about 6 hours per day with little difficulty. Stool is attractive to look at and well made. Cloth carry case much less well made. It arrived with a broken zip and dirty marks on one side. Such a shame to detract from the stool itself in this way.
I really like this meditation stool because its strong, sturdy and robust.
The stool is made of polished Bamboo and has an excellent finish. I have tried other stools which are crudely made from pine, this one is far superior. Because it’s sturdy it is quite heavy, although it does come with a carry bag.
As others have said the magnets, although a great idea, don’t seem to do much and are definitely ineffective on my stool which is a shame. However, I can live with this.
Very good craftsmanship the wood is super smooth and well put together you do have to ensure the legs are fully extended before use but easily folds and comes with a neat carry bag
