Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSturdy enough for what I need it for so far, purchased as I was fed up with the squirrels pinching birds food this has taught them to stay out of the garden, only disappointment is that it doesn’t shoot as far as advertised nor seems to be as powerful as advertised

Great water guns, bought for a massive school water fight, they fired water extremely well the only downside they are stiff to open and close therefore the children could t do this without help

Literally bought these for an end of year water fight for my girls, they loved them, easy to fill, pump back and spray, decent range with the water. All in all a decent buy.

There is no trigger on this, but the pump action is formidable. Holds almost a litre, with a 15 to 20 feet range and suitable for most kids as it’s very robust and can take being “chucked on the floor” without breaking.
But I got this to ward off pigeons, as they are greedy and eat food put out for other birds.
    * Due to success of my first purchase, a friend requested two more for her grandchildren to play with.
Have to say the price had increased from 10.99 to 14.99 in 2-3 weeks.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this to help rid my garden of cats that keep leaving excrement on my lawn. They certainly don’t like it, but obviously I have to see them to sprinkle them. I have had a lot less dung since I started using it. The only downside is that it leaks a bit, so leave it outdoors or in a bucket.

This was purchased to humanely chase cats and squirrels which weren’t welcome in the garden. So far, the squirrel menace continues to mess up the planters and bird feeders before scuttling off and the cat hasn’t paid a visit in days after destroying a nest of dunnocks! Could be they’ve seen the super soaker and don’t want to take a chance?!!! The item itself works very well although it tends to leak water if left sitting on a surface so if keeping it loaded, leave it on a tray or basin to catch the leakage.

I haven’t managed to hit one of a few cats that frequent my garden in pursuit of the wild birds. Not really been the weather for many unwanted visitors but having tried it out it has a great range so hopefully will do the trick when the time comes!!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersWhy did I, a grown man with no kids, purchase this? To squirt at a large unfriendly semi-feral cat which attacks mine repeatedly (and sometimes requires a vet trip).

The range is quite good, i can sneak up on this monster and squirt from a distance or break up a fight from a distance. I can’t tell really if it’s deterring the cat from entering my garden, but it at least scares it off in the short term.

As for use as a toy? Sure it’s probably fine.

These are good for some serious water battles. The dual output means a high amount of water is pumped, which empties the gun quickly but also lead to a good soaking.

They are better for 6 years plus as you need a bit of strength to fire them as it’s all based on pumping – the two we got didn’t leak much (or at least not more than expected) and seem to be holding up well.

Good value, good fun and you can get very wet indeed if hit with a full blast!

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersI bought this as a gift for my son. He loves it and shoots it almost daily. Double water streams mean double the fun! Its easy to operate using a pump action. It fills on the pull out and works best if you angle the gun slightly skywards when pulling out. It shoots on the push back in giving decent range and power with an average accuracy. It holds enough for 20 to 30 shots per fill up

Unlike cheap water guns this product is durable and is built to last.

    Highly recommended

5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality watergu

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersHaving had super soakers when I was a child, we got my son the scatterblast soaker last year. After getting annoyed with him soaking us all the time we thought every member of the family should get one. We bought this one and also a splash mouth and they are great. The old 90’s pressurised soakers had more power but these are still great and can be refilled quicker and seem to be more reliable. The single stream splash mouth gets 10-12m range so is great from further away whilst the twin tide and some of the other bigger soakers have less range but larger tanks and more jets. The twin tide leaks less than some of the others so you can leave it lying on its side where the splash mouth leaks if left on it’s side. All of them have advantages and disadvantages. All in all, most of these guns are good but some have better reviews than others and some of the better soakers are the smaller ones.
