I love this pack for day hiking. It would probably be enough for overnight even. very comfortable, giving me plenty of ventilation for my back. Even got to use the rain cover for a pop-up shower or two. quick deploy and stuff stayed dry. Though, I may put a drybag liner in it and skip the rainfly, using the bottom zip pouch for something else.

Comodissimo, leggero e capiente.
Ho usato lo zaino durante lunghe camminate estive. Pur tenendolo in spalla per pi di sei ore alla fine della giornata non sentivo nessun fastidio o dolore. L’areazione della spalla perfetta, si suda poco.

Excelente mochila, pequea para un da de senderismo. Me ha resultado muy comoda y prctica, sin sudores traseros, excelente transpiracin. Vale la pena pagar su precio.

A great rucksack
You get what you pay for with Osprey they sell great products. This new version Hikelite 18 is an improvement on the previous version Hikelite 26 I also own as the side pockets are higher so they hold my drink bottle far more securely preventing it falling out when I put the rucksack on and take it off which does happen with my 26.
Most comfortable daypack eve
Sturdy, well made, with its own raincover and the ingenious way of keeping the weight from sitting on your back which means you do not get a sweaty back. Really comfortable and the 2 straps make it even more so. It seems small but it fits in everything you need for a day hike, including extra microfleece, hat, spare socks and gloves plus lunchbox, snacks etc. Drink pouches are nice and tall. Top small pocket has keyring to safely secure your car key as well as making them instantly accessible. Worth the extra money.
Trägt sich super und viel plafür Tageswanderunge
So, nun kann ich was schreiben. Hab den Rucksack nun eine Woche im Einsatz in Sdtirol. Immer fr Tagesausflug gepackt. Jetzt im Herbst. Etwas warmes, Regenschutz, was zum Essen und Wechselwsche. Stcke an der Seite. Und da wo der Regenschutz untergebracht ist, noch erste Hilfe Sachen. Trgt sich gut. Klare Empfehlung.
Werde meiner Frau auch reinen kaufen. Ihrer lst sich gerade auf.
Great purchase
Bought to go day hiking in Greece, so wanted a small pack which didn’t make my back sweaty.
Used it for 9 days and barely noticed I was wearing it, probably due to the frame which kept it where I wanted it.
Appears to be well made.
Pole carrying straps worked very well.
Side pockets hold water bottles securely, even 1.5 litre plastic ones.
The opening can be a bit a bit small, but you can’t put very large objects inside anyway as it’s only 18 litre capacity. Did make accessiing small objects at the bottom of the bag a bit more fiddly than my old pack.
Rain cover fitted easily and worked well (yes, it did rain in Greece).

A neat well constructed small Backpack. Adjustable, comfortable and the airflow back system lessens back sweat.
Usual Osprey quality. Fairly short pack so ideal for Cycling, which is what I chose it for , along with it’s minimalistic design, only having the main compartment, a small inside flap pocket for keys or phone , and side bottle holder. The multi pocket ones are fine if one has a good memory. Not the lightest pack due to the rigid part in the back system. Only had it a week or so . Cannot comment on longevity but it looks and feels like it will outlive me.

I materiali impiegati sono di qualit. Buono il tessuto e apprezzabile la copertura anti pioggia “a scomparsa” custodita in un vano esterno nel fondo dello zaino (non pu essere asportata la copertura in quanto collegata allo zaino).
La tecnologia dello schienale inoltre favorisce efficacemente la ventilazione, ma non aspettatevi che nelle giornate estive non compaiano aloni di sudore sulla maglia. All’interno presente una tasca per la sacca dell’acqua, che pu tranquillamente contenere un notebook 13/14 pollici. Utile anche la tasca pi piccola, ma comunque spaziosa, per tenere chiavi, portafoglio.
Il difetto dello zaino il peso. Me lo aspettavo pi leggero. Inoltre, non chiaramente specificata la presenza di un telaio metallico (di piccolo diametro eh, 2/3 mm) intorno allo zaino che evidentemente serve a tenere tesa la rete dello schienale. A mio avviso lo rende poco comodo per un uso quotidiano o per lavoro. Senz’altro un ottimo zaino per hiking o trekking.

Adoro as costas em rede e o ajuste geral desta mochila. Para uma mochila mais pequena, tem caractersticas que se esperam encontrar em mochilas concebidas para excurses mais longas. Embora alguns possam pensar que cara, penso que bem cara para as caractersticas e qualidade que tem.
