Purchased to replaced an existing headset which stopped working. Great value for money & very lightweight. I often forget I have a headset on. All controls are clear & easy to operate. A small grip is that the USB lead is a little short. I would happily recommend this & would purchase again if the need arises.
Based on price this is a great headset, of course not the best on the market but you get what you pay for, sound is fine, comfort not bad, would recommend for this price point, lead could be longe
I have recently lost the hearing in my right ear and my dual headphones were not suitable as they played voices in stereo sending some sound to my left ear and some to my right ear. I could not hear anything through my right ear and so looked for a mono headset which has been great for what I need.
No issues connecting the headset to the PC. The sound is clear and the microphone appears to work well.
The headset is very light and, while a little uncomfortable at first, once you have found a comfortable position for the headband it can be worn for extended periods without issue
Item arrived on time and works fine, although it was not quite as pictured: The headset I recieved is simply USB-A with a non-removable inline volume control built into the cable. There is no 3.5mm-to-USB adapter.
The USB connector is a little unstable – whenever it’s fitted in the socket, the audio feed can cut out if you tug on it; and the cable is fairly short (approx 1m) which means that it’s a little tricky NOT to tug on it during use if the USB port is at an angle, and I’d be wary of the connection getting more flaky over time via regular wear + tear on the cable. I will likely end up getting a braided 1m USB-A extension cable to go with it in order to allieviate the slightly flaky connection – these are currently roughly 5-10 on Amazon.
The audio quality is much better than my previous headset, and the headset is comfortable to wear during long calls (3-4 hours+) but I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing this to double-check that they are fine with a short USB-only cable.
Sound quality is great and it’s comfortable, thought it was a little on the pricy side however. The product quality is acceptable, does feel a little cheap. Only downside is it is USB only which surprises me as a lot of the cheaper versions provide an adapter to move this between USB on the computer and aux on a mobile phone – this function is vital when working from home!
I have been using it for a week on several calls and it works well. The sound quality is good. Personally, I don’t like the red cable but it’s just a matter of preference
Had a previous version for several years so bought its replacement. Works like the old one – so good.
Downsides – the cable is bright red. So a bit gaudy as the rest of it is black. The length of the cable is also shorter than my pervious version so do find myself standing up and yanking it off my head. I guess I will get used to that but irritating until I learn !
Needed a headset to work from home during covid pandemic that was switchable between platforms desktop/laptop. Perfect for the job and being single ear made it easy to listen out for stuff in the home.
My company uses these headsets for Skype calls. The microphone is crystal clear and eliminates background noise. The headstrap is adjustable and comfortable.
The build quality is very good and last us a long time, despite daily use.
