fab Ideal if you happen to have pieces of paper or card that require sticking together. Convenient & sticky. Does the job, more expensive then competitors pretty much just due to the brand, it works better than other stick glues.

5.0 out of 5 stars good glue stick

I have tried other glues but find pritt to be the best for long lasting adhesion. Use for general paper sticking for art. At the time this was the cheapest option for the amount of glue.

Great for filling children’s pencil cases as they always seem to need replacing the most! Best value for money I have found of this brand. The brand is really nice to use as it glides easily, doesn’t dry up and keeps things adhered

its pritt stick, you used it as a toddler to glue paper, now you use it as an adult to make your 3d printer bed adhere better for first layer quality.

Pritt Stik have been around since I was at school, and are still the go-to for school pencil cases. This is a 5 pack, although when I first got the box I thought there were only 4 (4 can be seen on the window of the packaging, the 5th is laying horizontal on top of the others, hidden away!) This is a large size than I was used to at school (30 years ago already ), and each stick is about the width of 3/4 of a loo roll tube. Given how my kids use this stuff at school (which gives a list of must have items for your pencil case), this pack should last about 2 terms I reckon. Good value I think.

Keeps on sticking stuff. Invaluable in many school, office and craft situations. What do you want me to say? We’ve all used it. It’s a good one. Other glue sticks are available that have different properties, but this does the trick most of the time.

    This stick are great.
It was only 4 in pack but still good value on price side.
To be honest it is not specified how many is in pack for sell so kind off buying in the dark. ( but it’s advertised by the side of packs with 5 glue stick – so bit mislead )

Well, can’t find fault with this, it’s like being a kid again sticks paper and card (I’m using 220gsm card) very well without getting glue everywhere or ending up with a hand glued to the desk.

Still on the first stick and I’ve done about 30 A4 size images so far and not halfway through the tube.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersOther stick type glues are not nearly as good. It sticks well, doesn’t make even thin tissue paper wrinkle and remains water soluble even after drying which some other glue sticks don’t.

I use it on fine tissue dressmaking patterns to repair tears or when I’m adding extra pieces when size-grading or altering a design as it can be ironed dry and flat without burning, melting or ruining the iron. I also use it to temporarily stick slippery fabric pieces like velvet and satin together so they don’t shift and slide when going through the sewing machine as it peels apart easily (on fabric) once the seam is stitched and washes out completely in the washing machine once the garment is finished.

This water solubility is also handy if you forget to put the top back on – just dribble some water in and leave overnight with the top back on and it’s good as new.

Excellent price for the large size of this high quality brand. I received 5 sticks in my pack – 4 side by side with a 5th hidden horizontally along the top, not visible in the pack window.

Be aware though that it’s only designed to stick flat paper and card type materials (which it does very well). It won’t work as a proper adhesive on other materials.

It’s made from Potato starch and is completely non-toxic.

Pritt Sticks have been a favourite of mine for many years. Easy to use straight from the tube with the twist up motion so you can use it thinly. I mainly use it for sticking labels onto parcels and my son uses them for sticking things into his school books. They seem to last a long time for us. It has strong adhesion and if you buy it in bulk the price is much better per item, rather than buying a single stick. Would recommend.

I have used many different types and brands of glue in my career as a nanny and children’s worker with the Methodist Church, and I have to say that when it comes to something I want to last I always go for the Pritt Stick Glue! It is not at all messy, and it’s so easy to use, but more importantly if I stick something in a diary or on a report I know it’s not going to flake off and go missing! I have things I glued into visual diaries years ago and they are still stuck firmly in place, and this is true of crafts I’ve done and kept as examples for future reference.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersPritt Stick what can I say about it that the vast majority of the UK population already knows??

I have been using Pritt Stick for literally more than 30 years and still remember vividly being handed one of these at 5 years old and being able to twist the bottom and glue things into a scrap book with no mess or fuss…. I have always hated sticky hands so this really was a revolution for me!

As I say there has always been a stick or two of Pritt Stick around my home ever since. Use it at least once a week for a whole host of purposes were a easy to remove but also sticks well light duty adhesive is required.

Also if the stick dries out due to age or someone leaving the cap off just add a little bit of water (like a few drops) and swirl the stick about a bit on a scrap bit of paper and it will be as good as new.

Still the best in it’s class

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersIn common with many of the reviewers here, I have tried other brands of glue stick, but I find Pritt works the best of all.

I have also recently tried liquid glue – but the technology clearly has not changed since I was at school in 60s, the clear liquid glues soak the paper that you are trying to glue, and take a considerable time to dry..

Pritt spreads smoothly and thinly, without lumps I find (some alternative stick-glues spread in a lumpy fashion)

The size and price for a box of 5 is excellent value.

NOTE: I did receive 5 in my box, but some reviewers only received 4 in a box. If that happens simply email the seller via the Amazon message system, Advise them and ask for your 5th tube. Not only can you get what you have paid for, but they can check the rest of their stock.
