Update: this did work it was the charging cable. Granddaughter is now delighted and I am purchasing two more for my other granddaughters.
Ordered for my granddaughter’s birthday. I wrapped it up and have it last week. She was thrilled but we haven’t been able to get it working and her birthday was after the return date. So complete waste of money and a very disappointed 7 year old!

Bought this for my 4year old sister for her birthday. She absolutely loves it even till now. The camera and video quality is actually quite good. The watch has a lot of fun games some of which she’s still a little to young to understand but will grow into. She loves the music that comes with the watch none stop singing and listening to it.

I love this watch for my daughter she is six and has adhd and breaks thing very easily but this watch has been thrown sat etc and it still work plus it helps her to tell the time which she is struggling with as you can see in picture two different time settings you can have which every is easy for your child to read not much for the trying to down load mucis as we don’t have a computer. She loves taking pictures I would highly recommend this watch for younger kids to learn time and to learn how to take care of watch

It has many other features, it doesn’t have an install app as it is kid friendly however children that are learning responsibility would love this watch and prepare them better for the future.
