    Not the fastest but work
i have a few of these flash drives and they just work. they are not the fastest by any means. i have one that the plastic around the connector has broken off, still works perfectly. i also like the secure access utility that came with there drives, unsure if it still does. as it gives a secure way to protect data when out and about.

    Compact and reliable
Accidentally dropped it on my front lawn and thought it was lost forever. After 2 days of rain I found it and tried it in my USB… works fine! Doesn’t say waterproof on the description but seems to be.

At last I have got the right one.
Arrived on time and, after some others that I have tried that failed, this one is compatible with my Sony Bravia TV. I can now record directly on my television. My Freesat box will only record one programme, whilst watching another, so this allows me to record two programmes and watch one, which is sometimes necessary. Very satisfied with my purchase.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great value
More than I expected & just what I needed with a couple of spares. I’ve used this design before & due to a slight bit of mishandling broke one corner in the USB slot – oops

5.0 out of 5 stars Cheap and cheerful sticks
I wanted a handful of sticks to keep in my backpack when travelling to various office sites and these are ideal. For the price and brand name you can’t really knock’em.

5.0 out of 5 stars Compac
Compact USB drive in a bright green plastic case… No chance I’ll be losing this any time soon. For a USB 2 based flash drive, it’s fast enough. Initially used it to install Windows 11 & now I use it for audiobooks in the car. Still works perfectly fine after a few thousand miles of vibrations, sub-zero nights & hot daytime car temperatures.

5.0 out of 5 stars Handy for playing music collection in car.
Bought this to store and play my music collection (60+ Gb) in my new car. Works a treat and saves my battery on my phone. Easy to set up and play with the added benefit of shuffling my songs. Great buy from a respected company.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best, if not the best flash drives without exaggeration.
One of the best, if not the best! Good capacity and decent read speed. Quite handy and reasonable price. I have many of them (SanDisk flash drives) storing a lot of different types of data in them. I mostly buy from this brand coz they never disappoint me and the drives last for too long.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great just right for the job
I required a memory stick in order that I could update maps for my Jaguar. This required a 39gb usb stick. I had previously tried less known brands which had failed and ended up in the bin. However I was able to complete the update without any issue.

    Go for the biggest capacity
Been using SanDisk for years now and I have never been disappointed. I bought the 16GB version for an specific purpose but I would recommend buying the biggest capacity available.

    Very happy
I got this to see if I can download music to it and plug it into my usb socket in my brand new 2023 Fiat Panda. It works perfectly. I have over 100 songs downloaded on to it. I plugged it in to my Panda Radio USB socket pressed media and it worked first time. I love it. You cant go wrong with SanDisk a good and trustworthy product.

Purchased to mod the Playstation Classic
Saw on another site that these things work 100% of the time when modding the Playstation Classic (the mini one with built in games) to play more games from roms using a firmware downloaded from the Internet. The advice was spot on, worked first time and my daughter had it up and running in a couple of hours. If you’re planning to extend the lifespan of your PS Classic, definitely grab one of these.

Mixed review, poor PHYSICAL build quality but EXCELLENT transfer rates! I still maintain very FAST transfer rates!
    ** Upgraded to 5 STARS **

By chance went to Sandisk’s website and I have to say, their after sales support is fantastic…. even if you don’t have receipts as long as you can prove when and where you bought it…. (come on people… your word isn’t good enough, if you paid by cash and lost the receipt you could be stuffed!!…. most will have a digital footprint which is good enough!) that should suffice. I did not know there is a “FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY” on Sandisk Cruzer blades…. I bought this in Nov 2012 I now spoke with them on 14th July 2015, they said they would replace it…. just take pics of the damage!

** FANTASTIC Support**…. Sandisk gone way up in my expectations and their support number is 0808-234-9816 from the UK or contact them thru this link >>> […]

I’ve had this Sandisk 8Gb Cruzer Blade USB flash drive and its solely used to store my music on to play on my Stereo in the car! I always take it out when leaving the car, as far as i’m concerned they can steal the CAR and STEREO but my music is EVERYTHING TO ME…. (Yes i hear some of you laughing… and some of you who can RELATE to that! lol)

However, I’m a very very careful person about anything i own, i like to care it and with this attitude it will take care of you…. well usually!

This Flash Drive has a tendency to crack at the tip or slot in part and i mean crack and fall away where its useless really and only a replacement will do, this cracked at either sides at the ends as it is VERY THIN plastic and still… slotting it in and out of things even carefully should NOT make this thing crack…. BUT its the fact it is TOO thin will give MANY people problems!

My cousin has one too and she says hers is starting to crack at the ends also, which surely can’t be just the 2 of us, hers is still intact though, where mine fell apart at both sides of the Tip end!

AS for the guy who said this thing does not TRANSFER quick…. he must be using a SLOW PC or LAPTOP…. i’m using 2 Laptop’s both HP Compaq 6910P running XP on one of them and Windows 7 Ultimate on the other… and both running 3GB memory at 533Mhz DDR2 (PC-4200) and this thing transfers very quickly in my opinion, to give a guide, 5Gb of music from PC to Flash Drive took less than 2 minutes with the Win 7 machine and with 10GB left on my hard drive space for me thats QUICK and REPLICATED this on my XP machine and took 3 mins 10 ish with XP machine but that machine does have issues!!

So if you want Robust…. this IS NOT the Flash Drive to get… for Speed… IT IS excellent…. I’ve now gone with a Brushed metal Kingston 8Gb flash drive and its very robust and transfers quick BUT not as quick as the Sandisk!

So it gets “1 STAR” as it needs to be able to connect in the USB slot when its NOT cracked at the ends.. so it is now rendered useless!!
