This is absolutely great. A friend asked me to order it and tried it. Apparently you can increase the size as it makes waist smaller which has a positive thought for someone getting fitter.
Easy to use
This product was easy to set up and also easy to use. It’s really good quality to say I paid less then 10. The only thing is it’s slightly noisy but not too loud
Took me about 15/20 mins to find a rhythm to keep it spinning (quick Google search how to use a smart weighted hula hoop helped) then success. Slightly noisy but I turned volume on TV up to 30 and watched a 30mins programme while doing this – fab!

Once you figure out how to add and remove segments you then have to find out how to get it off. The hoop itself is excellent however a few instructions would have helped and increased the star rating.
