Works flawlessly. I’m using it to connect the iPhone headphones that were included with the iPhone 5 to my Google Pixel 7, and it’s been perfect. No drop in audio quality and the cord is braided for extra durability.

I was looking for such a converter for several years. This is a pretty valuable converter because it’s letting you reuse your iphone spare headphones on your computer. I can now quickly switch to wired headphones as soon as my airpods battery dies.
Tested a pair of headphone with lightning connector on iPad Pro and iPad Air. Works on both with no loss in sound quality compared to direct connection to iPhone’s lightning port.
This works perfectly with my iPad Air 4 (2020) and lightning headphones. The sound quality is excellent! Shame you can’t use it for charging (or attaching other lightning adapters) but this was made clear in the listing so it won’t affect my rating. It fits ever so slightly wobbly in the port of my iPad but perfect otherwise!
The adapter did its job correctly and transparently, allowing me to use again a pair of Philips M2L but the device seems to be affected by some build/reliability/durability issue.
After roughly 3 weeks with no hiccups (with the utmost care… no bending or pulling by the cable or any kind of mechanical abuse), it started showing intermittent connection issues for a couple of days and it completely stopped being functional after that.

I’ve purchased UGREEN products previously (various tech accessories) and found them to be well made and good quality.
My daughter has just got an iPad Pro 2020 and this now has a USB-C connector/power charging socket as you probably know.
The problem is this makes all our existing lightning connector products obsolete. She particularly wanted the use the in-ear headphones when doing on-line school lessons as the wireless ones were running flat mid lesson. USB-C headphones aren’t common and are expensive, so the only option is an adaptor like this one.
If you are buying one, check CAREFULLY for compatibility!!
All I can say it this particular one, whilst a little expensive, works perfectly. It charges and allows use of lightning connector headphones too with good quality results.
To summarise; A little pricey, but well made and works well ( so far!) but based on my previous UGREEN items, and the good build quality I expect this to last well. Recommended.
Firstly, you may listen to music through MacBook’s proper speakers. However, you would need to change a bit default settings at settings>sound>input or output and select ‘IOUSBHostInterface’. Then, they work perfectly.
