While the Lemorele USB C HDMI Hub 4K – 6 in 1 is an excellent accessory, it’s essential to consider a few potential drawbacks:
Limited HDMI Refresh Rate: The HDMI port supports 4K resolution but at a maximum refresh rate of 30Hz. While this is suitable for most tasks, it may not be ideal for gaming or scenarios requiring higher refresh rates.

Good USB C Dongle
I’ve been using this dongle on my Mac Mini M2 for a few months now and it does exactly what it says on the tin. I’ve mainly used it for extra USB A and C ports due to the lack of them on the Mac Mini so can’t confirm the effectiveness of the Ethernet or Memory Card slots.
Lots of ports, cheap price and works well, would recommend!
Good value and well designed item
I bought this item to use on my MacBook Pro. It works really well having as a dock for the computer whilst having the power adapter plugged to it as well. The design seems strong and confident it will last a long time.

I bought this so I could link my laptop to 2 extra monitors via HDMI. Works instantly and extra USB ports are so handy.

Cost effective method of expanding connections
Tha Mac mini is a gret wee computer, but with only 2 x USB 3 ports and 2 x thunderbolt 4 ports, connecting external drives etc can be a problem.
This docking station uses one of my thunderbolt ports, but does give me a USB C in return, along with 3 x USB 3; 1 x HDMI (for my second monitor); 1 x SD Card reader; 1 x Micro SD Card reader.
There are more elegant hubs/docks, which emulate the format of the Mac mini, but at considerable price and I have this hub hidden away behind the second monitor – raised slightly to show in photo.
I just bought a new external hard drive and when connected to this hub, the transfer file rate don’t go above 35Mb per second. When I connect the same external hard drive to the USB-A port on my laptop I get 140 Mb/s transfer rate. So something in the hub is capping the transfer rate.
It will serve for now to connect low performance devices and SD cards but if I knew this in advance I would have bought an hub from a reputable brand that know what they are doing.
EDIT: After writing this review the manufacturer contacted me offering a refund or a replacement unit. I accepted the refund as I don’t think a new unit will fix the issue. The product is not exactly what I expected but I’m happy with the costumer service.

I plugged this directly into an iMac USB C port.
I needed this for a USB C data connection to Samsung Dex for my phone to transfer data and it doesn’t work. The Samsung phone obviously has its own power and works directly in the iMac USB C port.
It does read a USB C flash drive.
Not tried the other connections yet.

Only just got this so not properly tested. However my first thoughts are:
Has the connections I expected. A bunch of USB A and 1 USB C. I ignore the charging USB C as I don’t need that. The memory card slots will be useful.
However, the cable to attach to the computer is not very long. This limits where I can position the hub, and how I can use it. Not in a good way.
I can use it, but it would be better if the cable was about 15cm longe
Works well, but microSD card slot not particularly quick
Quite pleased with this. It worked with multiple devices plugged in, charged the ipad pro at the same time and it’s small, so easily ported around.
The only reason I knocked a star off is because the transflash/MicroSD card slot wasn’t very quick. I’ve got a top rated card that I use in my drone to shoot 4k and it suggested over an hour to move a few gb across. I didn’t have this problem on the USB 3.0 ports connected to a SSD.
Very useful device
When I bought my latest Mac, I breathed an inward sigh of horror that all my USB port items will not work with it. I hate cables & spaghetti & peripherals at the best of times. The man in the store screen shotted this actual device & advised me to buy one. It is pretty good for what it is & means you can be connected to all sorts of things at the same time at an infinitely better price – I saw similar items for sale for in the region of 90.00. I bought a USB C adaptor in the store when I bought the laptop otherwise I would have been stuck until the Lemorele device arrived. It is also not that great by comparison to this Lemorele device & I have just left it at the printer but I use the Lemorele all day & every day.

Bought this because i needed to connect one of the new macs that dont have an ethernet port. Recieved it quickly but as soon as i used it it clearly was not 1000mbps as stated. it throttles the connection if anything. i get faster result with Wifi…dont get this if you need a stable fast ethernet connection.
Great external USB C docking statio
I have this plugged into my M1 Mac Mini because I needed extra inputs for other devices connected to the Mac.
Works very well for what I need it for.
Update: customer service has contacted me and sent a replacement without hesitation. They have also offered a full refund if replacement wasn’t a preferred option.
I got this to be able to work on to screen, connecting hdmi lead to the device and then to my laptop via USB c however it suddenly stopped working after about 3 months of using, my monitor screen is receiving no signal from the laptop. I am disappointed that the product broke so quickly for the price that I paid for it.
Initially, the 1Gbit ethernet port cut out after having used it for about 1/2 day. I unplugged the hub from my laptop and plugged it back in and it started working again. This happened ~ 2x. My older USB C -> Ethernet hub never had this problem. However, after using the hub for ~ 3 months, the issue did NOT re-appear.
Also, it was not clear to me when I bought this hub that the USB-C port on the hub can ONLY be used to charge the laptop (or other device). It cannot be used for USB-C data transfer purposes.
Finally, this hub will only do 4K at 30 hz unlike another USB-C dongle that I have which will do 60 hz. I believe this hub is advertised that it only does 30 hz, so this should be no suprise to the purchaser.
