I am a nail tech who works from home, had the same lamp for 3yrs and was so sad when I had to get a new one, however this one is the same an updates version but does exactly as it says on the box, love the fact the bottom is on now by magnet so can be removed easily to do clients thst are elderly & have disabilities as well as easy access for toes
So as I have no frame of reference my review may not be helpful. But I like the size of it and it wasn’t bulky or heavy.
Or has 2 or 3 timer functions which worked well.
3 weeks in and my nails are still going strong.
I used the mylee, no wipe gel base coat and top coat.

Very happy with this lamp. It’s large enough to get your whole hand in and even suitable for feet. It has multiple functions. The easy start just works when you put your hand in, although be careful not to move your hand or it re-sets. With this function the lamp turns off automatically after 60 seconds. Alternatively you can manually time by pressing the button. There may be another function, but those two are what I use. I find it cures every gel polish without any problems. Worth the money, it’s more powerful so suitable for acrygel and the like.
As a professional nail tech I’ve been through a lot of lamps , I’ve only recently started using it so far so good , I like it’s design it looks really nice on your desk , and it cures gel nails brilliantly. I’m pleased with the produc
Lovely and light weight also looks tidy on the desk. Would recommend setting thumbs separately and be more drunk of the space at the back and it’s not enclosed so make sure the hand is placed properly or it won’t cure evenly.
