I was looking for a power bank and come across this. Used this for around two weeks and it was great.
You can use this as a power bank as well as a jump start kit. Flash light is an added bonus.

Small compact built, easy to store or carry. I have a multi connector for 12v and i used it with this jump start kit to power on air pump to inflate beach toys for kids. worked like a charm..

Must have item for those who travel a lot.

This is my second pack, the last one was used often (you dont need any help), and lasted almost 4years to the day. Happy to buy another as it has never let me down and i use it especially in the winter as i dont drive my car often enough to keep the battery on top form. Easy to use, starts large diesel and my petrol 1.6 with no problem. Pays for itself both financially and by giving you total piece of mind.

This jump starter is invaluable to me, I have a BMW MSport 3 Series that will not start radomly after certain journeys. It’s been looked at by 5 garages and had parts replaced, including a huge new battery. But no-one can find the fault, and it still doesnt start on occasion. But it will go with a jump start… thats where this Yaber Jump Starter Power Pack is suberb… it gets the car goin each and every time without much effort, no more looking around and waiting for someone kind enough to help me with traditional jump leads. If you have an issue with your vehicle non starting, for any reason I’d highly recommend purchasing this product. Like I said it’s invaluable, and absolute must have item in my vehicle. Get one today I say

Although I have used this for actual jump starting my vehicle I have used the other aspects of it. The torch is very and the USB outlets are very handy to have when you are out and about. I use it when I am camping.
Convenient size to carry in the vehicle and doesn’t take up much space, which is always handy.
Overall so far I am well pleased with it.

I bought this for my girl friends older car. Even with a new battery it sometimes has trouble starting. I read the reviews and took a chance. Im glad I did. I’ve already had to use it and it works great. Plug In the cable, fasten it to the battery and press the on button, then just start the car. The other advantage is its small so easy to store in the boot. It has a torch and a USB socket to also charge up your phone. Overall a great buy for the price.

Haven’t used it yet only having received it yesterday. However looks and feels good quantity and should start a car 15 times if fully charged. Charges in 4-5 hours using a micro usb lead.

Had low battery on my SUV as I have keyless entry and didn’t move it for about 2 weeks, the jump starter is easy to use, will work without being fully charged but it’s recommend to charge it fully before use and after a jump start, the usb charging slot was good enough charge a phone to full charge and a wireless speaker to 50%

The best feature of this product I believe is it’s small size. It’s easy to store in your vehicle yet it is more than powerful enough to start a 2.5 diesel engined campervan.
I have owned a smaller jump starter from this company for three years and have had no problems with that either.

Good looking product but I didn’t want to leave it to an emergency when my battery was flat to try it out, so I left the lights on for a few hours. Result – nothing, not even a click as I turned the ignition. Opened the bonnet, connected the clips to the battery, turned the ignition and it started first time. Removed the clips and stored it in the glove box. I’m amazed that a battery that can start a car engine can be charged via a PC USB socket in about 4 hours but it does work.

If you don’t accumulate sufficient mileage on your vehicle, the alternator doesn’t have adequate opportunity to fully recharge the battery after the vehicle starts and runs various electrical components. Consequently, the battery’s capacity will deteriorate, and it won’t be able to hold a charge effectively within about a span of 2 years To counter this issue, I use a small device. Roughly every 2 to 3 months, I connect it to the battery, allowing it to perform its intended function. And, the process is straightforward as it may as you have to connect the black wire to the negative and the red wire to live. Additionally, this can serve as a power bank during travel.

For years I’ve had a very large and heavy jump starter taking up room in my shed. When a badly wired dashcam ran down my car battery, I got the old jump starter out to use but it was dead and no amount of charging would bring it back to life (the manual said to allow 30 hours to charge it).

So I purchased this unit to replace it.

When it arrived I was in shock. It’s tiny! And just a bit chunkier than my portable phone charger. I went to charge it, but it was already showing it was 3/4 charged. Went and made sure it was fully charged before using it.

Attached it to my car battery, turned on the ignition and my car started first time.

What more is there to say? There is a flashlight built into the charger, and you can also use it to charge your mobile phone.

Obviously, I don’t know how long it’s going to last, but so far I am extremely happy with this item.

I have an old Ford Fiesta and have, in the past, have had to call out the AA in order to revive a dead battery. The AA assistant told me I would need to get a brand new battery but, in these expensive times, a battery starter kit such as this could be a great solution to extending the life of a car battery.

Upon receiving this Yaber jump starter power pack, I was delighted to see it is excellent quality, on a par with other, more expensive brands. It also features a bright torch and doubles as a power pack, which is excellent for charging electronic tablets while travelling. Although I fortunately have not had a flat battery since I purchased this power pack, it looks like it will do a great job of restarting the car without the need to rely on another car or calling out the AA. All in all, this power pack provides a good value solution to a flat battery, and reassurance when travelling away from home.

On a couple of occasions recently we have had to jump-start the car and this has proved inconvenient due to the time and location.
We spoke about one of these devices before but the cost was always a little high – for just around 50 as this was at the time, we had to try.
Problem solved now with this battery pack as we can now keep it in the car should we or any other family member have the need for it.
It’s versatile too as it can be used as a torch and an external battery pack to power devices on long journeys.
It came uncharged so i just left it on chare overnight and the next day it was ready to go.
I suppose an included soft bag or small case would be nice, but at this price you cant argue and it saves an AA call out if there is no one else around!

I’ve been having problems with a flat battery on our second car, which doesn’t get much use. It’s awkward to start it from our other car, getting the jump leads to reach, and taking it out to recharge it is a pain, so I decided to get one of these emergency jump-starters, having got a similar one for my son a while back.

It’s so much easier to use this. there’s not much to it, just a small, neat battery pack that fits easily in the glove compartment, a HT cable to connect to the battery terminals and a USB cable for charging. I had to charge it up when I got it, but once done it easily provided enough power to start the 1.4L petrol engine. As a bonus, it has a USB output so it can be used as a power bank to recharge your phone and a powerful torch which could be useful by the side of the road at night.

It’s well built and has a rubber cover over the terminal to keep the water out. There’s no storage case or bag with it, but that’s no problem to me. All-in-all a really useful gadget.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI’ve been caught out by a flat battery more times than I care to think. Always carry jump leads in the boot which take up space and get tangled up with everything else. For a while I had a large thing powered by (I think) lead acid accumulators. It worked fine until I had to use it after a couple of years and found it had gone flat and refused to charge up. It was huge, took up most of the boot and ended up in the bin.
Recently when abroad in a hire car, I had a flat battery on day one and frustratingly was confined to base.
I called the hire company who promised to come immediately and get me going. I rather expected a jeep type vehicle to arrive like the AA but imagine my surprise when a man arrived on a bicycle with seemingly nothing with him. I was about to explode with frustration when the man took a small box about the size of pack of cards and connected it to the battery terminals. “That’s never going to work”, I thought. Ten seconds later the car was purring like a baby. I could not believe it! I immediately decided I had to have one for home.
Checked out Amazon and found this very reasonably priced Yaber unit and thought I’ll give it a go.
The unit looks great and reassuringly strong with lots of rubber around it to make it drop proof, even bullit proof.
Out of the box it was dead, no charge at all. I plugged it into my phone charger and left it to charge up.
It took about four hours for it to charge fully (when all the four charging LEDS stop flashing.)
I connected the Yaber to the battery terminals to my old car which has been sitting on my drive for the last six months and was as dead as a Dodo. I was still a bit of a doubting Thomas but a couple of turns of the key and the engine burst quickly into life. Job done!
Its incredible that something so small can do the job of a weighty car battery, but I assure you it can.
Its going to stay sitting in the boot permanently from now and already supplies an aura of confidence that never again will I suffer from a flat battery again. To that end it would have been nice to have a bag to put it and the leads in and keep it all together but thats a minor thing as I can probly find something in the garage anyway.
There are a couple of bonus points in that it has a USBA socket which elables you to charge up your phone or anything else rechargeable for that matter and also a powerful torch to light up the night or help if you’re looking under the bonnet or whatever else might benefit from the use of a torch. The torch can also flash at different speeds to warn motorists you are there if you are unfortunate enough to break down. The only thing I’ll have to watch out for is remembering to check it from time to time to make sure its charged up and keep it at peak performance.
I really like it and it seems like essential equipment for any motorist to have to hand at all times.

Ok, so why did I buy this product? I split my time between the UK and Spain and sometimes I might leave the car for as long as 3 months in a secure garage. In the past I’ve been able to leave the car for up to 5 months but given this is 2 year old battery and its a big diesel I guessed 3 months might just be okay………. wrong……. after 2 tries at starting the dreaded click click click started…… this was early morning ………. race to Amazon and chose this charger as it is WATERPROOF and the forecast was rain rain rain. It arrived next morning already mostly charged….. I gave it around 2 hours just to get it up to 4 lights on the display and then gave it a go………… 1st time up and running. Took a 10 minute drive to get a bit of charge on the battery then topped the charger up before first trip. Great product, easy to use and gives you the confidence you need to know you can get started when you need. Already paid for itself this first time as far as I’m concerned.

After buying my first ev I decided that I needed a jump starter power pack rather than leads. EVs cannot be moved if the 12v dies so not possible to push the car into position if you need a ‘jump’ from another car like you can in an ICE vehicle.
After stumbling across the YR200 I purchased one in Nov 2020. I have since used this twice to start a petrol car, which it has done with no issues. It’s so much easier to connect this small battery than mess around with two cars. In 2 1/2 years I’ve only charged the battery twice (once on purchase and once when it dropped to 3 lights). After using the battery to start 2 cars it still displayed 4 lights.
Therefore when buying my 2nd EV I didn’t hesitate to purchase the same make and model (this one). Why choose anything else when this just works.

The state of charge can be easily determined by pressing the button once. Four blue lights display this. The pack can also be used as a power bank and comes with a handy inbuilt LED torch function should you need to use this at night.

In summary, if you want a reasonably priced battery jump starter, that holds its charge and just works, then you won’t be disappointed with this.
A must if you own an EV.

5.0 out of 5 stars Plenty power in a small package - perfect for EVs
