Seems to work ok and stop the flies, the only down side is and breeze makes them knock on the door as if someone is knocking, and they spin round and get tangled so have to spin them back or leaves gaps for flies.

I had one of these for a few years but, due to wear and tear it eventually became too ripped to be useful, so bought another as I really like this type. It does clatter against my patio door when it’s windy, but I’m used to it and just fasten it up out of the way if it gets too windy. My first lasted 5 years so think that’s pretty good for the price (I’d advise taking in over winter though).
You won’t regret buying this effective fly deterrent.
I can’t recommend this enough. It’s a bit fiddly to put up and a two person job but it’s so effective. We have tried fly zappers and fly spray usually have so many flies coming in the house from the back garden but have only had 2 flies in the house the entire day.

Really happy with this product. Super easy to put up and together, covers both doors and even after my toddler pulled on it, it’s stayed up! Had doors open all day and no flys. Would recommend.

Excellent solution to stopping flies coming in the house during the summer, once fitted able to keep patio doors open throughout the day. Ideal as the dog can freely come and go. This is the third purchase as find I need to replace at least one of the netting strips after each summer as wear and tear – dog playing with them, inadvertently catching them in the door, etc. Will buy again and agai

Haven’t put it up yet (bought it ready for next spring/summer) but I had one up for two years running before consigning it to the bin and buying this replacement! Some reviews mention pets or small children charging through and tearing it/ripping it out of its header rail – of course this will happen under these circumstances! But with normal domestic use it is durable and effective. Hubby and I are at home all day and in and out of the garden all the time, so it does get fairly heavy use. If you are sensible, e.g. if you hold the strips of the curtain apart when going through with a tray or a garden chair rather than going through regardless, then you should enjoy it for at least the summers, if not longer. We found it easy to put together and to fix to the doorway, although I believe hubby had to put a wooden dowel/batten up first as we have a UPVC door. This particular purchase of the Buzz insect curtain was packaged well and dispatched very quickly.
Would use again and recommend.
