Expensive but good quality and silver underside helps retain heat. Fairly light weight but easy to fit and comes with retaining cords to keep in place in windy conditions. Used for 1 season and will be suitable for next. Would expect several years of use for the price though
I like this product as it fits the pool nicely.
My old one kept coming off as the rain fell.
Good product so far. Even tho it feels flimsy. As long as it keeps the debris out all will be just fine
Only had this for a couple of weeks but it’s great so far-good coverage over the pool and onto the sides. The black top and silver underside also help to insulate and heat the pool. A great buy!
We went for the size bigger than the size of our pool as recommended (bought the 12ft cover for a 10ft pool). It is massive and I’m sure the 10ft would probably fit, but at least there is plenty of coverage! The drawstring ensures that it stays in place and I love that it has additional strings to tie it off/peg down if needed. We started doing this but have found it’s not really necessary even in horrendous weather. Tough fabric, I can see this lasting years! We’ve been using ours outside for at least 3 months solid now (it will come in for winter) and it is good as new.
I have a summer waves 12ft pool, and after over a year of struggling with pulling on the cover that came with it, I decided to get this one having read the reviews. I understand the comments about it not feeling very thick, as I was pulling it apart to spread it out it did feel thin. However I thought it did seem sturdy. The plus for me was how fast it was to put on the pool. It fits over well and come down about 4 inches to ensure that the pool feels well covered. Completely unlike the one that came with the pool which only just went over the bar, if at all. Really pleased with it so far.
After looking for a good 15ft pool cover and having a good look around, I am hoping this cover will do the job. I’m sure there are much better ones, but for the price, so far all seems ok.
For a 15ft cover it does have plenty of room around the outside which allows for good cover. The material is much better than the plastic rubbish that you get usually with new pools.
Once the pool was full it went on easy and with the advantage of pegging one side down before pulling the other side into positions helped and I was able to do it by myself, which has been hard in the past with other pool covers.
Although, I’m happy so far. I do have two small points, which I need to highlight.
For a 15ft cover, 4 pegs is not enough! I had spare rope and pegs, so not an issue as there are 8 loops around the cover.
Personally, I think there should be at least 10/12 loops around the cover, as it would better support the pool as the cover is so big. You would have thought it came with more pegs and rope. If I only had the 4 it came with, it would put more pressure on the loops and certainly would not fit as good.
To back this up, my last last photo, already shows the loops starting to feel the strain on the thread:
If there was more loops, rope and pegs, this would even the pull down more around the circumference, allowing for a perfect fit and making it much more supportive.

After trying two other major brand covers advertised as being big enough to fit my 8ft frame pool, but both of which just didn’t measure up, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and ease of fitting this one. The cord and pegs help to keep it super taut and out of the water and the drawstring helps to fit it snugly to the pool. Result! Worth the extra over the big brand ones simply for the fact that it fits!
Better than expected. Read lots of reviews for covers, all seemed bad except this one. Slightly more expensive but we’ll worth the price. Fitted easily by myself on an 8ft Summer Waves easy set pool. Perfect for keeping the pool clean and safe when not in use. Highly recommended.
The water in the pool has gone up 3 degrees already and it’s only been one day. Really pleased with the cover and it’s a big improvement in the temperature of the water.
Good quality material although I thought in would be a little thicker, has a feel to one of those sand pop up tents uses on the beach. but feels strong & stretches well but maybe a little to well as it kept blowing off today, I’ve had to really pull on the draw strings to make it tighter. the cover dose come with 4 pegs & extra string so you can help pin the cover down but as my garden has Astroturf so not been able to use these as I’ve not been able to put the pegs in the ground. but the cover is good quality so have a feeling this will not rip as easy & last a lot longer than the last 2 I have had. I’ve had the cover on all day yesterday & most of today (Friday 9/06/2023) and the temperature of the water dose seem to have warmed up a little bit by the feel of it so overall happy with the purchase.
Was really sceptical when buying it but it was the only one that would deliver the next day. Came in the afternoon and by the evening the pool was warm. It fits well enough and if your pool is on grass it will fit even better as it comes with hooks that go in the ground.
It’s three times the price of the official Bestway cover for my 10″ steel pool, but I bought one of those last year and it never stayed on, and ended up rotting in a bush.
I was persuaded by the reviews, despite the price. It really is worth the money though. The fabric is waterproof tent-like material, it’s neatly stitched, the sides are deep enough that it won’t flap up, the two draw string positions don’t slip, and the ground anchors mean its unlikely to ever blow off.
The only slight gripe is the 10 foot model comes with six anchor loops stitched into the cover, but it’s only supplied with four anchors and laces. It really needs all six. For a product of such good quality it’s a bit mean not to supply the extra two anchors.
I’m giving it 5* anyway, as it deserves more than 4. It would be a deserved 5 with the extra anchors, as is it’s a 4.9.
