Very easy to use put in the batteries aim at forehead press the button gets quick results on the digital screen I use it on all the family when they say they are not feeling too well
Unfortunately the first one I bought stopped working within the first month but when it was working it was pretty accurate. After contacting the seller, they quickly responded and sent me a new one out.
They are very quick to respond and are very helpful.
They definitely put their customers first.
As a nurse myself I am a bit sceptical if this is NHS approved as it feels quite LIGHT
I’ve actually tested it for accuracy and do feel it is performing well and gives a great indication of forehead temperature so you can assess/estimate how high the core temp could be .
Brilliant for young children who won’t have a ear temp done without getting beside themself in tears.
My grandson likes having it taken and loves to do mine too now.
Handy and reasonable priced
Like the fact that it uses normal batteries too.
Whilst the thermometer does look and feel like a child’s toy. It does exactly what you need it to do, it’s very easy to use and when tested the readings have been accurate. I’ve only had the product for a few days so not sure about longevity. The supplier has been attentive and checked that the product was received and in good working condition, offering assistance if required.
I think this does the job but definitely looks and feels a bit flimsy/cheap – but then again it IS cheap compared to the usual reputable brands so value for money.
The backlight also goes green, amber or red based on what range your body temperature is; which is great for people that don’t know the ranges off be heart.
Overall I highly recommend this thermometer over any of those much slower ones you buy from the pharmacy!
Bought this product to keep track of my temperatures – I have Chronic Kidney Disease so am prone to severe kidney infections & often worry about onset of symptoms that I’ve experienced with infections – one being chills & fever, so just needed a themometer to keep track of temperature. Love the ingenuinity of the design of the product in terms of it being ‘toy like’ material – though it isn’t cheap looking and seems sturdy enough, just great that they’ve thought about the design and materials used. The only thing I would say is that there isn’t a screw in the battery compartment, so definitely one to be wary of so that little ones don’t get hold of the batteries
