(1) Use the pads on clean and flat areas, no sweat, no oil. If not, the pads can not sticky well.
(2) If you wash the pads under the tap water, pls let them dry naturally.
(3) Make sure your skin is free from any dirt, oil or lotion before you use this unit.

These pads are very sticky and I was able to reuse them several times.
They work very well, maybe a bit better then the ones that came with my TENS unit.

Lots of different modes + pads are re-useable providing they are kept clean & properly put back on plastic that they came off. Battery life amazes. 10/10
Great tens but I’d change one thing
So this is a great bit of kit, I suffer with chronic pain and this does help, one setting out of the 16 in particular, the battery lasts well but the leads are so long, at 1.6m or 62″ it’s really difficult to wear when you are just using it for your back, I have to tuck all the wires in the bum of jeans, not very comfy. It comes with 2 leads so one could be short for back or tummy and one long for legs and arms. I’d buy smaller leads if available.

Bought these as my Med-Fit pads were not the best at staying put. These work great with my Med-Fit 1 and the adhesion is much better. The conduction over the pad is also nice and even and makes a real difference to my sciatica. Will definitely buy more of these when I run out.
Due to a painful shoulder and a historic neck pain problem I was getting little sleep so I dug out my TENS machine, trouble was the pads were no any good as they wouldn’t stay stuck. So I found these, I only needed 4 pads but in the past I have lent it out so the extras will come on useful. So, well packed, two packs of eight pads and one pack of four, I admit I didn’t realise there was so many but it was always going to be better value than 4 pads for a fiver. The pads are all sealed up in there bags and attached to a sheet of plastic which you stick the pads back on after use. The wires coming off the pads appear sturdy and the connectors of comparable quality to OEM supplied. Theses are generic pads and should fit many machines on the market with no issue in my opinion. They adhere to the skin very well, no slipping , moving or lifting found after an 8 hour use for my first treatment. Conductivity was good , if not better than my originals with a clean flow of signal. After use they peeled off easily and went back on the storage sheet with no issue. The next day I used the same pads with no issue. As I see it, these pads are good generic replacements which you may find better than your originals, I have no fears about their longevity of use but that would be no real issue as there are so many supplied for such a small price.
