Good bands for the price. It comes with 3. My only complaint is there isn’t much difference on resistance. There’s an easier one, then the other 2 are the exact same. However, you can’t beat the price. Would recommend.
These bands are great. They’re thick & don’t roll, fold, or move att all. My only complaint is that there are only 3, and I would really like more levels of resistance
Best resistance bands I’ve ever used! I usually use the heaviest resistance, but with these I only need the light one… at least for now anyway. I would buy again any day and I definitely recommend!
The bands are great. You get a good variation of strengths. The sliders could be a little better as they leave marks if you use them on tile or hardwood floors. But all in all it’s a good value for the price.
These are fantastic! Don’t smell that bad. All rubber is going to have somewhat of a smell. They have been great to use for at home workouts. They are very universal and the intent is loaded with different techniques for mini bands. Instagram also has videos.
The bands work really well and were a more affordable option to the beachbody bands and slides. One complaint is that the package they come in smells like FART! Luckily the band and slides did not. But the smell of the package was enough to knock you over.
Sliders are great and versatile for hardwoods or carpet. Bands do their job but roll a lot. Would be nicer if they were a little wider. Otherwise works great and serves its purpose
