Bought 3 of the 4 digit locks, 1 of which didn’t work. Even though I only raised this issue after the return date had passed I was sent a replacement within 2 days. Excellent customer service. The locks are easy to set up and work very well.
These locks were easy to set and big enough so that they aren’t too fiddly to turn the numbers. They feel sturdy and unlock smoothly. They would also work on gym lockers. Great purchase and great price!
Read reviews which said one of the two doesn’t work. The one I’ve used so far is fine. Quite smooth and easy to set a pin. (Just need to remember it!)
Got these locks for this summer travel, used them twice so far. They are quite light, which is good as there is always luggage weight limit you can have.
Setting passcode was easy, as there is an instruction on how to do it.
Overall, really happy with the purchase.
This product made travelling with the peace of mind that my luggage is safe a breeze. Initial setup for the lock is very straightforward, and the product itself seems sturdy and high quality. Very happy with this lock.
I bought these in the belief that if security needed to inspect your case then they could open the lock without damaging it.
Having just returned from Canada we found that the lock was missing and a nice note from customs explaining that they’d opened the case for inspection.
It did seem kind of pointless paying more for this lock when customs just get out their bolt cutters anyway
Set up of your personal combination is easy and the four digit combination adds that added level of security over and above the three digit locks.
The locks seem to be well constructed and solid.
Longevity has yet to be judged.
