I have used it for about a month, no side effects for me. The only downside is that the tablets are too big, as the others mentioned. Hopefully they will make them smaller.

Nice big tub.
I am currently training fairly hard – running almost every day, so I think it is unlikely the tub will last 4 months.
As usual, they are big tablets.
I have powdered creatine for the mornings, but I like tablets to wash down with tea, or whatever, after running. (Powders WILL sort of dissolve in tea, but the taste is a bit strange.)
The brand I bought last time was out of stock, and this one was only a bit dearer (when allowing for the larger number of tablets).

Creatine being a big supplement in the gym industry has caused it to be quite expensive. This Creatine provides the same performance as many other brands, while being quite a bit cheaper than them. Takes a couple weeks for you to see benefits, but that’s the same with any brand of Creatine. Used this as my main brand of Creatine for a few months and will continue too.

Yes the tablets are quite big so bear that in mind, however that is of no concern to me. I take 5 a day to get the full 5 grams, I would say the power form is much easier to take, however I do take a few different tablets a day so it’s more convenient for me in tablet form for now.

Seen alit of reviews saying the pills are too big but they aren’t actually that big, just easily swallowed 3 of them at once. They arent very big as they are led on to be. Anyhow 10/10 Loading phase rn will write another with results
