Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe seat is as advertised, it took me 5 minutes to put together after reading the simple instructions, it’s sturdy and strong,
the bucket is easy to remove and keep clean, all in all a very good thing. I might quibble slightly at the price, but unfortunately that’s what these things cost, they aren’t cheap.
    Overall a worthwhile purchase.

Well designed, easy to use, assemble & clean. Looks much like a normal chair and is comfy to use. Ideal for someone who cant always make it upstairs! Good value too!

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThe chair was easily assembled in under 5 minutes. It’s easy to empty and clean and being multi functional makes it a great asset. My only suggestion for future design updates would be to allow for the arms to be adjusted so as to allow more width space/comfort.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersPurchased this for a relative who urgently required a commode in the bedroom. I assembled within 10 minutes and the instructions were easy to understand. I have not had a complaint so far and it has been several weeks.

Commodes are great to have close to a bed at night so they can be easily accessed, I this case it it discretely covered up with a throw and a cushion during the day which makes it very low maintenance to disguise.

The bucket which collects the urine has a handle so it can be easily picked up, brought to a toilet and flushed away. Everything is easily wiped and I recommend having wipes or a spray exclusive stored near to the commode for quick and discrete cleans as and when needed. 5/5 start rating all round. I feel my relatives quality of life has been dramatically improved by this privately (not by a national health service) purchased health aid.

5.0 out of 5 stars Practical, easy to clean and quick assembly

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat commode, very comfy. Disposing of waste is made easy with the handle and tapered shape. Pricey – would love it to have been below 100 but it has been of great value in our home.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDefinitely ticks all the right boxes. Looks like a bedroom chair, unlike many other commodes. It’s comfy to sit on, with our without cover. Easily adjustable legs, removable arms and very easy to clean. Various health professionals have been attending my mother and they have all been very impressed.

Our bathroom ground floor, so bought for daughter who has a broken ankle, and whose bedroom is on the 2nd floor!
She assembled it in just a couple of minutes, and loved the fact it doesn’t look like the usual commode but resembles a ‘normal’ chai

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI bought the commode to use following an orthopaedic operation, when my mobility was pretty much zero. It was an excellent choice: lightweight, comfortable and easy to clean. Because it’s so light it’s not super stable, and might pose a problem for someone who is very unsteady (and perhaps elderly) but it was perfect for my needs.

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersThis is a very light chair that can easily be washed.
You can wipe it easily and my mum is comfortable on it
I would like to see toilet companies making moulded toilet seats and with extra comfort on top for elderly but this one at least you can add to it.
We had a horrible portable toilet that my mother constantyly shifted about on and she doesnt on this one.
You do have to monitor it not safe to leave an elderly person on it alone re its light
But overall it is a nice design and is inobtrusive in a room and I am really greatful for having it and definately prefer it form the NHS rubbish they expect you to use.
    Very hygienic
Great top on the toilet to take out of the room
Nice seat cover so can use as a chair
And waterproof so can use in a showe

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersPurchased for my 90 year old mother as we disliked the NHS supplied ones as we felt they were difficult to keep clean. We also felt they had safety issues after the leg collapsed on one resulting in a fall and the other (a big wheeled thing that had footrests like a wheelchair) was not adjustable to accommodate a short person. Keeping the NHS two clean was a horrible job with groves and handles where waste could be trapped, unlike the Etac, the ‘pot’ is so quick and easy to empty and clean and the lid enables safe transportation to disposal place. The chair itself is easy to keep clean. It is stable and, with the legs adjusted to her height, my mother finds it easy to use, even at night. The commode chair arrived promptly and was easy to assemble.
