Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe product works well for the purpose I bought it for, which was to use a Panasonic Lumix Cameras (G80) as a video feed for a livestream.

    The positives are:
the product is plug and play, no drivers or software required.
The product ran for 2 9 hour days without missing a beat.

The device is let down by the dynamic range of the video capture. The screen I was capturing had a presenter in front of a large LCD screen. When the screen had light colours, it washed out so the detail was not visible on the video feed, despite the screen brightness being turned down to the lowest setting.

If you don’t plan on shooting a screen with such high dynamic range using a camera then this product may well be good for you.

I can’t be too hard on the product because of the low price but setting 4 stars to help people find a good, but not perfect review.

Been on the market looking for a capture device that is decent enough with low latency that doesn’t break the bank. This little device does the job! I have my Nintendo Switch plugged in to my android tablet and while there is latency it is not as bad as other similarly priced capture devices. Well worth it, going to have a blast on my extended flight playing coop on a larger screen. Cheers

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is the one to buy! Don’t get their cheaper, older unit, which is linked from the ORION page. Buy this upgraded model instead. Works perfectly with ORION on any USB-C iPad, turning it into an HDMI display for literally any device. Awesome adapter.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this to use with an iPad Pro running iPadOS 17 beta to stream from a Nintendo Switch and therefore use my iPad as a screen for Switch games. It worked fine and this product works for this. However, to get sound I had to turn Bluetooth off. For further details, use Google.

Worked out of the box, plugged straight into a Thunderbolt4 USB-C port, and connected the HDMI video cable, can’t fault it at all. Running Windows10
I may get a second one.

If looking for inexpensive card to transfer old video recordings via hdmi or record your game console video output, this is for you. Works with Mac OS, and can be used to record from all popular branded video streaming sticks.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIt works well if you use a ethernet cable to connect your PS5 to the router and then to the PS5 into the iMac. Then just launch the Quicktime app on the Mac and new movie recording and there you have it!

I have used this to stream and capture my games from my consoles and it works great, the only problem was that PS3 has a slight delay but it still shows a clear Image, I have used this on my PS1/2/3/4, Xbox360 and Wii and all of them looked amazing

I’ve been pretty dubious of these USB adapters after having returned 3 different models but this one was recommended to replace my BMD mini that doesn’t work on the M1 Mac.
I have to say that it worked flawless using the Quicktime built in capture software and doesn’t need any drivers installed to work.
In my case this gets top marks.
