Easy to use and adjust the strength setting. Been doing 5 mins In morning and at night after 8 days I can slowly see the difference.
Very good if your someone that doesn’t like intense workouts. So if I’m in bed or watching TV, doing this regularly, I feel, helps me build muscle over time. It’s gradual but it can be very effective if done regularly. Would recommend.
