Look at many different ones and read reviews. Well worth the money, well made and works really work. Brought for my son who plays a lot of football and has sports massage every fortnight. So this massage hun is perfect for him.

expensive to buy but worth every penny. Rather than paying 50 for osteopath which last 30mins and which doesn’t work. You need to be very gentle with this machine ,hold the gun near on your shin and avoid using more than30 mins.as this massager tends to have a very short self lije
Really good quality gun on the heavier side
This is sturdy and a bit heavier but very well made. super pleased with it. it’s so powerful that we honestly just use it on the first setting and that’s enough for us. Expensive but you get what you pay for.
Small and powerful
This massage gun is very small, it comes all perfectly packed in a nice small box so can be transported nicely, it can be taken in the airplane as hand luggage I asked this at the airport showing the picture. But despite it’s small size is powerful and penetrates deeply into your muscles. I am very happy with my purchase
The massage gun comes with various different heads to tackle the different body parts. The massage gun has different intensity settings which is really good! I found this product really useful and handy, easy to use, easy to charge, comes with a case to store everything, which is nice neat and compact.
Have been using this product for a while and it works effectively to relieve aches and pains in muscles and lower back. The lower settings are powerful enough for every requirement as the vibration is too much after a short time on your hands and fingers on the higher 2 settings. The handle is straight but could be improved if more ergonomic or has a rubber grip to lessen the vibration.

I had been toying with buying a massage gun for ages but couldn’t justify the cost of a theragun. I read a number of reviews online & this regularly came as one of the best so having looking at amazon reviews took a punt.
It has been absolutely amazing – easy to use, great adaptors, including the heat one which is awesome. I’ve used it pre/post training and notice the difference especially with doms after longer runs.
Recommend and feels a bargain at the price it’s selling for.
I work long shifts (12 hours on my feet) and this has been a great alternative for my bi-monthly massages I used to get to help with my back pain. Lots of different head pieces to switch out, I personally only used two of them. I bought when it for around 70 and believe it was good value for money, especially as it can me used for all types of muscle pain, I used to get muscle spasms and cramps in my leg almost every day and they’ve since stopped after massaging every day. For me 70 was definitely worth it but I know it was on offer at that time. After having purchasing it I would’ve bought it even at the non-discounted price because it has really helped me.
Great portable massage
I found the massage gun to be very effective and easy to use. I would recommend that you search YouTube for videos on how to use the tool and the different head options.

Came in a carry case with all the parts needed looks great and so compact , very light it doesn’t hurt my wrist , great addition is the heated pad well worth the money highly recommend
Faulty after 6months
After 6 months the gun did not work although used only approx twice a week for 5-10 mins. When working it is a great machine helping my wife and myself relieve muscle pain. I would like to add that 3 years ago we were given the larger model as a present.After 2 years that packed up!! Because it was good for easing pain we decided to buy another.As stated after 6 months it would not work. Amazon is now refunding us the money. What am I going to do next, you guessed it buy another. If I get 2 years use I will be happy due to the relief it gives.Based on this review when it works it is a terrific item to have at hand,”BUT” do not rely on it for the long term.Hope that helps you decide.
Worth the money
This product’s battery lasts a good amount of time stopping before it overheats. All the attachments allow you to take care of different muscles and the power differences allow you to work up to the higher levels.
I use almost daily and really highly rate this product.
Great litte massage gun.
Bought this to replace an older much heavier, bulkier gun which was hard to use on yourself. This is lightweight, you can use it with just one hand which is easier when you are using it on your shoulders, it’s quieter than our previous one but just as powerful. The heat head is great too although we don’t use that one as much.
Read lots of reviews before buying this one and I’m glad this is the one I went with.
Handy sized massage gu
Handy size to reach problem areas behind shoulder blade and lower back. Different speeds available. Quite soothing on knitted, hard to reach muscles. Seems to take longer than 3 hours to recharge using iPhone adapter and cable provided plugged into wall socket.

This absolutely SAVED my life! I had horrible upper back pain and couldn’t sleep or function during the day, tried exercises but they didn’t help. I’m broke and cant afford a massage therapist but felt like I needed one as I didn’t know how this pain would go away. This was absolutely a great investment, helped my back pain soo much. the charge lasts a long time about a week (10min use everyday) and the different setting and heads work very well. very happy with this. other USB-C chargers don’t work on this device though.
The massage gun itself works great very powerful lots of different heads my only problem with it is that it’s difficult to hold to self use in certain places this is due to the shape and it not being of light weight to do your back you need assistance
The massage gun market is super saturated with both cheap and high cost options. Like a lot of products, there is a steep point of diminishing returns, and this product sits just before the descent into slight improvement for significant cost.
The build quality of the device is OK, we’re talking soft touch materials where it matters and durable plastic elsewhere. The motor is strong and I think few people would want to be pummelled more than than the highest setting allows for.
There is also a great selection of attachments in the box and the carry case is fairly nice.
You are getting a lot for not a lot of money here.
My only critique so far is that the charging port is extremely picky about which charger it will charge with. The included Type A to Type C cable, plugged into 5W or 12W charges fine but plugged into a ‘proper’ Type Charger with a draw of >40W and it won’t charge at all.
Not a deal breaker, but higher wattage chargers for Type C are probably the most common ones people have these days and it can be a pain if you can’t get it to work.
In sum, if you have a USB wall socket and you don’t lose the cable, don’t bother with Theragun or any of the other massage guns pushed by influencers – just get this, stretch frequently, eat your greens and life will be fine.
Great Massage gun that improves the recovery muscles after a high intensity training interval. The construction quality of this kit is really good. I will divide my review in three sections:
Unboxing and first impression
The first look its always important when purchasing a product. I was really please with the case that comes with it. I can take the massage gun anywhere and it will be well protected with all the accessories.
When I picked up the gun, it has a solid built. Really well designed and it has a nice material in the handle that makes it nice to hold while using it. It has an USB C cable to charge the massage gun. The battery last quite a lot despite using the massage gun heavily and you can see the battery level in the back of the handle.
It feels sturdy and weight over 700 grams. So, it is not light but it is not heavy so that it can be handle comfortably.
The accessories are useful. In my case have more than I need. But I like that if I buy a product that has different options. I may need another accessory later on.
Quality while using the massage gun
To switch it on, you need to keep it pressed for 2 or 3 seconds and it will go to the first strength level. And it is very easy to speed it up by using a short press of the power button. I have used mainly the hammer head and the ball head accessory for my calves after doing exercise. You can actually feel how good it does to the muscles and promotes recovery of muscle fatigue! The U shape accessory was good for my neck but in my case, was more useful using the hammer head around the shoulder and getting closer to the neck. And after a whole day standing up, my lower back really feels much better after using the ball head.
You can feel that it is powerful, because even in the low speed mode, the massage gun has a firm pressure when using it. I suppose that depends on your preferences, but I didn’t have to put much pressure to feel the benefits of a low speed mode.
In conclusion:
Pros
– Fantastic battery life.
– Really nice material in the handle.
– Plenty of accessories that use quality materials.
– Nice carry bag to take it anywhere. Even to the gym, so that you can use it after.
Cons
– If you want to reach your back or the back of the shoulder, it’s a bit more complicated. In my case, I am not that flexible so I ask my wife to help. If that’s an issue, you may prefer the Renpho with adjustable arm.
Not the first time that I purchase a Renpho product. It is a top-quality brand with really well-built materials. It will not be the last.

This massage gun has created a bit of an argument at home: whether my wife or I get to use it. The other one needs to help as it is rather obvious that one can’t reach certain places, such as massaging the back, so it’s pretty much a team sport.
My initial impression was the massage gun is pretty heavy. The weight was unexpected on the first touch and use. It is understandable, as it needs to house the motor and battery to power the device. It is very solidly built, albeit I wouldn’t drop it to see whether it would survive the impact. The manual certainly warns against this.
The five attachments work wonderfully. My favourite is by far the air cushion head as it is a fairly low impact attachment. It is a sight for sore muscles. The solid attachments work well when used as described. However, I have found them rather unpleasant when hitting something like a bone. It is best to stick around the designated areas. Weirdly enough, the vibrations are better felt when operating on the level 1 setting rather than cranking up the power up to level 4. This is rather counter-intuitive.
The motor is powerful. The manual specifically warns against a few ways this device must not be used. The head is one of those areas and I believe it would certainly lead to a headache rather than relaxation considering the strong vibrations. One of the consequences of the powerful vibrations is that the person holding the massage gun may find themselves getting pretty tired after a while, despite the beneficiary complaining that they want more. It is definitely a build-up process as initially, I could not hold it for more than a minute, a minute and a half before my arm would be tired from the vibrations. The handle is not to blame as it has a silicone cover which is very nice to the touch and it provides a good grip. This is strictly down to the massage gun operating.
Rumours (read: manual) say not to use this before sleep as it has a stimulating effect. While I have found that to be true, on the stimulation side, my wife slept like a log. I did not have any issues either. I’m guessing the endorphins release pretty much negated any stimulation.
The massage gun is charged via a USB C port at the bottom of the handle. There’s a charging cable included, but no charger. This shouldn’t be an issue for most as I believe everybody and their dog has a USB charger these days. It should take around 3 hours to charge, but that depends on the power source. The bonus of USB C is that I could easily pack it in the bag and use my phone charger and cable.
One of the brilliant touches is the included carrying case. I always hate when accessories are getting misplaced, so this case makes sure that everything can be kept tidy and in one place.
