This magnesium oil is amazing. It helps with joint pain especially at night time.. If you experience itching, spray less till your body gets used to before increasing the dose. Also I find that if you spray on the joints, there’s no itching but if you spray on other areas of the skin, it itches. But it does an amazing work helping us to have a good night sleep.

Got this after knee surgery and massaged in and around scar, at the back of leg, thigh and feet, it definitely helped with sleep and relaxation of muscles.
Still using 10 weeks on so last a long time
Bought this product on recommendation from a friend as suffer from chronic cramps in the calfs. Having used it now for a couple of weeks I can not honestly say that it helps as have still had cramps after applying it but will persever for a while and see if it helps.
I have been suffering from pain in my left calf for the past three days and even been to triage as was worried about DVT. They gave me compression socks which helped but the pain was still there. The magnesium oil arrived a few hours ago and I put it on immediately and within half an hour my pain has completely gone. I don’t know if it’s the placebo affect because I was putting on everything, gel, vix anything to take the pain away and nothing was working. Not even paracetamol was taking off the edge. So definitely worth a try alongside compression socks!
I am a sports massage therapist and purchased this spray for treatment on my clients. Some clients can take a cramp when the muscles are being stretched and released. A few quick sprays of this is wonderful, so far the cramps have all gone away instantly, if you get cramps in your legs through the night it may also be beneficial to spray/rub a bit of this on the soles of the feet before going to sleep.
