Overall the mattresses is very comfortable and relax but height of the mattresses is not 6 seems to be. Within a span of 2 months of usage the size reduced to be 5. Otherthan that it is good.

When I first touched the mattress when it came rolled in a package i felt it is too soft so will have to return it but when we opened it up and used it, it was really so good and the firmness is just perfect. It's a perfect buy. Just would like to suggest that please send someone along to unpack it as can't be unpacked by women. It took great effort to unpack it. Otherwise no complaints about the quality.

Great mattress. Got on time. And installation is damn easy. Got a call from mattress company as soon as it got delivered for installation instructions but its very easy so i have done my self. Good response from company. Got 10 years warranty. Hope they will respond as quick as they did now when there is problem. As usual amazon delivery is great. It is very comfortable to sleep on the bed and it can accommodate 4 people very easily. But in order to get down from the bed, we need to apply a lot of force to move forward which is creating a problem at present.

I have purchased the 72×78 king size sleep company mattress two months back through amazon. After using it around two months, following are my comments and experiences on the products :
1. The matress is very comfortable, cool, soft, and most importantly useful for people having back pain. (Truely orthopaedic mattress )
2. Size of the matress is accurately mentioned.
3. Matress is light. So it can be easily removed from the bed if required. ( helpful for king/queen size box bed)
4. Packaging was nice.
5. Delivery was timely. Thanks to Amazon.
6. The product comes in two colours- white and black. I would suggest for more colours if possible as the white colour often gets dirty. However, good thing is that the cover can be removed easily for washing.
Thus the overall experience on this product is good for me. I recommend this matress to all. Undoubtedly it is the best matress at present. I shall purchase another one soon.
Started Back Pain for Me, i talked to their experts and they said as its from amazon we cannot give 100 days replacement, my point is if your product is best then whats harm in giving this replacement eventually we are customer of sleep company..
After listing to all this there concerned team connected and upgraded thr mattress to pro i just had to pay the difference.

Soft, but not too sof
It’s pretty soft. If you stand, your legs will just sink in. But when you are spreading the weight, while sitting or lying down, it feels so comfortable.

I’ve had the mattress now for a month and my sleep quality has certainly improved. As others have said it’s very heavy so get assistance when trying to move it. Recommended
Firmness is good but the edges are extra soft that may result to get rolled down. Also the fabric is very prone to dust and stains. But the most important thing is that all the pressure points are very scientifically handled and there is no back pain after using it for a month. The size – 78×72 is apt for my king size bed.
This mattress actually exceeds expectations. It is very comfortable with well-balanced support, it is unusually both firm and flexible.
If you’re on the fence, can’t make your mind up, go with this one, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Ok so I got this in the Prime Day Sale. I have multiple injuries; my lower spine, hip/groin, knees and neck give me a multitude of problems as you can imagine.
When I saw this on offer I was keen to read all the reviews and it seemed a good bargain; so I bought it.
The delivery men said it’s the heaviest mattress they’ve ever come across. I was able to leave it for 36 hours before sleeping on it. The first morning after saw some aches and pains as my body got used to it. Second night I fell asleep without even thinking about it and slept like the preverberal log. I woke up quite refreshed (unusual) and was reluctant to get up but my “bedmate” needed to go visit his favourite tree. And that’s another point, my dog absolutely LOVES this new mattress. He gets under the duvet and spreads himself out. For a smallish dog he takes up a lot of my king size bed!!! But so far, so good. It is very firm, but if you have a back injury, it’s just what you need. Looks good, feels good, but it is REALLY heavy.
I suffer from osteoporosis and also osteoarthritis , this mattress is a hybrid one and that is what I was advised to get for my condition , it is comfortable , I sleep well and that is what is most important to me and helps get me through the day , it is heavy , the delivery people were very impressed when unrolling it , you get a little sample in a packet of the layer inside the mattress , you can unzip the cover on the mattress that shows the layers you’ll be sleeping on , it’s well made , it does squeak a bit on the edges when getting on and off the mattress but on the whole I’m very satisfied with it , it was delivered on time , I got this mattress on offer so I’m a very pleased customer , many thanks

This mattress is firm and good for your back and at the same time very comfortable. It Adapts to the shape of your body and hence is very comfortable. It has definitely improved my sleep and I will recommend this to everyone who likes a bit of firm mattresses.
