INNERSY Womens Menstrual Period Underwear Leakproof Pants Heavy Flow Extra Protection Cotton Knickers Pack of 3

Does the job
Bought 2 packs of these, they work really well. Often used to leak as used pads, but had no problems with these as the protection goes right from the top at the front all the way to the top at the back. Very comfortable to wear in summer, although to do make you feel a bit warmer (or maybe that’s just me!). Says hand wash, but I do mine on a quick wash on 20 in the washing machine. They do take longer to dry than normal underwear, but usually dry overnight. Would recommend.
Excellent produc
Arrived in time. I have been using these for some time and find them excellent for using with Incontinence Pads.
They are comfortable to wear. Wash well and no need to iron.
Great produc
I bought these for my partner as she was struggling with periods and she loves them and would happily buy them again. We also went and bought their more lightweight pants for before/after period. They’ve been long lasting, robust and they wash well.
I thought about getting these but was skeptical. Well I gave in and bought them. They are so comfortable and for those light days you don’t necessarily need a pad. I would use one anyway just to double the protection. But now I’m not worrying about leaking anymore.
These are a must! Wish I knew about them soone
I only got the memo about these recently. Great product that I cannot go without when I have my monthlys. I usually have heavy flow and unfortunately leaks however wearing these has reduced this greatly. I’m in my late 30s and wish I had been using these much sooner as I could have avoided sooo many unnecessary situations but hey it is what it is.
Absolutely delighted with these Knickers, lovely comfy cotton and the leakproof part is nice and wide, I am in my 60’s and these are good for my “little dribble accidents, I use them with reusable pads on days out as I am not guaranteed to be near a toilet, at home I can wear them without and one pair lasts all day unlike ordinary knickers which I have to change 3 or 4 times a day.
Bought these because I have spotting every day and was fed up of pantyliners coming out of place and when I do have periods they are very light. So pleased with them. Very comfy and do the job. I wash them on a two hour cold wash and they come out perfect every time. Not sure what they are like for a heavy flow but perfect for what I need!
This was an impulse buy as i like the brand and the price was right. I’m day 2, normally I use a cup and in 4h I can lose about 12oz. This didn’t quiet cut it. I did manage maybe 6 hours, but I noticed leakage off the sides of the gussets.
After having another look at the product description it does say to use with another absorbant option on heavy days. So in goes my cup!
They are really comfortable, though as a heavier woman (87kg with a mum tum) I would have loved them to go a little higher, ie over my belly button.
These are for the last few days… definitely not for the first 2-3 days
When I got these I expected a thicker insert, though I realise they must be for extended protection, or the last couple days where it’s a very, very light flow. Kept a hold of them for that reason, but I won’t buy them again as they’re not what I was looking for.
I use mine with a cup, I experienced a big leak and it captured it really well. It’s day 2 and I’ve experienced no discomfort with the product as it fits really well. It doesn’t make me feel “swampy or sweaty” which adds to the comfort factor. As anything leaks I switch it and put on another pair and put the cup back in. Unlike reusuable pads (which shift around and because they are fleece it can encourage sweating etc.), these period pants are great – so good, I’m ordering another pack of 3.
Also, I checked the otherside of the underwear to see how absorbent it is and I noticed no leaks/seeping through the fabric. I’m really pleased with this product.
I normally have a heavy period. This product was great. I really pushed the time frame in wearing them to do it this review. (I was at home so could take care of issues) I wore these all day (8hrs), no leaks. I didn’t feel damp or sticky, only downside I can find was elastic could be a little stronger.
When used the way they’re intended to be used, i.e. with your usual sanitary protection, these are brilliant. I can’t imagine not using them, now that I’ve discovered them and tried them. For someone with a very heavy flow (using tampons and nighttime towels at the same time), the added protection is invaluable. No more soiled bedding, or leaking through to my clothing. No more insecurity over whether or not I have leaked through when out and about. It’s nice to be confident during menstruation. The pants are of good quality, and I found the sizing to be accurate. They’re comfortable to wear and so far, seem to wash well.
If you’re thinking of buying these INSTEAD of the usual sanitary products, you’ll be disappointed. If you want them for extra protection, in addition to your usual sanitary wear, then I highly rate them.
Good
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 purely because they can be a little uncomfortable but manageable. These are the first period pants I’ve had and I expected them to be tighter fitting than my usual underwear purely to avoid leaks. I pair these with a pad/cup for bedtime use and so far no leaks at night!
I wouldn't rely on them alone.
Bought because I was curious about period pants and also whether a thicker gusset would help with sweat in summer time.
Pros:
-Size is as expected. They fit well, no riding up. Full coverage.
-Comfy and stretchy
Cons:
-I would never rely on these alone on a period, they’re only marginally thicker than normal pants. You can also sweat through them easily.
-Noise. Not sure if anyone else noticed this, but the fabric sewn into these to help them be ‘leak proof’ rustles a bit.
– Granny pants. Not that it matters much with period pants but these are big full briefs. I wouldn’t wear them with any low rise jeans.
Period pants
Bought some of these for my grandaughter when she started her periods. Absolutely brilliant. No leakage, smell and no embarrassment at school for PE or when she plays football. I thought I’d try them for my leakages, at 76 have quite a few.
Actually seeing an incontinence nurse. These are so good I dont even notice if I “leak” a bit. Been wearing pads that sometimes were really heavy when I changed them. These pants hold so much I honestly thought there was nothing in them. I shall be buying more and ditching the pads. Why werent these around when I was a young girl. All we had was what we ” lovingly called “hammocks” thick cotton wool towels with a sanitary belt.
Been reading the questions and answers on here and quite frankly I find you don’t need to have pads as well even on her heaviest days and I dont need extra protection in my pants even though I do sometimes leak a lot. Never feels as if I’ve wet myself like when wearing pads
Buy next size dow
I bought these in an 18 which was my size. Wore them for the first day and as they are more like hipsters than full briefs, they kept rolling down/falling down gradually when I walked. Had to keep hiking them up throughout the day. This may not be the pants but if you have a bit of a belly, then these are not going to come up over it,hence the rolling down. Maybe a smaller size would have been better but as I’d worn a pair I didn’t feel right in returning them. Also a little saggy/baggy around the bottom of the buttocks. This may just be a feeling as my husband said he couldn’t see anything gaping. I do though, given all this, feel a little safer in the knowledge I’m wearing them. Still wear a pad at heavier times. wouldn’t buy again though as I’d like a fuller pair which didn’t move when wearing. Probably perfectly ok for those with a washboard stomach Hope this helps
These never leak no matter how heavy my period is so i like them, i just wouldn’t say they’re awful comfortable for a heavy period because they tend to feel a little wet. Best for a medium to light period comfort wise. Great for when you’re not sure if your period is going to come during the night and don’t want to wear a pad! Also work great with pads if you’re a person who just needs underwear for preventing leakage. 3 pairs is definitely not enough for a period but i still recommend buying if you’re trying to reduce the amount of pads and panty liners you use, I’ll build my collection eventually . Still great condition also after multiple washes.
Update: they did leak a tiny bit after a super heavy period out the sides, but they’re still good for light to medium.
I definitely enjoy the fact that I do not need to keep buying disposable items anymore, nevertheless the material is so thin that I definitely didn’t trust to wear them alone in my heavy day so I wore it with the menstrual cup as well, the rest of the days I prefer to use a little bit of toilet paper just in case but the last days definitely with nothing else on and they really work. One thing I did not like at all was the fact that they read through thin clothes sp definitely have that in mind.
Brought for my daughter to allow her to have the security she desires when she is on her period at school and in bed..
She likes the fit and feel of the pants.
Wish we purchase just one type of coloring rather than mixed.
They seem to be wearing very well I have washed a few time so far and still seem in good shape and only little color distortion.
I would recommend these to any female..
