Very handy plug
This plug was just what I wanted, great value. The plug is of good sturdy quality and I also liked that I could charge my phone and laptop and use the socket at the same time
One plug for three devices - great for travelling to USA
It is not that small but you only need one as you can use main plug and two USBs to charge at the same time. We used it all the time on our recent trip to the States. Would recommend
Not all EU countries have same electrical sockets.
Fortunately checked few days before travelling to Italy for adapter types, only to find they have different sockets to many other EU countries. As per usual, found correct type on Amazon and delivered in time. NB: In general there are two different types of sockets used in Italy, best to check in advance with destination.
Very practical and useful
We bought two of these for use on a trip to Australia. They proved to be very useful as both an adaptor for a UK 3 pin plug and for charging phones/e-books. Good solid construction and a very practical size when connected to an Australian socket. Good value.
Good adapter, but heavy.
It is a good UK to USA adapter. I would say though that the weight isn’t balanced very well. It’s too heavy, and if you combine it with any UK plugs with a PSU, it is going to put a lot of pressure on the cheap and nasty American plug sockets you get in most houses. So be careful using it.
