Bought 2 pairs for forthcoming holiday. Originally went with the size guide which told me x large. They were far too big. Reordered large. Nice fit, very comfortable, nice deep pockets. Have only worn them a couple of times, thus far. Early days but so far very pleased. Arrived earlier than expected
'White' is not whote, it's cream!
‘White’ is not white, it’s cream, and nowhere near white. However, they’re still nice shorts, hence still giving 4 stars. I just wish sellers like this wouldn’t lie about colours, you get a lot of it on Amazon, and other reviewers have commented the same about other colours.
Love these shorts
The elastic waistband is super comfortable, and the cotton material feels great, especially in the summer heat. The pockets are big enough for holding my phone or keys while I’m out and about.
The draw string was not quite long enough to fasten correctly,but will be perfect if I go back to my pre – fat boy weight or lose fifteen stone.
Great summer shorts
Perhaps a bit on the large size. For me 34″ waist should have ordered Large not XL. My mistake. Other than that – deep pockets, a few loose threads on stitching which I cut off but overall good value.
Not bad
Nice look good , but size is a issue I got 34/36 waist because amazon said this is best fit . They are to big I’m a 34to 35 waist so drop down a size and try .
Good quality item
Good quality item, well made, true to size. Unfortunately, the denim color I ordered is not accurate at all, despite being labeled “denim”, it is actually grey. I kept them because they are still nice looking, although not the color I expected.
Good summer optio
Nice shorts and comfortable on my holidays. I went a little too big on the waist, but the drawstring dealt with the slack very well. The ‘metal’ toggles also stop the drawstring pulling through, which is nice. No flies on these shorts, although there is a flap shown in to suggest there is one? But this isn’t a big problem and makes the shorts lighter to wear and less likely for embarrassing flashes!! 😮
Great product, but………
Generally these are great, my only comments would be that the material isn’t the best, the tie cord is a bit short & there is no opening at the front for “turning one’s bike round” if you know what I mean. The latter may be a problem for some, but overall for the price, they are excellent.
Cheap and cheerful shorts. Lightweight and ideal for evening when it’s cooler. I note the stitching is not very good with threads at all the ends but sorted them with a lighter. Like any clothes from china, their sizing is if for smaller frames. I got XXXL which is an XL in UK. I’m size 38 waste, just shy of 100KG and 5ft 10″. These come just above the knee and fit really well. I would recommend fastening up the waste string or going up stairs will slowly pull them down.
Am I happy – yes. Just make sure you get the right size.
Comfortable
These are not bad, but a bit long in the leg if you are short like me, they are comfortable and help to keep cool because they are quite baggy, the string could do with being longer, and they are quite poorly made, but they are fairly cheap to buy. You get what you pay for.
My Husband was looking for shorts to wear in the hot weather ,he had tried quite a few different one from other firms and they were a bad fit ,when I said look on Amazon we did not expect to find a pair just like that. When I showed him them he thought he would try a pair so I ordered a Med he thought the material was good not to thick but when he tried them he soon found they were to big ,so I ordered a small . this pair proved to be a good fit so he kept them and returned the med . If any one wants to try them they do seem to run a bit on the big side. but other than that they seem to be good.
