I have been using Lavazza pods for manny years and have tried all their variants and have always experienced a quality brew.
This variant in particular is my favourite as it matches flavour with boldness. It’s my easy drinking option and I will be sipping it well into my old age.
It’s the best coffee for the Modo Mio that I have tried, due to it’s intensity (not too mild or strong). The description will already give other details about the coffee. I’m not good at describing texture and taste. It’s a pity I’ve not seen these in supermarkets.
My favourite blend of Lavazza Coffee, it’s not too strong but has a great well-rounded flavour. Goes well with oat milk. The eco caps are great too, much better for the environment.
My previous coffee pod machine used tassimo pods so this pod machine is a little different in that it’s really for expresso’s, but I just hold the button down longer for a larger cup of coffee.
I have only tried this Lungo. The taste is of a decent coffee
Having tasted other pods at friends using different types of machines And having bought two other types of machines myself. The Lavazza is what I settled for and now a few months later I have to say. It stands head and shoulders above the others I come across.
The nitty-gritty of pod choices for me were the two stronger ‘Intensita’ choices which I regarded as 5*. I still use these, but you know what. This Lungo Dolce at an ‘Intensita’ of only 6 and 100% Arabica is my favourite above all others.
Worth a try to see if you feel the same if you like strong Espresso.
I had run out of coffee pods for my Lavazza machine (yet again) and these were on Amazon at a good price. I haven’t tried this particular variation before and took the plunge. This is well-balanced coffee; it isn’t as strong as the others I’ve tried: I like my coffee smooth and strong. However, the coffee is pleasant on the palate and as a result, these pods did not last long.
With or without milk; frothy or flat, these pods do not disappoint. Another plus is the fact that the pods are eco-pods which means I am doing my bit for the environment.
