Hola ! Compr el reloj hace casi 1 ao y funciona de maravilla, est muy bien y encima resistente al trabajo duro de mi marido. Hace unos das se le rompi el cargador y ped ayuda al Amazon para ponerme en contacto con la empresa a ver si me pueden mandar otro cargador! No solo me respondi enseguida , en dos das tena en casa el cargador!!! Maravillosa atencin al cliente post venta , recomiendo muchsimo el vendedor ! Mil gracias!!! Super recomendable!

I absolutely love this smart watch, it has in my opinion everything you need, simple to set up,excellent quality and great graphics. However the only thing I feel let’s it down is that when it gets to 60% charge life remaining it disconnects from phone ? I have no idea why and how to remedy this as I have followed the trouble shooter to the letter but it continues to do this , I charge it it up fully it works without fault then as soon as it hits 60% off it goes , any ideas anyone? But still love it .

Used the watch normaly…..one day ir ksst started vibrating and didn”t Stop till batterie dead.
I contacted the seller…..who told me how top get a replacment……after sending short video of the watch not working he sent me a new one…..
I tried charging the defekt one a coiple of days ago….IT worked again…But the battery only holds about 5 to 6 hours.
Short battery time Not so good.
The new one works well and holds for a coiple of days…..
So top Service and Points[Stars] for this seller ftom me.
