This does not need to change the mixer, you just need to choose a different mixing mode will be able to get different types of foam
How can I clean inside unit ? Because surely it can’t be submerged in water.
Remove the little circular frother inside (it’s magnetic) then wash the inside as you would a glass in your hand. Use a damp cloth with a little Fairy to wipe down the outside in the same manner as you would clean the outside of a kettle… all done.
Can you put chocolate powder in this to mix and heat to make hot chocolate? Or can you only put milk into it?
Yes, you can add chocolate powder to make hot chocolate, just enjoy it, you bet you will love this milk frother.

This frother is amazing! So quiet when frothing and so thick when using the first setting! We used it for a coffee and it was just like a cappuccino you have out! I have used full fat and semi skinned milk so far as it likes milk with a bit of fat in it as it froths more! Have not used the hot milk or cold function yet! Would definitely recommend it!
Had the device for about 3 months now. Really good at frothing the milk, although depending on the type, ie almond, coconut, cow’s, you may need to adjust the amount you put in, as some froth up, better than others. I thought my frother broke as it stopped making froth but still heated the milk and swirled the milk, like a few other people’s reviews said. Turns out that sometimes if milk has been opened for a while, the proteins break down a bit making frothing impossible. Retry with fresh milk.

Easy to use and is quiet.
Cleaning is quick and easy accept don’t get the switch wet.
The froth is great I use barista oat milk and the result is the same as milk.

Very good froth, quick and very quiet in use. Quite easy to clean if you rinse it immediately after use. Happy with this machine. Also neat and small, takes up very little space.
Great product. We had a slight problem where it stopped working however the company were easy to contact and sent a replacement out very quickly free of charge. Great service and highly recommend.
I loved using this milk frother. After 6 months it started to not froth the milk. Having contacted Customer Service , they arranged for a
replacement unit to be sent to me (without having to return the faulty one). It arrived very quickly. And now it works as should. Customer Service from Jackie was amazing. Very attentive and checked back with me to see if the replacement was working as should.
I love my milk frother and was gutted when it abruptly stopped working. I got in touch with customer support and within a week I’d received a replacement which works like a charm
Stylish in appearance I had the white one .Very easy to use but can only accommodate enough milk to froth milk for one person at a time.Temperature is just right.Performance is great and easy to use just press a button and it does the rest.well worth buying.
Instructions are scarce I had to do some of my own measuring how much milk to heat to the measure of coffeeThere is very little Instructions, no recipes for making any drinks .I had to go on YouTubeto find more info that was ok but I worked it out for my self . along with my own working out what ratio coffee to milk to make cappachino I have sorted all in all its a good little frother simple and easy to clean .Still don’t know why there is a whisk attached to the lid the frother ? if any one knows it would be good to know.
I was really pleased with this milk frother having ordered it in April. But it then started to not warm and froth the milk properly though the whisk inside was spinning. It would work sometimes – it was inconsistent. I suspected the thermostat/heater was broken. Having contacted Customer Service (Jackie), she arranged for a replacement unit to be sent to me (without having to return the faulty one). That arrived in a few days and I am back to frothy milky coffees! Exemplary Customer Service from Jackie and the team.

I was on the verge of returning this as faulty but now it’s working reliably I’m very pleased. I have fed this back to the support team and hopefully they will update the design in the future to make it more robust and perhaps updated the documentation/FAQ to suggest this is checked for anyone having similar issues.

Right size for one cup/ drink milk heating and frothing. I only use full fat milk and frothing has been fine – just pay attention to the min/max markers inside the frothing… unfortunately, I didn’t and had a mess to clean up on first use! Have used daily for past couple of weeks and not had any issues. Appliance has a solid matt colour.
In addition, the supplier’s are keen to provide good customer care service, and are always ready to answer any questions or feedback that customers might have (thank you Ann!). I would definitely recommend this product to anybody who likes milky drinks, and you can be sure of a good after-sale service if you buy from this supplier.
Could have been a little taller to make bigger cups of coffee like a cappuccino it’s more of a flat white. The frothing action causes the fluid to vortex therefore half the capacity is for the rise. If just heating normally it can take double.
The temperature is ready to drink so it’s warm for 5 mins.
It’s a nifty little gadget that isn’t offensive to the countertops and takes up little space. Does what it says and the price is fair.
