Really good
This is a wonderful little massager, especially for the price. I suffer with a very bad neck and this has really soothed it. Just as well it switches off after 15 minutes or I’d leave it on for hours! Nicely warm, different speeds and a lovely rolling massage.
Great for neck and back massage
Got this iKristin neck massager for my mother-in-law and she’s been over the moon with it. It’s seriously good for easing neck and back aches with its 16 massage heads and heat function. Lightweight and easy to carry around, she uses it at home or even in the car. Simple to use and pretty sturdy too. At just under 34, it’s a steal. Great for anyone needing a bit of relaxation.

Great massage
Found this to be very beneficial,it really does give you a wonderful massage .
You put your hands in the pockets and. move the massager up and down your back if you want .It feels really good ,next best thing to real hands .

Almost a miracle machine
This massager is amazing for neck and shoulders, both my husband and I use it and both love it! Was a bit sceptical at first based on some reviews about heat aspect not working but heat works fine on ours.
It does feel weird at first, almost slightly painful, but go with it and it really does helps with aches and pains.

I have very stiff trapeze muscles because I swim a lot and have very stiff shoulders. This absolutely did the job almost as good as a professional massage. I would go so far to say had to stop using it. My muscles were too sore. Couldn’t myhandle any more I used it so much and feeling the effects the day after thoroughly recommended, especially for the price brilliant value.
The first review made me get it. And I thank her for her positive review because this is actually REALLY good. The pressure is hard and deep which I like. It actually gets in there and you can push/pull the straps if you want even deeper pressure. This is amazing. Especially for those who have upper back pain, shoulder pain, and neck pain. I have the worst neck cramps and this makes it feel better. It gets the deep knots guys.
Downside: it’s huge so takes up space but doesn’t take up space like a huge chair massages and it feels just a good

Over time the massager kinda jumps from your skin, like you need to angle it a specific way for it to massage well. This wasn’t the case in the beginning but I personally dm it much.

As I’m typing this review I’m actually using the massager and the relief of my back pain is just perfect. I do suffer from various areas of pain but I’ve yet to try it around the neck area.
It’s quite a bulky item but don’t let that put you off as the massager more than makes up for any size issues.
With it running off mains electricity it runs on a constant and effective motion.
You can add heat and adjust the intensity, but I’m finding the highest level of intensity is perfect for my lower back pain, it really does feel like a person is massaging you.
I love it and can’t recommend it enough.

I can’t believe how this machine really can work out my knots, especially in shoulder blade areas as usually can’t reach with another massager. The sling is brilliant as allows you to position to any muscle. Best I’ve found and a brilliant price. 10/10.
Amazing!!
I was a bit sceptical about buying this, but after I read the reviews, I thought I’d give it ago….. OMG its an absolute godsend for me as I’m recovering from a shoulder injury, it gets right into your joints, feeling relaxed and loose after just 15 mins, two 15 min sessions a day, is all I need, also on the plus side its much cheaper than paying for a weekly massage
This massager is an absolutely brilliant piece of equipment. I purchased it for neck & shoulder issues. It states on the box it’s equivalent to a deep tissue massage and within half an hour of using it for the first time, my neck stiffness had eased immensely and felt so much easier to move. Some have commented about the fact it has to be plugged in so as to use it, but this doesn’t bother me at all as I don’t particularly want to be moving around when using this, so position yourself close to a socket or just have an extension cable handy. I would agree with those who state the heat setting is hardly noticeable as it isn’t, but that doesn’t overly detract from the fact that it gives you a deep massage. I can assure you that there will be a lot of ‘oohs’ & ‘ahhhs’ coming from you as it works its magic and the following day you will know you’ve used it!! I took out the extra 3 yr protection as it was only 3.29 for the 3 yrs (or 2.49 for 2yrs) so it’s a win win. Great product and really good price.

Heats well and easy to hold into the correct position. I always have problems with lower back and shoulder and this has really helped.
Don’t over use and you can come quiet sore (like you do after a massage)

Really helped to relieve the pain in my shoulders and back, this was cheaper than a sports massage and did almost the same! Easy to use and was happily sat watching tv and getting a massage.

The fabric has a quality and feels sturdy, it gives pain relief quickly but you need to move around quite a bit to find the pain points. It is a bit chunkier than I thought but overall a good purchase.

I’ve been suffering with bad neck, shoulder and upper back pain for around 4 month now and this bit of kit has been a little life saver.
Waking up on a morning in pain with a stiff neck chuck this on my 15/20 minutes whilst I have my coffee has helped to loosen up my neck and relieve some of the tension and pain as well as saved me a fortune in twice weekly massages.
The kit is pretty bulky however its really lightweight and the material is comfortable with the arm straps and it really easy to use, the appearance of it looks expensive to. Im not to sure why people are saying in their reviews if youre small framed this isn’t good option, I’m 5ft3 and I’d say it was a pretty good fit, hits all the sore knotty parts of my neck so I’d say its a good fit for the smaller people to, maybe they just aren’t using it right? You can change the speed and direction of the massager balls to. The heat setting is pretty poor though and you can barely feel any heat which is disappointing but for me its not a huge loss. It is also a little loud when in use but overall probably one of the best things I’ve bought in a long time and so far worth the money 100%
his is the best massager i have had till today and very clearly it is going to be the all time massager of mine plus the ones i care for. i ordered this to check if it really fulfill the needs of mine like the pain of shoulder muscles specifically and sometimes the shoulder blade. it went great with the first massage but with the second time i ended having pain in all my back while touching .. that means u will have to be a little softer if you are having a soft and delicate mass. it is best for males especially who are driving most of the day or having any muscles problems plus for the women as well but I will suggest with a little softer go ..
no need anyone to request to massage you when you are in pain, an excellent way to be on your own .
moreover about the product is of very good leather . very easy to use no tricks at all..
now if we come to the price it definitely is high than it should be . as i m intending to order for my father, sister and a cousin who are in constant pain of neck muscles . it would be a great gift.. do let us know whenever the seller put some voucher of 30 or 40%. 😀 😛 Price is not good rest all is fine

Ive I brought this as a gift for my husband who suffers from muscular aches and pains. I was intrigued enough to try it for myself and to listen to his feedback.
I had looked at several of these massagers and given my husband has rather broad shoulders and frame I took the time to do my research to ensure it was suitable. It just about works on his broad shoulders, but the length of the arm pieces wasn’t a good fit for him. This is obviously a subjective thing so trial and error is probably needed to find what suits every individual.
The main body of the massager is rather cumbersome and awkward to position. There are instructions on where best to place and position the massager dependent on the area you wish to be targeting which was helpful. But the massager has to be held/our ‘trapped’ in place to ensure it doesn’t move off that targeted area during the massager. This is rather tiresome but necessary to achieve a good pressure from the mechanism.
My favourite bit was the heat element that I found particularly beneficial in turns of providing pain relief and combined with the pressure, I enjoyed using this on my lower back (lying on tummy- needed help with placement and tucked ‘arm straps’ under tummy to steady it). It’s worth noting it does get relatively hot and quickly.
It’s mains powered, with a rather short lead- so be prepared to be very close to an electrical outlet/socket to use it device.
We’ve had the massager a few months only and have noticed some fraying of the edges of the material – so the degree of wear is higher than I would have expected in such a short time and with only limited usage.
Would I buy this again- probably not. It’s one of the better ones on the market and will give you a decent heated massage if you can wrangle it into position. It would save you money from potential cost of seeing a professional and is always on hand if you want a session, however to get true pain relief which is its purpose – I would pay someone professional to do it. They can target the exact areas you needed and apply significantly more pressure in the correct area/way. I think we are all worth it and should invest in ourselves this way- self care is underrated!
