Love i It’s so soft, got bit to big but still love it. Before it was hard for me to find a good position to sleep but with this topper I can sleep thru the night in one position. Haven’t felt any pain in my body for weeks now.
Comfortable mattress toppe So far so good. I’ve only had it a week. It has made a difference to my sleep. That extra layer of comfort has really helped me to sleep better. There was a slight smell nothing overwhelming as some reviews had said when first opened it up but that went within the first 24 hours. Overall a nice comfortable topper will update once I’ve had it a bit longer.
Great value for money I needed a new mattress as my current one was too soft, the ones i wanted were out of my price range so i thought id give this topper a try first. I’m so pleased I did, it’s so good and it’s like I have a new bed. The first night I did try it on the firmer side, but I found this too firm for me. The other side is softer, but still firm and for me it’s perfect! For the price I would urge anyone thinking of getting a new mattress to give this a go first, for me it’s a much cheaper option.
Made a huge difference My mattress was hard kept waking up with lower back pain neck and shoulder pain, after buying this mattress topper it’s like a new bed so comfy and from the first night I had no back neck or shoulder pain, would highly recommend and a lot cheaper than buying a new mattress

I have had two nights sleeping on this the double topper and it is perfect for me.
I would have lower back pain from time to time and the firmness of this is great to combat the pain.

Love it! I bought it as I have a sore hip and leg. I already have a relatively new very expensive mattress and base but I still have a lot of pain in the night and stiffness on waking.
I’ve had this topper for under a week, and the pain, soreness in the night is gone and I’m lot less stiff on waking. It fits exactly on my king size bed, it doesn’t slip about when I move on it, it’s cooling to sleep on.

I found the mattress topper works best when it’s used in line with the straps that are available on the companies Amazon page.
With how thick this topper is, you would think it’s an actual matress. It’s so comfortable and much better than any other topper I’ve had in the past. Really good foam that moulds well into your body without you feeling like you’re just sinking. It’s a great alternative to buying a new mattress which would cost hundreds.

Remarkably Comfortable Actually purchased for our camper van as previous mattress was not ideal, so considered putting this on top for extra comfort.
However this mattress felt so good we just use this & dispensed with our other mattress altogether.
Since our return from last holiday I have actually been using this on top of my own mattress ( only 6 months old ) and it’s been a total game changer in the comfort department.
Comfortable mattress This is a comfortable mattress topper but not 4 inches high although that isn’t an issue except my bedspread now sweeps the floor on both sides of the bed. I was impressed with how cool I remained during mini heatwave as I didn’t wake up hot and sticky as I used to with my previous topper. It also appears beneficial to my hip and back problems they have been less painful when I get up. My partner prefers this topper to the previous one also.
This is firm Topper is as thick as specified. Be advised that this is a firm topper. If you want to sink in deep – this product isn’t for you. It is however comfortable and supportive.
The chemical smell that is present with many toppers is much less subtle with this one which is good.
Excellent customer support. Added a layer of much needed comfort. This one did not work too well for the mattress in the sofabed that I needed it for which had terrible lumpy springs. So used it in the master bedroom for extra comfort! If you have any issues, the customer support team is incredible. Buy with confidence!

I bought two of these toppers with this transaction and I had also bought 2 previously, and the quality has really gone downhill. These are just not as good as they used to be, uncomfortable, unsupportive, more pain inducing (sadly) and at a much higher price.
I can accept that everything has gone up price wise, but I can’t accept how let down and disappointed I am with this product(s).
To be fair, I gave the product a good amount of time before I fired off a review. i wanted it to work, I needed it to work (for my sleep and my body) but because of the many hours of sleep I have lost and the many hours of pain I have had to endure and the price I had to pay, I felt I had to write an honest review from my perspective.
Two for the price of one… As an independent reviewer I should state I’m picky when it comes to anything sleep related, having been through both ‘pillow gate’ and ‘mattress gate’ prior to ordering this.
I loved my mattress, but for me it was just a fraction too firm for my tastes but I didn’t want to send back yet another mattress and risk getting worse, so ordered this topper.
It arrived quickly and vacuum packed, it upon opening it soon started regaining ‘life’ but I did leave it for 48 hours before using it.
And oh my, what a difference it made. The design is incredibly clever, have it one way and it’s softer but spin it and it’s firmer. I had it with the slightly softer end because I was looking for a little ‘sinking’ sensation rather than support as the mattress was already firm. From the moment I laid on this I was comfortable and instantly slept better. My only niggle was the anti slip technology didn’t seem to be the best, and I kept having to reposition the topper every few days, so corner elastic would have been good. That said it was super comfortable and it was a small niggle.
Unfortunately though I had to downsize recently to a single bed, and thought I was looking at a partial or complete loss for this topper. But to my surprise, when I looked at my Amazon orders I noticed that this topper was still eligible for return. To put this in perspective I got it in November 2023 and have just returned it in January 2024, with a little time left on the product to return.
The returns process was easy enough, and the company made no quibble about no longer needing the topper and issuing a refund once I’d returned it. Of course the only trouble was that it was a topper for a double bed and came vacuum sealed, so boxing it to send back was a pain. Fortunately I had a large box from a previous order still waiting to go into the recycling bin and once rolled as best I could and tied, it went in the box and off it went.
I highly recommend both the product and the company, especially as I would have kept the topper had I kept my double bed.
So comfortable I absolutely love this! Makes the bed feel soft and cosy whilst supporting your body. It was well packaged, easy to unpack, no horrible smell- perfect fit for king size bed. The only drawback is my fitted sheet needs to be deeper. A good price too
Excellent .. back saver that prevented me returning a new mattress Bought a new bed that was supposed to be medium firm but was actually firm and like lying on a brick. After one night on it I ended up with severe back ache and my partner was getting pins and needles in his arms when on his side.
I ordered this the following day after having had their adjustable pillows I trusted that it too would be excellent quality and it is!
It’s like adding a pillow top, it adds softness without you sinking in too much. Barely any smell and I still can use my 30cm deep fitted sheets. It doesn’t shift about even tho there’s no straps.
After a few nights with it my back is fixed, my partner slept without getting pins and needles and my bed is now medium firm. I couldn’t be happier with it!
It was also easy to take upstairs and install as it was vacuum compressed into a manageable sized box.
Excellent quality but Great customer service It’s a great quality product, the cover feels week made and the foam is very comfortable.
Despite being comfortable, over time I developed some back pain and redeemed the 100 night guarantee which was very painless and the customer service was very helpful.
I can see from the reviews that it appears many people solved their back pain with this topper so I’m probably just unlucky, but with the guarantee there is no reason not to try it out.
Good stuff I bought me a mattress from a furniture store and lawd I tell you it was the worse decision I’ve ever made. Within two weeks the mattress was flat and hard and I was left with bad back pain, so much ortho memory foam. I then came to Amazon and found this little gem of a mattress topper. I was skeptically looking and then i accidentally bought it lol best mistake I ever made. My back pain completely went away the morning after I slept on the mattress topper and now I spend all my free time in my bed. I really can’t fault this topper.
It was worth the investme This mattress topper came to save me, since I used it for the 1st time my sleep improved right away. I ordered this because I am a student and the mattress they left me in the accommodation was garbage, but this topper really came to save my back. Just be patient and let it expand the 48 hours it recommends, will be worth it.
Expanded to 8.75 cms, not 10 as described… It is a good mattress topper but even though I gave it 3 days to expand, it stayed more or less the same than when I took it out from its wrapping. Fully expended, it comes just under 9 cms.
It is not a problem for me as I am not using as a mattress topper but to put under my son’s new hospital mattress (see pic), which is not as thick as his old one. My son was uncomfortable and not sleeping well but with the extra layer, he seems comfortable and sleeps thorough the night without complaint.
The reason I decided to use it under the mattress and not as a topper is because I read reviews saying that it gave them bad back or made their backache worse. My son is either on his bed, or in his wheelchair so I didn’t want to take this risk.
Personally, I found the quality of the mattress excellent. It is well made, quite firm though I expect it to reduce in thickness, due to the weight of my boy plus the weight of his mattress. As long as it doesn’t go lower than 6 or 7 cms, I’ll be happy.
The base of the topper is anti-slide. It is a good idea but a feature I don’t need as I encase every mattress or topper in anti bed bug mattress protectors.
I do recommend it. Especially I bought it at its full price (129.99) which quite dear for a topper and at the time of this review, only few days later, its price has reduced to 99.99. So, take advantage of this reduction.
By the way, there was no chemical or bad smells on opening the wrapping. Which is good.
Only 4 stars because it didn’t expand to the full 10 cms as described. Be aware of this fact, if this important to you. Maybe it was just mine but I measured it to make sure. On receiving it and after 3 days .
COMFY! I have obtained two of these 5cm memory foam toppers, as I failed to order the 10cm thickness, in the first instance. Having rectified this omission, I can report that the topper is very comfortable and, importantly, cool in use. The materials used in construction and covering of the topper are of good quality and finish. I, subsequently, treated myself to the memory foam pillow. I will compose a review of that item after a few nights use. So far, so good!
A must have item Bought this product as my mattress was studded and uncomfortable, was going to replace when friend suggested this product. Delivered speedily it was unpacked as per instructions and placed. The effect was amazing, my lumpy mattress was transformed. My sleep quality has improved and the topper gives a high level of comfort. Would recommend this product, you won’t be disappointed.
Happy with aftersales customer service Unfortunately whilst it is like one of tempur products, very soft and could have been comfortable this mattress topper is hot and itchy for me (I have sensitive skin). Maybe wash the cover before use and air it for a good few days will help. Aurora, one of the after sales cs team has been excellent and kind in handling my issues.
Amazing customer service I purchased the topper in January. Yes it is comfortable, but my fault, should have gone for the 7cm one. Elaine in Customer service was amazing when I contacted them. Timely replies and solutions. Well worth trying this topper as it is good, just wasn’t quite what I needed, but if you do decide it is not right for you, absolutely no issue with return and refund.
It is wonderful! It is wonderful and help relieved my lower back pain by about 80-90%. I can have a deep sleep now. I have placed repeated orders for my family members having similar sleeping problems.
Could have been awesome I picked 5bis topper as the dormeo one did not have fastners to the bed. I don’t know why but I thought this one has but it doesn’t. I personally would not buy a topper without fastners as they are just a pain every day to fix back onto your mattress. This is why I don’t recommend this topper and it beggars belief that companies are making these toppers without fasteners. Don’t buy this one. buy one with fastners for a better life
It's comfortable but ho I’ve got to be honest – it has transformed the comfort of our bed but boy does it make me hot (no pun intended)! It is fine for my husband so maybe it’s a female thing 🙂 I’d forgotten we had a memory foam mattress years ago and that also generated mucho heat so I shouldn’t have been surprised.
The quality is very good and it stays in place on the mattress and is a good fit. So overall pleased but will probably be buying a thinner duvet.
Game change This will be a long review but worth the read. So, I’ve had 3 cervical spine surgeries (4 level acdf) 2 of them following an auto accident. I’ve also had a shoulder & hip replacement. I have an extremely expensive memory foam bed and have gone through dozens of pillows which I thought would be the answer to all my sleeping issues.
My daughter has a pretty incredible bed and the past few times I’ve stayed with her, I’ve had the best night sleep (the only good sleep) and she finally told me it was because she had purchased a mattress topper. She sent me photos (she had a gel/foam topper). I set out on a mission. I had no idea how many options there were to choose from. So many claims / conflicting reviews — I researched dozens and dozens and read dozens and dozens of reviews on each one — Then, I came to this specific topper!! I narrowed it down to 3 different toppers and ultimately — I purchased the Newentor Dual Layer Gel Topper
I chose Newentor topper because 1) it had more positive reviews than any other on the market 2) It came with a cover that would encompass the memory foam portion of the topper (and it’s so deep that it even covers my deep Memory mattress) 3) it was a combination of the 2 types of toppers available 4) I was afraid the 2 inches would be two thin and the 4 would be too thick and felt this combination would be the perfect compromise (and it was). 5) It was extremely affordable in comparison to all of the others available.
My first night and all subsequent night’s sleep have been pretty incredible. It is slightly/noticeably higher and you do kind of fluff into the bed but not nearly as much as some of the reviews indicated. One review had me laughing so hard , it made me cry — that I’d be literally fighting and at war with my mattress every night– not true!!!
I can say that I had the absolute worst bursitis pain imaginable following my hip replacement surgery. I really did not know that is what it was until about a year after my surgery, I went to my surgeon telling him how much pain I was in down the one side. After examining my hip and showing me xrays he indicated how perfect it looked and then did a few “touch tests which were immensely painful. I received the first of many shots right into the bursa and typically count the days till I can have the next one (about every 45 days — until I got this topper (the last shot I received was in September) — Before this topper, I could not sleep on that side — EVER!! I had to lift my leg with my hands to help me turn over in bed, had to lift my leg with my hands to cross them like a lady!! Now, it’s barely noticeable and I even told my husband the other day that not only has it helped my sleeping (back, neck, hip) but my pain level during the day is almost a “non issue” like it was prior to the topper — It’s pretty darn amazing!
My husband has terrible hip issues and arthritis and he’s the biggest Negative-Nellie there is about anything I try. He had always hated our bed but he’s really loved the first days of having the topper. He has said he does feel much better since having the topper (but he needs hip surgery so his issues are different than mine).
I for sure can say that the Newentor Topper solved the exact issues I needed it to solve without it being so significantly different than what I’d already had previously based on the reviews .. I hope that if I ever need another one, this exact one will still be available because I will never order any other kind. I plan to get one for every bed in my home as soon as I start to remodel and will buy them as gifts when I can. I’ve told everyone I can think of “my story” — including all my Doctors, Nurses, PT’s etc — — If there is a way for me to sell them for you, let me know! I’ll be your No 1 sales person for sure!!

Bought a new bed that was supposed to be medium firm but was actually firm and like lying on a brick. After one night on it I ended up with severe back ache and my partner was getting pins and needles in his arms when on his side.
I ordered this the following day after having had their adjustable pillows I trusted that it too would be excellent quality and it is!
It’s like adding a pillow top, it adds softness without you sinking in too much. Barely any smell and I still can use my 30cm deep fitted sheets. It doesn’t shift about even tho there’s no straps.
After a few nights with it my back is fixed, my partner slept without getting pins and needles and my bed is now medium firm. I couldn’t be happier with it!
It was also easy to take upstairs and install as it was vacuum compressed into a manageable sized box.
Excellent quality but Great customer service
It’s a great quality product, the cover feels week made and the foam is very comfortable.
Despite being comfortable, over time I developed some back pain and redeemed the 100 night guarantee which was very painless and the customer service was very helpful.
I can see from the reviews that it appears many people solved their back pain with this topper so I’m probably just unlucky, but with the guarantee there is no reason not to try it out.
Good stuff
I bought me a mattress from a furniture store and lawd I tell you it was the worse decision I’ve ever made. Within two weeks the mattress was flat and hard and I was left with bad back pain, so much ortho memory foam. I then came to Amazon and found this little gem of a mattress topper. I was skeptically looking and then i accidentally bought it lol best mistake I ever made. My back pain completely went away the morning after I slept on the mattress topper and now I spend all my free time in my bed. I really can’t fault this topper.
It was worth the investme
This mattress topper came to save me, since I used it for the 1st time my sleep improved right away. I ordered this because I am a student and the mattress they left me in the accommodation was garbage, but this topper really came to save my back. Just be patient and let it expand the 48 hours it recommends, will be worth it.
It is a good mattress topper but even though I gave it 3 days to expand, it stayed more or less the same than when I took it out from its wrapping. Fully expended, it comes just under 9 cms.
It is not a problem for me as I am not using as a mattress topper but to put under my son’s new hospital mattress (see pic), which is not as thick as his old one. My son was uncomfortable and not sleeping well but with the extra layer, he seems comfortable and sleeps thorough the night without complaint.
The reason I decided to use it under the mattress and not as a topper is because I read reviews saying that it gave them bad back or made their backache worse. My son is either on his bed, or in his wheelchair so I didn’t want to take this risk.
Personally, I found the quality of the mattress excellent. It is well made, quite firm though I expect it to reduce in thickness, due to the weight of my boy plus the weight of his mattress. As long as it doesn’t go lower than 6 or 7 cms, I’ll be happy.
The base of the topper is anti-slide. It is a good idea but a feature I don’t need as I encase every mattress or topper in anti bed bug mattress protectors.
I do recommend it. Especially I bought it at its full price (129.99) which quite dear for a topper and at the time of this review, only few days later, its price has reduced to 99.99. So, take advantage of this reduction.
By the way, there was no chemical or bad smells on opening the wrapping. Which is good.
Only 4 stars because it didn’t expand to the full 10 cms as described. Be aware of this fact, if this important to you. Maybe it was just mine but I measured it to make sure. On receiving it and after 3 days .
I have obtained two of these 5cm memory foam toppers, as I failed to order the 10cm thickness, in the first instance. Having rectified this omission, I can report that the topper is very comfortable and, importantly, cool in use. The materials used in construction and covering of the topper are of good quality and finish. I, subsequently, treated myself to the memory foam pillow. I will compose a review of that item after a few nights use. So far, so good!
Bought this product as my mattress was studded and uncomfortable, was going to replace when friend suggested this product. Delivered speedily it was unpacked as per instructions and placed. The effect was amazing, my lumpy mattress was transformed. My sleep quality has improved and the topper gives a high level of comfort. Would recommend this product, you won’t be disappointed.
Unfortunately whilst it is like one of tempur products, very soft and could have been comfortable this mattress topper is hot and itchy for me (I have sensitive skin). Maybe wash the cover before use and air it for a good few days will help. Aurora, one of the after sales cs team has been excellent and kind in handling my issues.
I purchased the topper in January. Yes it is comfortable, but my fault, should have gone for the 7cm one. Elaine in Customer service was amazing when I contacted them. Timely replies and solutions. Well worth trying this topper as it is good, just wasn’t quite what I needed, but if you do decide it is not right for you, absolutely no issue with return and refund.

It is wonderful and help relieved my lower back pain by about 80-90%. I can have a deep sleep now. I have placed repeated orders for my family members having similar sleeping problems.
I picked 5bis topper as the dormeo one did not have fastners to the bed. I don’t know why but I thought this one has but it doesn’t. I personally would not buy a topper without fastners as they are just a pain every day to fix back onto your mattress. This is why I don’t recommend this topper and it beggars belief that companies are making these toppers without fasteners. Don’t buy this one. buy one with fastners for a better life
I’ve got to be honest – it has transformed the comfort of our bed but boy does it make me hot (no pun intended)! It is fine for my husband so maybe it’s a female thing 🙂 I’d forgotten we had a memory foam mattress years ago and that also generated mucho heat so I shouldn’t have been surprised.
The quality is very good and it stays in place on the mattress and is a good fit. So overall pleased but will probably be buying a thinner duvet.
This will be a long review but worth the read. So, I’ve had 3 cervical spine surgeries (4 level acdf) 2 of them following an auto accident. I’ve also had a shoulder & hip replacement. I have an extremely expensive memory foam bed and have gone through dozens of pillows which I thought would be the answer to all my sleeping issues.
My daughter has a pretty incredible bed and the past few times I’ve stayed with her, I’ve had the best night sleep (the only good sleep) and she finally told me it was because she had purchased a mattress topper. She sent me photos (she had a gel/foam topper). I set out on a mission. I had no idea how many options there were to choose from. So many claims / conflicting reviews — I researched dozens and dozens and read dozens and dozens of reviews on each one — Then, I came to this specific topper!! I narrowed it down to 3 different toppers and ultimately — I purchased the Newentor Dual Layer Gel Topper
I chose Newentor topper because 1) it had more positive reviews than any other on the market 2) It came with a cover that would encompass the memory foam portion of the topper (and it’s so deep that it even covers my deep Memory mattress) 3) it was a combination of the 2 types of toppers available 4) I was afraid the 2 inches would be two thin and the 4 would be too thick and felt this combination would be the perfect compromise (and it was). 5) It was extremely affordable in comparison to all of the others available.
My first night and all subsequent night’s sleep have been pretty incredible. It is slightly/noticeably higher and you do kind of fluff into the bed but not nearly as much as some of the reviews indicated. One review had me laughing so hard , it made me cry — that I’d be literally fighting and at war with my mattress every night– not true!!!
I can say that I had the absolute worst bursitis pain imaginable following my hip replacement surgery. I really did not know that is what it was until about a year after my surgery, I went to my surgeon telling him how much pain I was in down the one side. After examining my hip and showing me xrays he indicated how perfect it looked and then did a few “touch tests which were immensely painful. I received the first of many shots right into the bursa and typically count the days till I can have the next one (about every 45 days — until I got this topper (the last shot I received was in September) — Before this topper, I could not sleep on that side — EVER!! I had to lift my leg with my hands to help me turn over in bed, had to lift my leg with my hands to cross them like a lady!! Now, it’s barely noticeable and I even told my husband the other day that not only has it helped my sleeping (back, neck, hip) but my pain level during the day is almost a “non issue” like it was prior to the topper — It’s pretty darn amazing!
My husband has terrible hip issues and arthritis and he’s the biggest Negative-Nellie there is about anything I try. He had always hated our bed but he’s really loved the first days of having the topper. He has said he does feel much better since having the topper (but he needs hip surgery so his issues are different than mine).
I for sure can say that the Newentor Topper solved the exact issues I needed it to solve without it being so significantly different than what I’d already had previously based on the reviews .. I hope that if I ever need another one, this exact one will still be available because I will never order any other kind. I plan to get one for every bed in my home as soon as I start to remodel and will buy them as gifts when I can. I’ve told everyone I can think of “my story” — including all my Doctors, Nurses, PT’s etc — — If there is a way for me to sell them for you, let me know! I’ll be your No 1 sales person for sure!!
