I have always loved Olvaltine- I was one of the ovaltinies who sang along to the radio all those years ago. Only us oldies will remember that. Being able to just add water is quick and easy and my go to bed time drink. Lovely
I do not sleep well and thought going back to this might help. I bought the ‘light’ online because I could not find it in the supermarkets. Some good nights ,not all but that’s life. I enjoy the taste before bed.

What can you say, been drinking this for years and now i am in my twilight years it helps with sleep. The subscription process is good though a couple of times i think it has been delivered early so cupboard ends up stacked out with he stuff but not a problem to me!!
For the first time the manufacturer of this product got it wrong. Despite the correct description on the package the content is actually chocolate flavour, which I dislike, and therefore unable to drink. I have been having Ovaltine for nearly seventy years now. Little has changed over time the taste remains the same. However, you can now make it solely with water which, compared with a whole hot milk drink, makes it a very economical luxury bedtime drink. My recipe is to add a little milk, as you would to a cup of tea, this makes it absolutely perfect for me.
Anyone who hasn’t tried Ovaltine or thinks it’s over rated , as a bedtime drink, should give it a try as it certainly aids sleep and tastes fabulous.

I am an OAP so have memories of Ovaltine back to my childhood. The instant one is very convenient to use and is a comforting bedtime drink to aid a good night’s sleep. Order arrived promptly.

There are 2 main versions, Add milk or Add Water. Prefer the add Water.

We always drink this. We were having difficulty buying this in our local shops. The price charged was a little under the shop prices. We were happy to buy six at one go as we know we will drink it.

I purchased these as a bulk buy as I find them expensive in the store and they are always out of stock! This is a wonderful malty drink and easy to make with hot water, you can add more of the powder or less, depending on taste. My Mother loves this and we love her so now she’ll never run out.!

I’m on a liquid diet due to stomach problems after a back op. I have this morning and night, doesn’t last very long and can be expensive. Haven’t been able to buy any this week at two major supermarkets, not sure why they don’t have any until end of the month. Life saver for me finding 6 for 12, great price and don’t have to rely on family and friends to get it for me now. Arriving today and order yesterday.
I have to take a tablet when I go to bed, and up till last September it was always a cup of tea or a glass of milk, but I found that was not helping me, to get to sleep really well. So I have gone on to Ovaltine and the one that says “Just add water” is fine, but what I do is half and half, water and fresh milk then warm the cup in the microwave. Then I have a refreshing and warming cup of pure bliss, and I now get a really good nights sleep too as a bonus !!
