Great feel
I’ve been wearing the insoles since I got them, 2 days ago, I’m really happy with how they feel and the support. You can realise straight away the arch support and the comfort cushioning, hopefully the more I wear them I will be able to also realise an improvement with my supination, which is the main reason I purchased them. Happy overall, as even if they don’t prove to be equally brilliant with correcting my supination, it doesn’t feel like I wasted my money because of the over all support and comfort they provide.

I’ve got on well with these; they’re soft where needed, but otherwise have some rigidity adding to support. I’ve found them useful recovering from a running foot injury. They stay snugly in my shoes.
Quality insoles with good suppo
My wife has a couple of problems with her feet and finds supportive insoles really help with her comfort and prevent her getting foot pain.
They are easy to cut to size as there are marks to follow for each size that it can be used for. They feel as though they will last for a long time. One of the better insoles that we have tried.
They aren’t the cheapest insoles around, but hopefully the fact that they will last offsets this extra cost.
One of the better soles I have tried.
I have a great collection of insoles for plantar fasciitis and over pronation. These are some of the better ones. The arch support is good and strong, the heel cup is nice and deep and the sole itself is a padded and comfortable. Like all foot aches, there is no magic cure but these insoles have relieved my pain a bit over the past few days.
Great for standing posture improveme
These multi layered sole inserts help fix many foot related issues. Knee trouble is often to do with problems with foot arches not being supported, and PF just comes up when you least expect it. These inserts work well whether you are active at sport or spend large amounts of time standing on your feet. They stop feet getting tired and help with standing posture. I’ve come to rely on these, so switch them around to different trainers and shoes. They are at the more expensive end but they have been carefully made with various layers, so they are soft, comfortable, cushioning and breathable. Recommended.

This is a great set of insoles – they are made to a very high quality and provide great cushioning to relieve stress on the foot during long periods of use. The support is good and they have relieved the pain in the balls of my feet.

Great support for arch and workers on their feet a lot!
As I work in a warehouse, I really need to have extra support for my feet. Working on your feet for 8 hours daily I found these soles to relieve a lot of the pain I had been feeling in my heel and the lower sides of my feet.
The tip and heel portion has a rubber layer that is very soft and “bouncy” when walking, and the middle section has a hard plate that makes your arch supported.
They fit perfectly in my size 6.5 woman’s shoe, no need to cut it. However, if you have smaller feet/shoes, there is a curved guideline as to where to make the cut.
Overall a very nice sole that I will continue using!
High Arch Shoe Support Insole

For the price, you would expect the shoe insole comes with some amazing features, but unfortunately it is just a pair of shoe arch insoles with better build quality. The shoe insoles feature several parts: soft gel part can provide better cushioning and soft plastic part can provide support. The insole has a high profile design and will provide better support on the arch. The downside is that it takes a lot of vertical space, so if you have insoles placed in your shoes, you need to expect to lose some vertical spaces. It is better to trim the insole to half size down, so the shoes will still fit on your feet.
Comfortable and didn't slide around
I’ve tried a number of inserts as I’ve recently started having trouble with plantar fasciitis and looking at ways to alleviate it.
These inserts seem to be doing a good job. I had to trim them a little to fit in my trainers but once in, they don’t move around as others have done, they’re comfortable and I’ve noticed a big difference.
I can now walk a lot further/longer before I start to notice any discomfort which is great!
They don’t take up too much extra room in my trainers either as some have made footwear feel really tight and constrictive.
Really happy with these and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable insole.

These insoles can help with plantar fasciitis, flat feet and many other foot conditions. They have gel pads on the forefoot and heel to help minimise the impact of the ground. They can be trimmed to fit your shoes or boots, but be careful you don’t cut off too much, a little at a time, as you can always snip off a bit more if need be
It is recommended to only wear them for 2-3 hours a day at first until your feet get used to them and gradually increase the time worn

Comfortable to use and fits perfectly
These fitted my shoes perfectly and were easy to insert. They do not slip inside the shoe. They do provide some extra cushioning and support and are comfortable to use.

There is certainly plenty to like about these inserts.
The size was spot on for my size 10 footwear, so I didn’t need to trim them down at all.
These inserts are particularly good if you are looking for cushioned support both under the balls of your feet and under the heel.
Depending which footwear I am wearing and for which activity, that isn’t always what I am looking for, so I also have a different pair of inserts that I use without gel cushioning under the ball of the foot.
Absolute must for foot pain.
I’ve recently been experiencing really bad foot pain in the morning due to plantar fasciitis. I had tried pain killers and resting etc but nothing was working that well. Ordered these insoles and even after one day use I can already feel a difference in my feet. They come packaged well and clear instructions on how to measure and if they are required to be slightly trimmed. Mine did need about 5mm trimmed off and I easily done this with a normal pair of scissors. Once placed in the shoe I immediately noticed how better my feet felt. They felt supported and padded in all the right places. I wore them for the full day and I could feel the benefits instantly. I was concerned on how breathable the shoes would actually be considering you are adding in all this extra material but they were very breathable indeed. The only issue being i wish I found these sooner. Cannot recommend these enough for anyone experiencing foot pain.
Inserts do not slip but I prefer a higher level of suppo
I’ve got lots of this type of insole as they help to relieve and prevent foot pain that I get if I walk too much without any support in my shoes.
These inserts do not slip when in the shoes which is good. When I started wearing them they felt comfortable straight away which is usually not a good thing with supports as that means they are not providing a high level of support. I could, however, wear them all day without any problems at all.
I prefer a higher support but I acknowledge that these do make a difference to be feet.
Light to moderate arch suppo
I am prone to getting plantar fasciitis and have realised that all my shoes need to already come with arch support, or I need to buy insoles that replace the ones that come with my shoes. These particular insoles offer a light to moderate level of support and are quite slim. A slim insole is important so it can fit into shoes more easily without making them too cramped.
I prefer a more pronounced amount of arch support, but these are generally comfortable and they do make a different to my shoes.
Make standing about more bearable and don’t slip inside the shoe
One major issue I have with shoe soles is that when they are inserted into the shoe, they have a tendency to slip around when putting on and taking off shoes. This doesn’t seem to be an issue with this particular set of insoles though as they have a nice sticky silicone or gel type base that grips onto the bottom of the trainers meaning there’s no need for gluing them down.
As for the fitting, I placed these straight into my size 9 trainers and they fit almost perfectly without cutting. This left just enough around the edges to fill a size 10 pair of shoes but not too much that I had to cut them down.
As I work on checkouts, a lot of my time at work is spent standing up which does cause my feet to hurt after a couple of hours. So far I have worn these for three shifts and haven’t experienced any of the pain that I would usually get on a daily basis from standing still for too long.
As a plus side to these, they also add around an inch onto my height as I’m only 5ft8 inches so needless to say, pretty self conscious about this and any extra height also helps me feel a little better about myself.
Aside from the height boost and the fact that these definitely seem to help out with foot pain, there’s not a whole lot more to say. They do what they say on the tin and are far better than any I have purchased from shops, as they tended to be far too thin and didn’t really help with foot pain. I had kind of given up on insoles as a way to help pain but I’m thankful I decided to order these. They are great.
Get less pain the following morning after walking, very good arch support.
I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and tendinopathy in my right as well. I have tried numerous types of insoles and was happy to give these a try. I noticed straight away when I put my feet on these that they fit my feet better than others, the arch area is in the right place making them much more comfortable and giving my feet much better support. I wear boots most of the time as they give my feet better support, plus I walk a lot with my dog, we live in the countryside, so boots are best.
I only had to trim a half size off for them to fit my boots perfectly. I found the impact while walking with these insoles is a lot less than with my old ones, that helps my knees as well as my feet. Often you either get gel or arch support, these soles do both very well. To say they fit like a glove sounds weird, but they do, they really support every bit of my feet. Very happy with them.
