These insoles have really helped to relieve the painful symptoms of plantar fasciitis. I trimmed them to size, took out the existing insoles and replaced them with the Easyfeet insoles. After a week of wear in my walking boots and golf shoes, the pain is much reduced. The insoles support my high arch very well. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
Their are two reasons why I haven’t given five stars.
    1. The sizing shown by Amazon is incorrect. I am a size 8, so ordered a medium but these were much too large and the size on the box said 9-10.5. The correct size for me would have been small. I just trimmed them to fit.
    2. There is an offer on the box, giving 70% off a second pair. You have to email to receive a voucher code to use in the UK. It took five emails to sort this out and I still only ended up with a 30% discount.
However, the insoles are very good. I did purchase a second pair and I am about to have another go at getting 70% off a third pair. Hopefully, I will have better luck this time!
Edit – I received my 70% voucher code straight away this time. Definitely worth requesting your code, as it brought the cost down to 8.10 for additional pairs of insoles.

It was a little weird at first, but I eventually got used to the sensation.

It doesn’t work so well in my Sketchers (trainers), as it then makes my foot too high in the shoe and makes the shoes fit too low on my feet.

Ideal for most shoes however, and easy to cut to size.

My work boots were destroying my feet, plantar fasciitis, blisters under my foot on toes etc, these put your foot in the correct position, almost instant relief from heel pain.
One of my arches ached the first few days, but I also wore them for 10+ hours off the cuff so didn’t allow my got time to adjust but will be my go to insoles from now o

I have been told I have fallen arches, which is why I now walk with some pain.
The inner soles, which can be cut to size, have given me support and now I am
used to them are comfortable. They do not fit all shoes as they are quite thick.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have recently developed foot condition – plantar fasciitis. It was so much pain in the arch / heel that i could not stand on my foot. After buying those and wearing shoes with them for only one day I could almost normally walk, which was impossible before (to painfull). After few days wearing condition is improving, i don’t need painkillers anymore. I initially bought one pair, now i bought those insoles for all off my shoes. They are super comfy too. Be aware, initially they put a bit of pressure on the arch, if you are flat footed like me it might be a little uncomfortable at the very beggining, but it will pass. Highly reccomended product.

I have a Plantar Fasciitis on my right foot and had it for a while now. I have tried various insoles and this one in my case seems to make a difference. Pretty much instantly. I think that this might be due to its stronger than competition arch support, which in my case is exactly what I needed. I recommend.

I was working in a warehouse and the steel toe cap shoes work provided were really hard on my feet. In cut them down to size and placed them in my work shoes. They worked a charm. Supported my feet at work when I was on my feet for 8 hours a day.
However I would best in mind that they do take up space in your shoe, I was fine as my steel toe cap shoes were quite big anyway but they might make some shoes tighter on your foot.

I bought these for my work boots to support the arch in my feet as the the normal ones are are flat and when wearing steels for 12 hours a shift you need the correct support. They work well and were easy to cut to size . I’ve not had any issues with my feet since using them

I believe having a pair of these in my trainers and in the wellies I wear to walk the dog have saved my feet! I was in real pain and since having these in for a couple of months I am free of it.

Not only that, but they have made a pair of wellies that were just a cheap pair of mud boots into something more comfortable than most walking boots I have owned. Brilliant purchase!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThe arch support on these is really large and really firm. Immediately it felt better. I transfer them over to my football astros and can now play football again without waking up to sore feet. Seriously reccomend based on my experience. Will buy a second set so I’m not constantly putting them in which shoes I’m wearing.

Feel weird at first but also nice at the same time.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI got these as an experiment in dealing with the painful arches I get. I am a dog walker, and can’t really “stop” my job. As such, I go through periods of painful arches and buzzing balls of the feet and prior to getting these, it would last months.

With these, the arch is quite high and rigid, which is something that needs adjusting to – if I recall they do mention wearing them in for short periods to start, so I begin by using them at home, then for one dog walk then more until I can use them for the working day.

They’re easy to set up, and there’s a guarantee that you can return them even if cut to size, which is excellent. Very rigid, but with heel and ball soft inserts on the underside to allow a bit of give in key pressure areas.

After a couple of weeks, the pain in the arch has subsided (much quicker than usual) and I’ve found these being more comfortable for my daily work.

The only downside is that they do reduce the internal space of the shoes, so you may need to loosen the lacing quite a bit, or for some shoes (like my home sneakers) they simply reduce it too much to be useful. I cuerrently using them in my hiking shoes, which are fine. I’d imaging shoes like these, most trainers and walking boots would accept these fine, but shoes like formal leather (oxfords and the like) and lower shoes might struggle with them.

However, that said, they do offer the guarantee if you’re not satisfied so there’s little risk apart from time taken to see if they work.

I’m waiting for my second hip replacement, and found as my hip deteriorates my knee and foot starts to turn in, I found the insole lifted my instep and helped my knee and relieved some of the pain in my hip.. definitely straightened my leg and improved my gait… yes I would recommend this produc

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersDespite having been an exceptionally fit person up to the age of 81, I developed Peripheral Neuropathy in my lower legs and feet following a Covid vaccination. I felt as though I was walking on sponges and was so unbalanced that I started to waddle, bang went my 7 miles a day walking!! After falling a few times I decided to investigate whether shoe inserts would help. Having read a lot of reviews etc I went for Easyfeet and am delighted to say that, with these in my shoes, my balance has improved as has my confidence. Although this is not a cure for the condition I am now able to walk 4/5 miles a day, I am delighted that I feel more balanced and walk at a reasonable speed. I have therefore purchased additional pairs for other shoes and slippers. So yes for anyone in a similar situation, give Easyfeet a go – for me they are the answer.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThese insoles are extremely comfortable to wear, they did hurt a little at first but as it says on the box your feet just need to get use to the support. Especially as my arches are quite flat. Would definitely recommend!!!
