I brought these as they were cheap and didn’t mind the colour. I was so glad when a couple months later mosquito season I had bites all over when I’d been having window open so made sure afterward I put these burning while I did my yoga with windows open in evening and I didn’t get any new bites at all when I used these with them just on window sill was enough to stop them coming in. When I used these I knew I wouldn’t have anything to worry about. They smelt nice enough to not too strong but could tell it spread even around a big room.
Great for using in the evenings outside. As they are only tea lights, you have to burn a lot in one go but they look lovely in the garden. Don’t last long so allow a good handful for each evening. Only gave four star as quite a few were damaged upon delivery. But definitely worth the price.
These are good value for money. They have a very strong citronella scent. I think it’s very convenient and more economical to use a tea light instead of a larger candle that normally loses its wick before all the wax is used. Look great in my pretty tealight holders.
These Citronella Tealights were a winner in all respects.
Produced by a long established Company, Very reasonably priced, they lasted a lot longer than the advertised 4 hours, smelt really nice and lemony, but best of all the midges didn’t like them and stayed away.

drooped one star as they bag was broken so they all feel out when i opened the amazon bag. but apart from that they stay lite for ages and smell great hoping now to keep summer insects at bay
