Looked quality when waiting the 48 hours to 72..
Was warmer in bed…First night was strange as you have to get use to it.. But it’s just a little to soft for us as coming from a rock solid mattress.. But would buy another great price and quality… Take the plunge it looks great on our sleigh bed…definitely meduim to firm mattress…

Bought this well priced mattress for spare room it’s not bad on its own but added a topper for that extra plush Finnish value for money no defects not smelly expanded as per product info. Very happy.
First it looked good with the additional depth and it was on par cost wise with some others but the appearance and description made me choose Serweet 4ft6. My wife is disabled led and we both immediately felt the extra firmness and lack of roll together like our old mattress, help.both of us to be more comfortable and enjoy a longer sleep. Both have back problems and the new mattress took away some of our sore pressure points aiding our sleep.pattern. I would recommend this Serweet mattress to all.
Money well spent this Will be one of the best investments you will make.A mattress that i actually look forward to My night’s sleep I never wake up in the middle of the night and don’t wake up with a sore back it’s money well spent on a item that will do me for many a year. Thanks
Ps: The mattress can sink around you if you’re a heavy individual, it did that when my dad tested it out but for myself I find it perfect hence the 5 stars.

Conclusion: It would be an option for someone who prefers soft sleeps. Would recommend for any weight as its deep enough for heavier people.
Extremely comfortable, easy to place, ensure you only open the plastic seal only when its in place. As it’s reaction is like an inflatable bed. Best mattress I have ever purchased. Definitely recommended

When we first get it was vacuumed seal like most mattress those days but expand very quickly, we left it open for 72hrs and expand even more
First night was bit awkward like werd feeling to felt asleep on it because edge’s of mattress seems very soft and everytime we move on bed feels like we falling down “i was forcing myself not to move too much”
But after few nights i wake up very relaxing like i been sleeping for hours even if i did very short sleep
But my girlfriend have very different options she couldn’t fall asleep ,she wake up very tired with back pain and i was getting worse which make us to return it
So depends u might love it as i did or hate it as my girlfriend did decisions is yours

We ordered the king size mattress and the measurements were as expected. It is very comfortable and provides medium to firm support. Found this product to be good value for money, well made.
We love this mattress. We have been using it for a couple of weeks now and honestly we bothe have never slept so well. We bought the king size 30cm thick version mediem firmness. We can not comment on any other size.
In our opinion we could not have bought a better mattress for what we paid for this one.

We hade been looking for a replacement mattress for some time before we came across the Serweet range. There was nothing on the market that matched its value. We had purchased 2 single Serweet mattresses and used them prior to purchasing one for our king size bed, therefore knew the level of comfort provided. We chose the 30cm mattress for greater comfort. The mattress is good value for money and provides the support needed for our backs. Recommend Serweet to anyone looking for a great mattress providing a high level of comfort and great value.
Very impressed with this mattress and I am going to get another one soon. We came across this make in a hotel and looked it up on Amazon when we got home as we found it so comfortable. No complaints.
I ordered this mattress from Serweet and I was very pleased with its quick arrival and great quality. Unfortunately I needed to send it back, but because of the 100 night trial this was really easy and they were great about it. I would recommend this company and the mattress.
Brought this mattress to replace a standard memory foam mattress and what a difference. The support it gives is incredible compared to our not so old previous mattress. We were a bit apprehensive about buying this mattress after the experience with our previous mattress but the Serweet mattress is in a completely different ball park. To sum up it iis more comfortable and we get a much better nights sleep.

Really quality finish and feel, not had a bad night’s sleep since as its so unbelievably comfortable, which makes it even harder to get out of bed.
My only issue with this mattress is that I now have to set 2 Alarms to get up in the mornings. (Sighs)
Deffinately worth the buy for me and I’d struggle to understand why anyone would give this less than a 4 star review.
UPDATE: Having seen my review, the supplier of this matress reached out and offered me a full refund. I must say this is fantastic to see and experience. I was actually made 3 offers: 1 – Full refund and they will pick the mattress up at no extra charge. 2 – Full refund and I can keep the mattress or give away to a friend or charity. 3 – A replacement mattress, keeping or returning the old one. As I’m sure you can imagine I was very happy with this outcome. It says a lot when you’re contacted after a bad experience and get a very reasonable solution.
The lady I was contacted by let me know their company supply these mattresses with a 100 night warranty and are happy to resolve any issues such as mine within that time. So I can honestly now say that you can try this mattress yourself, without hesitation.
I originally had this as a 1 star review, for the reasons you can read below, but am happy to change it to a 4 star based on my experience with the supplier.
1 — Please look at my photo’s. Unfortunately, this mattress is not the size it should be and not even close. Our bed frame is a standard double size and the correct size for a double. From the photo’s you can see this is not a squared off mattress. It is at least 3 cm’s smaller on the bottom than it is on top. This not only makes it look odd on the bed frame, but I strongly believe it also makes for a worse sleeping experience. I’ve tried my best to show you the difference in the photos and feel it is very noticeable.
2 — This mattress is super soft. On a scale of 1 — 10 I would give it a 2 at best. Before this we were used to a somewhat firmer mattress that was about an 8 in firmness. So having to then sleep on this, after the first week I was left with bad back pain for a 3–4-week duration, with my back / spine needing to adjust to it. I can thankfully say the pain did go and I now have no issues. However, it is like laying on balloons every time you get into bed. I don’t believe this is helped at all by point number 1 above and the mattress not being square at all. I feel the overhang makes for an even softer feel.
I’m sure you’re asking why I didn’t return this then. I unfortunately left it a few days too late. Whilst Amazon’s one month return policy on most everything is great. One month for a mattress simply isn’t enough time, had I been given at least 2 months for such an important item, this would have been returned without hesitation. Plus, there is the thought of how do you return such a large item? It’s great that it arrives vacuum packed, but as soon as you unseal it, it is literally 10 times larger than when it arrived. You also must leave the mattress unused for 48 hours once opened to allow it to expand, which we of course did. But then this gives you even less time to test the mattress out.
I’ve now done vast checks on the internet and would happily pay 2-3 times more for a mattress than I did for this one from a company that offer’s 6-12 months testing periods. I will be doing this shortly, with the added pain of paying the new company 20-30 to remove the old (but pretty much brand-new mattress) at the same time. Not a nice thought at all, I’m sure you’ll agree.
If you need a mattress for a spare room that will only get 2-3 days of action now and then, then maybe this will do if you don’t want to spend money. But for a room that will be used by a member of your family, I don’t recommend this at all. It’s an absolute crying shame I left it too long to return it.
I bought this mattress for myself. Only had it for a week. So far I am very happy with it. I have found it to be very supportive without being too hard. It feels quite soft and springy to touch but when you lie on it it is very comfortable. I have some back pain problems so was concerned about buying a mattress untried. However it is as it says in the description. So far very happy with my purchase.
It arrived very well packaged. I do suggest, though not critical, that you have two persons to handle the box and when you open it up, it will just make things easier. We opened it and left it to expand for 72 hours. Once we put it on the bed frame and setted down, we luxuriated in the comfort. It is described as medium firm but I’d say it is softer than I’d anticapted. Having said that, we are enjoying the enveloping comfort! My wife is finding the improved sleep particuarly enjoyable.
We had submitted a question to the manufacturer too and had a quick response.

After several back of forth I received a replacement mattress. Should it last longer the 2 months, I will be thrilled with my purchase again. I wasn’t overly pleased with the costumer service. However everything has been resolved now.
Once you’ve removed the plastic with the included handy film slitter it expands to full size.
The mattress was purchased to replace a pocket sprung one which was rather hard – the memory foam top on this is fantastic – so comfortable the only down side is I did not want to get out of bed the first morning!
The mattress feels well made and Like it should last.
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good nights sleep at a reasonable price. I’m very happy with my purchase.
