After lot of research me and my girlfriend decide to get this mattress
One of reviews says return policy it was perfect which it true no question asked
When we first get it was vacuumed seal like most mattress those days but expand very quickly, we left it open for 72hrs and expand even more
First night was bit awkward like werd feeling to felt asleep on it because edge’s of mattress seems very soft and everytime we move on bed feels like we falling down “i was forcing myself not to move too much”
But after few nights i wake up very relaxing like i been sleeping for hours even if i did very short sleep
But my girlfriend have very different options she couldn’t fall asleep ,she wake up very tired with back pain and i was getting worse which make us to return it
So depends u might love it as i did or hate it as my girlfriend did decisions is yours

We hade been looking for a replacement mattress for some time before we came across the Serweet range. There was nothing on the market that matched its value. We had purchased 2 single Serweet mattresses and used them prior to purchasing one for our king size bed, therefore knew the level of comfort provided. We chose the 30cm mattress for greater comfort. The mattress is good value for money and provides the support needed for our backs. Recommend Serweet to anyone looking for a great mattress providing a high level of comfort and great value.

 

Brought this mattress to replace a standard memory foam mattress and what a difference. The support it gives is incredible compared to our not so old previous mattress. We were a bit apprehensive about buying this mattress after the experience with our previous mattress but the Serweet mattress is in a completely different ball park. To sum up it iis more comfortable and we get a much better nights sleep.

 

TL;DR – I don’t recommend this mattress if you have any intention on actually sleeping on it! Don’t be tight like I was and spend money on something more fit for purpose. But there is an UPDATE to this story, so please read all…..

UPDATE: Having seen my review, the supplier of this matress reached out and offered me a full refund. I must say this is fantastic to see and experience. I was actually made 3 offers: 1 – Full refund and they will pick the mattress up at no extra charge. 2 – Full refund and I can keep the mattress or give away to a friend or charity. 3 – A replacement mattress, keeping or returning the old one. As I’m sure you can imagine I was very happy with this outcome. It says a lot when you’re contacted after a bad experience and get a very reasonable solution.

The lady I was contacted by let me know their company supply these mattresses with a 100 night warranty and are happy to resolve any issues such as mine within that time. So I can honestly now say that you can try this mattress yourself, without hesitation.

I originally had this as a 1 star review, for the reasons you can read below, but am happy to change it to a 4 star based on my experience with the supplier.

1 — Please look at my photo’s. Unfortunately, this mattress is not the size it should be and not even close. Our bed frame is a standard double size and the correct size for a double. From the photo’s you can see this is not a squared off mattress. It is at least 3 cm’s smaller on the bottom than it is on top. This not only makes it look odd on the bed frame, but I strongly believe it also makes for a worse sleeping experience. I’ve tried my best to show you the difference in the photos and feel it is very noticeable.

2 — This mattress is super soft. On a scale of 1 — 10 I would give it a 2 at best. Before this we were used to a somewhat firmer mattress that was about an 8 in firmness. So having to then sleep on this, after the first week I was left with bad back pain for a 3–4-week duration, with my back / spine needing to adjust to it. I can thankfully say the pain did go and I now have no issues. However, it is like laying on balloons every time you get into bed. I don’t believe this is helped at all by point number 1 above and the mattress not being square at all. I feel the overhang makes for an even softer feel.

I’m sure you’re asking why I didn’t return this then. I unfortunately left it a few days too late. Whilst Amazon’s one month return policy on most everything is great. One month for a mattress simply isn’t enough time, had I been given at least 2 months for such an important item, this would have been returned without hesitation. Plus, there is the thought of how do you return such a large item? It’s great that it arrives vacuum packed, but as soon as you unseal it, it is literally 10 times larger than when it arrived. You also must leave the mattress unused for 48 hours once opened to allow it to expand, which we of course did. But then this gives you even less time to test the mattress out.

I’ve now done vast checks on the internet and would happily pay 2-3 times more for a mattress than I did for this one from a company that offer’s 6-12 months testing periods. I will be doing this shortly, with the added pain of paying the new company 20-30 to remove the old (but pretty much brand-new mattress) at the same time. Not a nice thought at all, I’m sure you’ll agree.

If you need a mattress for a spare room that will only get 2-3 days of action now and then, then maybe this will do if you don’t want to spend money. But for a room that will be used by a member of your family, I don’t recommend this at all. It’s an absolute crying shame I left it too long to return it.

 

So far so good, its still early days tbh, i bought it as a replacement for my old worn out memory topped matress that was giving me real back problems, my partner is a serious toss and turner and so far i dont have to deal with feeling like im on a bouncy castle as the matress so far is living up to what the company brag about, i left it for three days to fully expand on my sittingroom floor, measured the depth and it came up 11 inches, i thought here we go iv been sent the wrong size smh, upon placing it on my solid bed base it grew its extra inch to exactly what i payed for, i would say its a little softer than medium firm, but me and my partner have a lovley nights sleep and wake up pain free, he suffers with trapped nerves alot and so far not a single moan from the grump that he is, il see how it goes with the matress over the year and will update my review accordingly, as you can see it does have very mixed reviews. I do recomend waiting a full 3 days to let it expand fully and for it to settle to get its full potential, so far happy buyers and would recomend, as i said il update my review in due course if any problems occur, hopefuly i dont have to, it is reasurring that it has a 10 year garentee and company will replace if need be, also comes with a handy tool to cut the plastic, the box it comes in is very heavy and so is the matress when its unwrapped im pleased it has handles on the side as it made it easier to get up the stairs with them.
