Good battery life
Received 14th sat oct charged up download app and sync to android no problems looks good light and doesn’t annoy you when wearing looked at battery 6 days later still good life in battery works really well with my phone connected to alexa and Bluetooth no problems good value for money
Fantastic watch for the price!
My watch recently arrived, this is my very first smart watch, it’s great and will help me keep track of a few health concerns. Read one review where someone had said they weren’t happy with theirs and wanted an apple watch, you can’t compare the two, this one is doesn’t cost as much and provides great value for the money.
Smart Watch
I bought this watch in August and it was working brilliant. Unfortunately had a little blip and I contacted the company. They dealt with this immediately and agreed to replace it. Fantastic customer service, can’t fault it. Thank you Simone for all your help.
Works well and good battery life
The battery life on the watch is good. It is comfortable to wear. The bluetooth range on it is not great though, i have to keep my phone close for it to work although im not sure if thats because of the phone or watch. Overall im happy with the product and it is compatable with samsung s21 ultra. would recommend. Would be good if i could enable a few other apps on it as well.
Fantastic watch with a larger strap which fits my swollen wrist.
I like the watch features so that if I am out in the garden or for a short walk I can answer calls but also make calls as a disabled person I do take unwell or fall so I know that having my watch on that should I have an accident I can call for help in minutes. Also having my contacts, emails etc handy so that I can keep up to date with them. I am counting steps when out as I have poor mobility and I like seeing how many I managed as not many but it makes it more interesting.

Drops out with connectivity with the app frequently and then you get a flurry of notifications.
It’s OK for a budget smart watch, and when it pairs with the app correctly its OK, but it drops out of connectivity often. Its robust, well made and looks expensive.
They (the developers) need to stabilise the app because this is a big problem for the watch.
The app needs to run in the background and occasionally drops out, leaving the watch hanging there, waiting for info. When it does, it comes in rapidly!
Excellent quality
There is nothing to dislike about this smart watch, it does everything it states on the packet, and is easy to set up and use, this was a great buy.
Very good bargain for what you ge
I bought for myself as part of a diet regime. Lots of extras its certainly good for wanting to do more stress! The strap itches a bit but van change if its too much
Value for money
The customer service is very correct and fast.
Unfortunately the first watch didn’t work correctly, after 2 days didn’t synchronise with the phone. But I received the second one, and that is working correctly.
I suggest to use that watch for everyone.
Recording my steps accurately
The quality and product of the watch is exactly as described. Love my watch it helps me track steps, heart rate and I can see who’s messaging and calling. Lovely looking watch, totally satisfied with it.
Fantastic, smartwatch
I received this smart watch as a gift. I’m very impressed with it very clear phone calls that can be made through it. You can hear people talking very clearly on the fitness apps that comes with it as well. It’s very clear and very easy to use. you can wear it when you go swimming and there is a pump button on it to pump the water out if required. I play music through mine which is also very clear. The strap is very comfortable. Excellent purchase would highly recommend
I actually really like the watch but over the past week when I try to read my heart rate I keep getting hit with the message that I don’t have the watch tight enough on my wrist and to try again. No matter what I try the same message comes up. The clarity of the calls through the watch is great and the battery life is great. Alexa also works great through the watch.
After a while I started having an issue with sensitivity and responses from the screen, though the watch worked in every other way. I asked if there was a fix for that after I had tried a full reset.
The response was that they were sorry and send me a replacement the next day. So far it is working perfectly. Absolutely brilliant and friendly service and support.

Bought this as a impromptu gift for my darling wife as she’d lost hers, loves it, it has all the bits you’d expect and with a nice strap it looks great on her wrist, she’s hardly taken it off since I gave it to her.
I was a bit concerned about the size, but it is really lightweight and comfortable.
I love the features, especially being able to check, change and toggle alarms on and off, plus the personalisation options. Call quality is very impressive, and I no longer need to carry my phone with me around the house.
The only irritation is that it occasionally drops the phone connection, but everything else syncs no problem.
Overall very pleased.
If you're looking for a smart watch, it's not a bad choice.
I don’t even have them for a day. Installation is simple and easy. The menu is a bit more complicated, but you get used to it quickly. Holds hands well when running and swimming. Slowly, I don’t feel that I have a smart watch on my hand. the only thing I would criticize is that they are not very loud. It sometimes happens that I don’t hear the alarm and I can’t imagine that it would wake me up in the morning.
I primarily wanted this as a watch, so the phone connectivity and health features are a bonus.
Connected easily via Bluetooth and the app. Choice of watch face and display depending if you want to prioritise the clock or the step count / heart rate features
The straps are quick-release, and are compatible with most 22mm straps (thanks to the seller to providing this information, good after-sale service )
Strap too small
I’ve only got a medium sized wrist but the strap only just fits hence only 4 stars.It’s uncomfortable and pinches my skin. Apart from that everything is fine although it took me ages to wark out how to get it to receive emails. Setup for Alexa was simple.
Camera and Phone Calls aren’t working, it kept on saying “connect to the smart watch via the app” even though it is already connected. I’ve been trying to fix it but nothing’s working.
Update: Seller was very kind enough to fix the problem by sending me another one for free. I really appreciate the effort to solve this and the watch is working better now, I can now answer calls and the camera’s already working. Other features working well as well! Thank you so much!
