Does the kitchen torch come with the butane gas?
No. For the safety reason, the butane gas cannot be shipped with the torch lighter.
Do I need to always press the ignition button while working?

I wanted a second touch for general use like lighting bonfires, as it turns out this one is so good and reliable at lighting I will demote the old one! Gives a good long flame and the ability to keep the flame on hands free is a big bonus. Looks good too!
First the price this is a lovely little machine. I am new to these so it took a little time to get used to doing it, but you can adjust the flame. Very easy to fill with a long fitting on a gas canister. I used the one from Amazon and it was amazingly easy. Safety feature, if you take your thumb off the button, the flame shuts off.
These kitchen blow torches are handy things, one of the best uses being lighting barbecues – no matches getting blown out. This item gets a thumbs up for including the filler nozzles that are required. I don’t know how many times I’ve had problems trying to fill butane items when you can’t work out what the correct nozzle size is. Happily, no more guesswork.
I loved this product as soon as I saw and held it, I chose this model partly because it looked more stylish that most of the alternatives. I purchased this initally to scorch peppers to remove the skin, which is a bit slow, but works better than other methods I have used. It has also been brilliant for applying heat to something which would otherwise need flipping, like an omelette, or grilled, such as cheese on a crumpet, plus many other things. Excellent product, 100% recommended.
This product is a must buy!!! Highly recommended for jewellery soldering. Its a game changer for me. The low price is an added bonus. Brilliant torch, I will most definitely be buying another.
