I got this after reading reviews online and it’s a bargain compared to other makes. It works very well and is definitely easier than flossing. The only downside is the limited settings, but I’ve got used to the normal settings, which, at first, it hurt but now I’m used to it. It’s also hard to get to your back teeth, so I still use tepe sticks for those. Also remember to keep your mouth closed! First time I didn’t and the water went shooting out all over the mirrors in the bathroom.

Got this due to a bridge being fitted. Once you get use to the pulse it’s great at removing food stuff.
Charge lasts a good while. Easy to clean and change heads.

I have soaked yhe bathroom on several occasions by accidentally pressing the button. I try my best not to press it without having the head in my mouth.

It’s good though does the job.

Bought this for 9 year old son. He missed brushing front teeth on back. Didn’t resolve the problem, but it’s removing all between teeth. Normal power is quite strong pressure can even make gums painful

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFor many years I have gone for well known expensive water flossers and none have lasted much over a year, eighteen months. Looking at available options I decided to try this, thinking if it fails you do get what you pay for.
Really surprised at the quality and performance and in my opinion is far better than models three times the price.
Hopefully it will also stand the test of time.

I have only used this product twice, but my mouth already feels like I’ve just been sandblasted by the dental hygienist.

Takes a few seconds to remember to turn it off before opening my mouth to adjust direction, so I’ve splashed my hair and the bathroom wall and mirror a few times, but overall a very good and easy to use product.

Got to admit the only fault I can say is the size of the unit, it’s sooooo bulky. Otherwise it works fine and cleans the gums and teeth well. Sometimes you feel a bit overwhelmed with the amount of water but you get used To it.
Charge wise I’ve had it for 2 weeks and not charged it again yet.

I have had many different dental irrigators over the years, and whilst this one feels a little cheap to the touch, it works really well and has good battery life representing great value for money.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this product last year and I’ve used it every night before brushing since. I just fill it up with water, hold it up to my teeth and toggle it on and off between each gap. I also use it on the top surface of my back teeth (upper and lower) to help dislodge any debris stuck there.

On my last visit to the dentist, he told me I have no new plaque, which is something that used to build up before I started using the water flosser.

Best of all, the battery lasts forever. I’ve only had to charge it three times since I bought it! When the battery is low, a red light appears on the front of the flosser.

It’s also easy to disassemble for travel. I just take it apart, put it in a sandwich bag to stop it leaking and stuff some tissues in there to absorb the moisture.

Great value for money. Would recommend this flosser to anyone who wants to floss but has trouble with regular string floss.

With daily use I’m shocked how long this battery lasts, I’ve not needed to charge it yet.
It takes some getting used to but now I have one I can’t imagine not using a flosser anymore.

Decided to try a water flosser on the suggestion of my dentist. This is a great device. Gets my teeth unbelievably clean. Beats using dental floss any day. Highly recommended.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe power and nozzles are great but the shape and size of the water reservoir is difficult to hold and manoeuvre around the mouth so it’s a stop and start affair. On full blast the reservoir holds only enough for one side. Still, as a first water glosser it’s very effective. Just remember to close your lips around the nozzle before turning the jet on!

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI’ve had my Pecham water flosser 20 months and it was working well and was good value. Except ever since new, a little water has penetrated into the body of the flosser (shaking it, you can hear the water trapped inside). Originally not a problem as the water trickled out when the flosser body was left horizontal for a few hours. However a lot of water recently got inside via the jet tip seal and the flow was badly affected when the flosser was operational. Using a new jet tip has eliminated the problem. The first jet tip broke after 12 months, the second has the faulty seal that’s letting water in, so I’m onto my third jet tip. I’ve not found replacement jet tips that I can buy. This will limit the lifespan of the product.

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersBought this as I was keen to try a water flosser after seeing them advertised at my dentists . I don’t get on with floss so anything was better than nothing. Chose the Upgraded water flosser for its power
    Size of water reservoir
    travel bag
Short recharge time and length of time between charges
    …and on offer .
I am delighted with my purchase. I find this flosser easy to fill. I found it fills even quicker by twisting it apart and warm water is kinder to floss with when starting out. The pik of the flosser rotates in its socket which makes it versatile when using on different areas of the mouth and the pik can be changed at the push of a button unlike some other devices .The reservoir size is ample once you get used to flossing this way . I use pulse mode mostly and switch the flosser off when I change its position in my mouth.
Been using about a month now and think I made a good choice . My mouth feels fresher and it’s definitely cleaner as the water gets easily between my teeth (I have a small jaw and an overcrowded mouth according to my dentist so tape flossing and bottle brushes impossible). On a personal note I found it safer to position the pik in your mouth before switching on to use . Some say use in the shower but as this particular device cleverly remembers the last jet setting I set it pointing the flosser into the sink switch off and then position in mouth and switch on again to floss.
The travel pouch is extremely useful .I’ve added a photo of inside the pouch so you can see it has a hidden compartment in it to hold the piks . Most convenient but not mentioned in the leaflet that comes in the box. I was invited to leave a review but can honestly say I’m very happy with my purchase and would buy again .

5.0 out of 5 stars Great produc

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI can confidently review/report now – this was a fair purchase for 30. The unit lasted exactly 2 years and 9 months before the battery died. It’s true that, until the past month, the battery only needs recharging every couple of weeks which seems pretty good (this was my first ever flosser). The unit makes a good job of its main function of cleaning between the teeth, for healthy gums. Albeit the over-long suction hose entails you have to tilt the unit for the last of the water in the tank. It is fastest to refill by the simple-twist removal of the tank (rather than the small fill hole, which I only noticed just now on the unit’s demise!) Faced with a choice of this model versus a brand name, I think it has proved fair value at a third of the price. (I have not re-ordered this exact model but opted for a similarly priced, well-reviewed Hangsun just to compare performance). If happy with just around 3 years for its life, this is a fair value, no-hassle purchase in my experience. Easier than traditional flossing and recommended by my excellent dentist, this mode of water-flossing is highly effective for healthy gums!

Golden Review Award: 223 From Our UsersLet’s start this review with the reason we are all here…THE DENTIST RECOMMENDED IT. I for one am not a fan of regular flossing so ordered this based off the good reviews (and price). Ordered on prime and it arrived quickly and well packaged. Upon opening the smart looking box, it includes everything you’ll need to get started. It includes, 3 normal flossers, 1 special flosser, usb charger, usb plug, flossing tips carry case and a rubbery carry bag and finally, the device itself.

Firest impressions are the initial shock of the size of the device itself as it’s VERY BULKY but that’s due to the large 300ml water tank. Quick read of the intruction manual and you’ll know you’re supposed to let it charge for over 4 hours before first use. Done.

Operating this thing is a stroll in the park, 1 button to turn on and off, and one button to change the mode. Initial test was to use “normal” mode, slight mistake, my gums weren’t used to this and the more than powerful jet caused my gums to bleed slightly. Lesson learned. Attempt two. Used the gentle function; much easier on the gums and still produces a good clean. After using for a few days, I’m back to the normal function and it’s really good – no issues – leaves mouth feeling fresh and clean.

Overall, really happy with the purchase and battery life seems good. Start gentle and build up to the normal pressure setting. Oh, and, REMEMBER TO CLOSE YOUR MOUTH or you’ll have water everywhere!!
