Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAmazing! But small tank
Amazingly powerful and lost of attachments although I’ve found most of them pointless except the main 3 I use every 3-4 days – the tank is pretty small so have to refil it 3-4 times for a full flossing session but very easy to refill literally half a twist and that’s it open.

Once charged it lasts a long time and you can also change the settings to be lower which drains the battery even less.

Overall great I actually bought another for my mother after this one.

Purchased after seeing on good housekeeping guide as a birthday present. My granddaughter loves it and says makes her teeth feel really good. She has a wire on the back of her front teeth after extensive orthodontics and it’s the only thing that cleans them properly.

You have to suck it to make it work first time
I was about to return it as when it was turned on the moter was working but no water was coming out of the tip. I sucked it and it started to work so easy enough fix should be in the manual.
Happy with it now working well.

A good water flossed for the price.
I like this water flossed as it is portable (for holidays etc) and rechargeable but I find it slightly more difficult to use than either my plug in one I use at home or my previous portable one (can’t remember the brand).

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSeems to do what it should. Easy to operate
My dentist suggested a water flosser to clean around the peg of a tooth implant. (Interdental brushes are best for other teeth). So, as it’s for just one tooth I ordered this relatively low priced one. (After all, it’s basically a simple pump, why would I need anything complicated).
It is easy to operate, the jet is not too strong. It’s a bit bulky, but works well.
Do remember to put in your mouth and then close your lips before turning it on. Otherwise, it’s a good way to clean mirrors!

I have soaked yhe bathroom on several occasions by accidentally pressing the button. I try my best not to press it without having the head in my mouth.

It’s good though does the job.

    Water floss
Bought this for 9 year old son. He missed brushing front teeth on back. Didn’t resolve the problem, but it’s removing all between teeth. Normal power is quite strong pressure can even make gums painful

For many years I have gone for well known expensive water flossers and none have lasted much over a year, eighteen months. Looking at available options I decided to try this, thinking if it fails you do get what you pay for.
Really surprised at the quality and performance and in my opinion is far better than models three times the price.
Hopefully it will also stand the test of time.

    Efficient mouth cleaning
I have only used this product twice, but my mouth already feels like I’ve just been sandblasted by the dental hygienist.

Takes a few seconds to remember to turn it off before opening my mouth to adjust direction, so I’ve splashed my hair and the bathroom wall and mirror a few times, but overall a very good and easy to use product.

    Works but a little bulky
Got to admit the only fault I can say is the size of the unit, it’s sooooo bulky. Otherwise it works fine and cleans the gums and teeth well. Sometimes you feel a bit overwhelmed with the amount of water but you get used To it.
Charge wise I’ve had it for 2 weeks and not charged it again yet.

I have had many different dental irrigators over the years, and whilst this one feels a little cheap to the touch, it works really well and has good battery life representing great value for money.

    Very reliable produc
After having used this water flosser for over a year – and also bought another one for someone else – I really want to leave a review.
Using this flosser is very easy, it is comfortable to handle, easy to recharge the battery, and also convenient for travelling in the provided pouch.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI use this every nigh
I bought this product last year and I’ve used it every night before brushing since. I just fill it up with water, hold it up to my teeth and toggle it on and off between each gap. I also use it on the top surface of my back teeth (upper and lower) to help dislodge any debris stuck there.

On my last visit to the dentist, he told me I have no new plaque, which is something that used to build up before I started using the water flosser.

Best of all, the battery lasts forever. I’ve only had to charge it three times since I bought it! When the battery is low, a red light appears on the front of the flosser.

It’s also easy to disassemble for travel. I just take it apart, put it in a sandwich bag to stop it leaking and stuff some tissues in there to absorb the moisture.

Great value for money. Would recommend this flosser to anyone who wants to floss but has trouble with regular string floss.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWorks well, but unit is clumsy to hold
The power and nozzles are great but the shape and size of the water reservoir is difficult to hold and manoeuvre around the mouth so it’s a stop and start affair. On full blast the reservoir holds only enough for one side. Still, as a first water glosser it’s very effective. Just remember to close your lips around the nozzle before turning the jet on!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSmooth and massaging effec
I bought this just over 3 weeks ago and it seems to be doing well with my floss. It is recommended by my dentist now that I have dental implant. I guess it’s gentler and less invasive than the brush version. After flossing the teeth feel like they have been massaged. It’s quite easy to use once you try it few times in order to get the right jet required. The tank of water seems to be just a right amount for the duration of the flossing. Only fully charge once after 3 weeks’ of use. To me it is a good investment, of course there are other more pricy ones to have.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersFantastic value for money . Highly recommended. Cannot believe how good even after brushing
Use this a few times a week, and initially was really sceptical. but WOW amazing results . Even after brushing I cannot believe how much debris comes out using this product.

Found great with slightly warm water (not from tap), bit of a shock to the gums . Also put a small amount of mouthwash into the water mixture , to leave super fresh.

Added also the three modes of operation.

    Amazing value ..

Try it to see for yourself

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersJet tip seal lets water in. Replacement jet tips don't seem to be available.
I’ve had my Pecham water flosser 20 months and it was working well and was good value. Except ever since new, a little water has penetrated into the body of the flosser (shaking it, you can hear the water trapped inside). Originally not a problem as the water trickled out when the flosser body was left horizontal for a few hours. However a lot of water recently got inside via the jet tip seal and the flow was badly affected when the flosser was operational. Using a new jet tip has eliminated the problem. The first jet tip broke after 12 months, the second has the faulty seal that’s letting water in, so I’m onto my third jet tip. I’ve not found replacement jet tips that I can buy. This will limit the lifespan of the product.

    It's grea
Have been using for a few week now, daily. I use it in the shower, not sure how realistic it is to do over a sink. Plenty of water in one tank to give teeth a deep clean. I have found it hard to floss regularly but this makes it easy. Teeth are much cleaner and gums are in great shape. Recommended

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersWhat an experience!
So with fibromyalgia ravaging my oral health I invested in a water flosser.
Nothing prepared me for the onslaught attack of water on trying it for the first time.
Streams of water gushed out at my face, as I held it about 10 CMS away.
I had it on the lowest, soft setting, so I’m terrified of what the highest setting would do! I couldn’t take another flood in the bathroom, even with it being a wet room.
The bathroom looked like I’d butchered a ghost with it’s ectoplasm splattered all over the mirror and ceiling. It was epic!
I’ve since found the only way is to half drown myself doing a few teeth, then gasp for air, whilst I spit out half of the North sea.
Be careful casually handling it as the button is sensitive. Most times I use it my mirror gets a good wash and I get a quick splash. Lol!
Maybe it’s just the make, but I’m going to soldier on. It cost 20 odd quid so I’m getting my money’s worth.
All in all it is very strong and seems worth it.
I do think it’s a bit bulky for travel, but if empty it is doable.

    Excellent water flosse
I got this to help with plaque build up between my teeth, and normal floss was just getting shredded.
Having moved to a water flosser I haven’t regretted it.
I bought this one because it was cheap, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by it. The battery life is excellent, using once a day (for the full tank) the first charge lasted just over 2 weeks. The DIY mode with variable pressure is excellent, as I found the softest setting didn’t do enough to make much of a difference, and the highest pressure was outright masochistic. It allowed me to find a nice middle ground. I expected it to be good/ish based on price and reviews, but I can’t recommend it enough.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersFantastic thing, use the soft setting initially.
I bought the waterpic because my dentist has to do a thorough clean each time I visit. I’d assumed I was brushing correctly and had bought an electric toothbrush so I didn’t get another lecture.

The product was as described, I unboxed, charged up and had a go…a few tips.

    1. Don’t use freezing cold water, if you do and you hit a nerve you’ll know about it.

    2. Don’t use the normal setting on your first go.

    3. Fill the chamber to the top for when you want to turn it upside down and it works well.

    4. I would suggest taking it into the shower or doing over the bath until you’ve got a routine.

I went to the dental hospital this week and I was commended on my dental hygiene, hence me posting now not when I first received it.

    It does the job
It shot in between my teeth within seconds and I could feel the gaps between my teeth and gums. Good job!
Always drape a towel around your shoulders and chest or you’ll be soaked.
Battery charged in the time it stated, and I’m glad that it is rechargeable and not battery powered.
The power seems pretty good for an amateur. I did dental nurse.
Nice little drawstring cloth carry bag.
    Interchangeable heads.

All round, the best flosser I ever had.
To start with , this flosser has an amazing battery life. Since I bought it in April ( 3 months ago) I have not charged it yet and I use it twice a day every day.- THIS IS A MUST FOR ANY DEVICE, but this one especially surprised me with how good the battery was.

My dentist told me that water flossing is the safest and most efficient way to floss without damaging your gums. This flosser has a few settings on how hard or soft the water comes out, so lets you take care of more sensitive gums or get a deeper clean with the harder setting.- Very happy of the choice of water pressure.

Finally, it looks nice and easy to clean/pack for travel as its lighweight and easy to disassemble/assemble.

Very happy with my purchase and some of my friends are already using it as per my recommendation.

    Good flosser and customer services
I had a faulty flosser that stopped working after a short while, customer services were able to provide me with a replacement and the new flosser works very well. It has different settings and speeds you can select and adjust to your liking. I use mine everyday and keep it on one setting as I don’t need all the different speeds. Power is good and it really gets rid of the food stuck in your teeth. You don’t realise how much food debris is in there until you start using a water flosser! The 300ml water canister is sufficient for my needs, but it’s not an issue to refill again as it’s a simple twist to open but I don’t need to refill often. Great portability and I’ve used it whilst away on holidays. Overall happy with the product and their customer services.

    Good but messy
This does clean well and the water stream is quite powerful so feels a bit sharp if directed at you gums.
I saw a noticable difference after using it in a good way.
Down side for me is the splashing or water. I used mine over the bath because of this, so also difficult to use a mirror at the same time.
Also once on, the water shoots out straight away, so needs to be in your mouth before you power it on. Then you have to memorize which mode it’s in as you can’t see the pannel once you start using it.
Otherwise it does what it says and don’t under estimate the sharpness of the water coming out. Good tip was to use warm water too.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersGreat whilst working but starts to be haunted after 10 months
Bought this in March 2021 and last couple weeks it was possessed by an entity who saw fit to turn it on and off by itself in the bathroom whilst I was in other rooms. This was worrying at first as I did not know what it was as it stopped by time I got in to see and took a while to work out it was this.

Last night though it came alive once again and would not turn off, so I stuck it on charge to see if it would reset. It did turn off but came alive again later on its own and when I used it this morning it came on but kept going on and off and then stopped completely.

Cant find any way to contact the company to message as still under warranty so hopefully someone will respond here.

UPDATE – Found way to contact company and they where helpful and courteous and replaced the item after a couple message so upped to 4 stars as product was good until this but company where great with service.

Golden Review Award: 47 From Our Usersoverall good
Great product and came in lovely package. Loved everything about this small machine and quiet happy with the usability. My dentist gave me a thorough cleaning lately and recommended using intra-dental brushes twice a day which is a pain. These kind of brushes are difficult to man-oeuvre with the dentition in distance. Hence bought this. I must say it does the job efficiently.

Makers could have paid some attention when designed this product.

    1) Power button: As you see all the buttons are arranged in the same side. When you start flossing the buttons are not visible and you fiddle with mode changer with power button and vice versa. You are intending to change the mode but end up powering it off and vice versa.

As soon you hit the power button nozzle ejects water with the mode it was saved (normal/soft/pulse) before the last switch off. Unless you power it on and spurt some water out before start flossing there is no way you know what mode it is going to operate on. In some of the areas you may like to start with soft and switch to normal or pulse mode. So that’s not happening unless you check this out first before inserting nozzle into the mouth.

Ideally there should be a power button which displays the mode, adjust the mode you like and a separate floss button to start ejecting the water.

    2) Reservoir : Is just enough for one clean. If you like to refill you have to unlock the motor and fill it from the top or you can use the side lid. If any one is buying it for daily use I wonder locking and unlocking of both inlets make it loose and wear out eventually. If you use the side lid I am pretty sure I may need a new tank with in a year.

Golden Review Award: 54 From Our UsersClose your mouth, don't watch progress
There’s a review about this product somewhere that is hilarious!
And whilst trying to find it again, I came across some of the negative reviews which seemed odd.

I got this product in August 2020 and yes, after a few tries, I managed to spray my entire wet room, the mirror, my clothes and it was a funny inconvenience to be honest; not remotely dignified. The normal setting is exactly like switching your tap on full blast and hoping to turn it off with greasy fingers…. it’s just funny… make sure you’re alone in the bathroom cos you won’t look remotely sane.
So, since I’ve bought it, I have learned that if you CLOSE YOUR MOUTH over it and LEAN OVER THE SINK, instead of trying to watch my progress open mouthed in front of the mirror, the confusion and clean up will be significantly less.

I love it and it does work when user error has been corrected.

Golden Review Award: 153 From Our UsersPower shower for your mouth
Probably one of my best recent purchases. I never used to floss with cable but I’ve been using this thing everyday, it takes the boring element out of flossing.

Pretty much a power shower for your gums and teeth. Didn’t even realise how much food gets stuck in there. Teeth feel so much cleaner compared to just brushing.

3 different modes, would recommend you start on the soft mode until you get used to it. My mouth was too sensitive for the normal mode at first. I don’t really use the pulse mode. Comes with 4 heads, one with a brush on the end of it, so more than one person can partake. Battery indicator with 3 levels, when it gets to red its got another 3 or 4 uses in it so plenty of time to charge it. Holds enough water to get through your whole mouth – might need refilling during use if there’s any points you want to stay on for longer.

Overall been a great product would highly recommend.
