Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAmazingly powerful and lost of attachments although I’ve found most of them pointless except the main 3 I use every 3-4 days – the tank is pretty small so have to refil it 3-4 times for a full flossing session but very easy to refill literally half a twist and that’s it open.

Once charged it lasts a long time and you can also change the settings to be lower which drains the battery even less.

Overall great I actually bought another for my mother after this one.

I was about to return it as when it was turned on the moter was working but no water was coming out of the tip. I sucked it and it started to work so easy enough fix should be in the manual.
Happy with it now working well.

I like this water flossed as it is portable (for holidays etc) and rechargeable but I find it slightly more difficult to use than either my plug in one I use at home or my previous portable one (can’t remember the brand).

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMy dentist suggested a water flosser to clean around the peg of a tooth implant. (Interdental brushes are best for other teeth). So, as it’s for just one tooth I ordered this relatively low priced one. (After all, it’s basically a simple pump, why would I need anything complicated).
It is easy to operate, the jet is not too strong. It’s a bit bulky, but works well.
Do remember to put in your mouth and then close your lips before turning it on. Otherwise, it’s a good way to clean mirrors!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have soaked yhe bathroom on several occasions by accidentally pressing the button. I try my best not to press it without having the head in my mouth.

It’s good though does the job.

Bought this for 9 year old son. He missed brushing front teeth on back. Didn’t resolve the problem, but it’s removing all between teeth. Normal power is quite strong pressure can even make gums painful

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersFor many years I have gone for well known expensive water flossers and none have lasted much over a year, eighteen months. Looking at available options I decided to try this, thinking if it fails you do get what you pay for.
Really surprised at the quality and performance and in my opinion is far better than models three times the price.
Hopefully it will also stand the test of time.

I have only used this product twice, but my mouth already feels like I’ve just been sandblasted by the dental hygienist.

Takes a few seconds to remember to turn it off before opening my mouth to adjust direction, so I’ve splashed my hair and the bathroom wall and mirror a few times, but overall a very good and easy to use product.

Got to admit the only fault I can say is the size of the unit, it’s sooooo bulky. Otherwise it works fine and cleans the gums and teeth well. Sometimes you feel a bit overwhelmed with the amount of water but you get used To it.
Charge wise I’ve had it for 2 weeks and not charged it again yet.

I have had many different dental irrigators over the years, and whilst this one feels a little cheap to the touch, it works really well and has good battery life representing great value for money.

After having used this water flosser for over a year – and also bought another one for someone else – I really want to leave a review.
Using this flosser is very easy, it is comfortable to handle, easy to recharge the battery, and also convenient for travelling in the provided pouch.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI bought this product last year and I’ve used it every night before brushing since. I just fill it up with water, hold it up to my teeth and toggle it on and off between each gap. I also use it on the top surface of my back teeth (upper and lower) to help dislodge any debris stuck there.

On my last visit to the dentist, he told me I have no new plaque, which is something that used to build up before I started using the water flosser.

Best of all, the battery lasts forever. I’ve only had to charge it three times since I bought it! When the battery is low, a red light appears on the front of the flosser.

It’s also easy to disassemble for travel. I just take it apart, put it in a sandwich bag to stop it leaking and stuff some tissues in there to absorb the moisture.

Great value for money. Would recommend this flosser to anyone who wants to floss but has trouble with regular string floss.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe power and nozzles are great but the shape and size of the water reservoir is difficult to hold and manoeuvre around the mouth so it’s a stop and start affair. On full blast the reservoir holds only enough for one side. Still, as a first water glosser it’s very effective. Just remember to close your lips around the nozzle before turning the jet on!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this just over 3 weeks ago and it seems to be doing well with my floss. It is recommended by my dentist now that I have dental implant. I guess it’s gentler and less invasive than the brush version. After flossing the teeth feel like they have been massaged. It’s quite easy to use once you try it few times in order to get the right jet required. The tank of water seems to be just a right amount for the duration of the flossing. Only fully charge once after 3 weeks’ of use. To me it is a good investment, of course there are other more pricy ones to have.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI’ve had my Pecham water flosser 20 months and it was working well and was good value. Except ever since new, a little water has penetrated into the body of the flosser (shaking it, you can hear the water trapped inside). Originally not a problem as the water trickled out when the flosser body was left horizontal for a few hours. However a lot of water recently got inside via the jet tip seal and the flow was badly affected when the flosser was operational. Using a new jet tip has eliminated the problem. The first jet tip broke after 12 months, the second has the faulty seal that’s letting water in, so I’m onto my third jet tip. I’ve not found replacement jet tips that I can buy. This will limit the lifespan of the product.

Golden Review Award: 47 From Our UsersGreat product and came in lovely package. Loved everything about this small machine and quiet happy with the usability. My dentist gave me a thorough cleaning lately and recommended using intra-dental brushes twice a day which is a pain. These kind of brushes are difficult to man-oeuvre with the dentition in distance. Hence bought this. I must say it does the job efficiently.

Makers could have paid some attention when designed this product.

    1) Power button: As you see all the buttons are arranged in the same side. When you start flossing the buttons are not visible and you fiddle with mode changer with power button and vice versa. You are intending to change the mode but end up powering it off and vice versa.

As soon you hit the power button nozzle ejects water with the mode it was saved (normal/soft/pulse) before the last switch off. Unless you power it on and spurt some water out before start flossing there is no way you know what mode it is going to operate on. In some of the areas you may like to start with soft and switch to normal or pulse mode. So that’s not happening unless you check this out first before inserting nozzle into the mouth.

Ideally there should be a power button which displays the mode, adjust the mode you like and a separate floss button to start ejecting the water.

    2) Reservoir : Is just enough for one clean. If you like to refill you have to unlock the motor and fill it from the top or you can use the side lid. If any one is buying it for daily use I wonder locking and unlocking of both inlets make it loose and wear out eventually. If you use the side lid I am pretty sure I may need a new tank with in a year.

4.0 out of 5 stars overall good
