Better than I first though
OK so it’s not going to give you perfect 6 pack you need a base to begin but for busy days when you can’t get a set done this definitely helps couple things to be aware of guys get a razor and baby smooth your stomach order gel pads ahead of time keep a supply and do not use just after eating wait at least an hour because it fricken hurts good product for a good price but don’t expect rock hard abs with this alone

Wonders
This product is starting to do wonders. Tightening of muscles as when starting to lose weight it looked hideous. Using the muscle pads is great and being able to use them whilst doing other things or even just sitting still is great. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I bought this product to stimulate muscles that had weakened after being off my feet following surgery. After much comparison between this and more expensive brand names, I thought I would give this a try first to test efficacy. It’s exactly the same mechanism and less than half the price of the expensive brands! Look after the sticky pads and it’ll last a long time. Replacement pads are provided and additional can be bought if and when required. Still using the original pads after 3 months. Highly recommend!
I can totally feel the effect after use
Have had these for a bit. Was eskeptic but gave it a try after reading Bruce Lee used these systems too, when I was not feeling ok and unable to go to the gym. The feeling after is that of a workout and if I were to use it on a high setting I could certainly mske my muscles go under brutal workout. Not ready for that yet but managing to increase the settings after a while. Need to use them longer but it helps stay strong, that’s sure.

I didn’t know what to expect from this product but honestly, I love it! It’s comfortable to wear while you are going about whatever you are doing, I can change the frequency of the pulses at the same time as well. I’m really pleased with this. You gave plenty of gel pads for each use and you can easily buy more to fit them. The seller does sell them.
You can put it on you stomach, thighs, bottom. The smaller ones on your arms or calves.

Well made and fits well
Build quality is good; the stimulator is thinner than I thought but quite robust; fitting it on my stomach was easy following instructions; the ‘twitching’ of the muscles gets some getting used to but bearable, have been using for just over a week and somethings happening but no visible results yet.

Quick delivery. After retirement from an active working life I was starting to lose muscle mass due to lack of daily routine and general exercise that you do without thinking when working. My favourite parts to use are the individual units for triceps, biceps, quads and calf muscles. The strength of the pulses was surprising but also very controllable.

I’ve always been a bit skeptical of so called wonder claims from companies proclaiming they have the silver bullet to a problem. In this case though I thought I’d leave a review because I actually experienced results with something I had little expectation of because of my usual pessimism. Great item and very food value for money .i hve been using it now for s few weeks on and off and can feel my liwer abdomen tightening. I went to the high settings more or less straight away but you do have to include extra exercise this product isnt a 5 minute fix .

Out of the gym for far too long, my hubby loved this and he says you can really feel it working. Love that it can also go on your thighs, arms or pecs with the 2 extra electrodes. It sticks to the skin well and has a variety of settings to suit everyone.
