Spiders freak me totally out. I’ve had similar spray before which worked so I went with this. I did get one spider… I usually would have had 10 at this point. Its working…. I can sleep at night (after I’ve sprayed the feet of my bed!! Good stuff.
I recently found a spider web forming beside my patio door so I vacuumed it up and doused the area with this spray. I’ve been using this spray to create a barrier between my home and the outside. So far so good. I love how it smells since its not a chemical but rather a natural remedy. It’s also safe for use around pets which is nice.
This is made from natural ingredients and has a nice scent. The spray bottle is easy to use and with the refill this will last a long time. Im very happy that this is from all natural ingredients and no nasty chemicals, and also that it does not kill but repels the spiders and pests. I have been using this for 2 days and I am already seeing a big difference. I would recomend.
Since childhood, and for some reason, I am not happy with spiders around me. At the same time I try to avoid chemicals and so was happy to land on this natural repellent.
It’s made from Castor oil, citronella, peppermint, Glycerin, plus soap & water. It seems spiders don’t like the first 3 ingredients and hopefully they will leave to a more welcoming house.
Though the scent is pleasant and I could spray inside, I sprayed around the outside of windows and doors, especially in cracks and pipes, to deter the spiders from coming in.
I intend to follow the instruction and repeat twice a month to enforce the defence when spiders come out next month during their mating season.
I have used this all around my windows and patio doors. We also have an ant problem and spraying this around the seals has really helped! Smells nice so have no problem using it around the home and is pet friendly.
I like that this is a natural product, so won’t kill, just deter.
It’s mostly for use in my new shed, which has already become home to several large spiders, so I wanted a solution to keep it creature free!
It smells minty, so not unpleasant and there’s loads in the bottle and it includes a refill bottle, which gives you another full bottle.
I’m not sure about using it indoors, as it’s liquid it’s difficult to know if it will stain paintwork or fabrics, so I’ve left its use to the shed for now.

We live rurally and spiders and flies are a part of life – this year though they’ve been particularly bad and we’ve had a huge amount of wasps too. Since using this we have had considerably less which is great, as the flies wind up the dogs and I worry about wasp stings!
It’s easy to apply as you just spray around the window areas – but do read the instructions and do the 3 consecutive days to begin with to ensure maximum effect, and there is a strong (but not unpleasant) smell of citronella. I didn’t really notice the mint, but that didn’t matter. It should last a long time with the refill too, seems to be a good buy.
I have very high hopes for this spray being an arachnophobia sufferer! I can’t even look at a photo of the 8 legged beasts!! I have started spraying it around my bedroom as per the directions. There is definitely a minty smell to it. I am not going to jinx myself so I will refrain on commenting on the results yet!! However I am really hoping that there is a big difference come mating season for the beasts!!! It is a good value spray and concentrate bottle. If it works then I will be stockpiling this stuff.
I have had several spiders on the bathroom window ledge recently so this looked like the sort of product that I needed!
You get a decent amount for your money including two refill bottles which was a good idea.
The spray is easy to use and does not have an unpleasant smell. So far, I have not seen any more spiders so I am feeling hopeful. I shall continue to use it to see if there is any long term effect.
We seem to get a lot of spiders in our home, as we are constantly removing cobwebs around the house. I’m really hoping this Afterglobe brand insect and pest repellent spray will keep them out of our home. It’s made with castor oil, citronella and peppermint essential oil which is safe on humans and pets but creepy crawley pests like spiders, ants, fleas, cockroaches and flies and mozzies hate the smell. If it stops the cobwebs and flies from coming in then I’ll be ecstatically happy it’s easy to use just clean the areas where they have lurked and spray, shaking well the contents first, do this for 3 consecutive days. This 100% chemical free formula is humane and even comes with a refill, hopefully not required for a while.
After repotting my houseplants, I had an influx of small flies (which must have been dormant in the compost) which were driving me mad. I don’t like to use too many chemicals as I have pets, so I thought I would try this as it has natural ingredients. As instructed, I used for 3 days and the flies were gone from the area sprayed. It will repel them, but not kill them. Fortunately, I do not get many spiders in my house. However, I am moving soon and if I have a problem with them, I will be spraying my windowsills to keep them out!
Sprayed it on the nests it made some come to the surface due to the strong smell, not sure it has worked but has seemed to repell them for now only time will tell if this works. Will update if this does not work. Very strong smelling so I am hoping it does the job

Very easy to use and smell not too bad very happy with the product.
I have a cat and his bowl of food tends to be a magnet for house flies. I don’t have his food in the kitchen but on a mat near by and they seem to make a bee line for it. I am going to spray the mat and then place the bowl down every morning to see if it will deter them from landing on his food and also around the door or the kitchen. This very rainy weather has lead to more mossies as well and when you have the doors open in the Summer it seems that it is an open invitation to come in a bite me!
Will be fully testing this out, but it has been so cold and rainy the doors haven’t been open much, will report back on the success of this, hasn’t stopped them flying in and still getting me!
