I love the bench it fits into my whimsical area. Very easy to put together, just unfolded and added arms with 4 screws for each side and 2 screws for bottom metal pole. Its metal, I will need to buy a bench pillow for it.

I think it was easy to assemble and structured well. The only downfall is that the color isn’t that vibrant, and it seems brushstroked instead of spray-painted evenly. But showed up on time and was very easy to assemble. I wish they would’ve left the bolts off of it so that I didn’t have to remove them and then add back.

Bought this as a memory bench for my late husband on 10th April within a week its gone down in price it is a lovely bench easy to put up allholes matched up for screws everyone admires it i also bought the cushion and bench cover its nice and cosy its only been a few weeks since i lost my husband but sitting on this helps with the memories and the grieving delivered on time and well packaged
I bought this to put plants on. Since it's metal I would think you want cushions if used for seating. Sturdy and just like the picture. For those that complained about paint job or that it rusts outside, it's painted for a rustic look and you should always spray metal items outside with clear coat.

Sitting pretty
After assembling it, we tried it out and it very strong and sturdy. It would have been if a lil’ more effort had been placed on painting the butterflies. It looks like the paint was just slapped on. I plan to give it a better look (jazz it up)and also had a seat caution. All n All I’m happy with the bench, it serves it purpose.

Super easy to put together! I was dreading the put together part. Always a hard chore for me. This bench folds over already assembled in the box. All you put on is the side pieces on which are SUPER EASY! Sturdy, beautiful bench! Easiest assembly EVER!
Ok first of all it added some cool to the location where I placed.. But its far better with a far view, if we go near, you can definitely see someone tried to cover the bench with some color because they had to.. Its a five star with a better paint job but if the rough rusty look suits your location its super cool.

I bought the butterfly bench, along with the matching bistro set. The bench did not require complicated assembly, it was easy to put together. This bench is made of metal materials, so it is sturdy. I bought a bench and cushion set to add some padding for comfort. These Alpine items look beautiful in my greenhouse!

I absolutely loved this bench but sadly in less than a year it is all rusted. I am sad. I bought this as a memorial to my mother that passed away and expected an outdoor item to last longer. Update: Alpine stood by their warranty and sent a replacement bench. I couldn’t have been happier with their resolution.!!!! I paid a $15 delivery charge and the replacement process was seamless. Thank you for standing by your product Alpine!
Couldn’t be happier with this bench which arrived very quickly. Looks great, is sturdy and comfortable and is a very easy one-person assembly. Was a gift for mom who is the butterfly lover and she is over the moon with it in her garden. One quick word of advice: before sitting on it or placing a cushion on it, check the arms, seat and seat back of the bench for small bits of wire-like protuberances formed on the metal during the manufacturing process. They snap off easily with no damage done to the structure but you surely don’t want to unwittingly snag either yourself or your cushion on them. Otherwise….this bench is perfect!!
