Five Star from me.
Great product and very easy to set up, literally 10 minutes to connect to home WiFi and set up app on my mobile. The picture is sharp and clear, even in the dark. It came with 76% battery and had only used 10% in 19 days of use, very impressed and would recommend.
I bought this in Dec 2022, and it has worked great, video quality is good and the phone app is perfect to adjust functionality, zones and sensitivity etc. My video doorbell stopped working, it needed to be connected to power permanently to function, which is no food to me, I use it wirelessly. An email to aosu support to enquire as to how I can fix it and, remarkably, they actually offered me a new unit or a refund, I asked for a new unit and within a couple of days it was with me and all is well. The customer service is second to none in my years of experience on Amazon.
Happy with the quality of this and it’s really convenient to get notified on my phone when someone rings the doorbell like receiving an actual phone call. When people pass by, like the postman, you still get a notification. Only downside is that when taking the doorbell out of its case for charging you can’t avoid the alarm going off, even when you switch off the receiver in the house.
This Video doorbell is very good and very easy to set up. I had a ring doorbell before and this is better and much cheaper. No need for a subscription as it stores events on an sd card which is included also has a chime that can be put in any plughole in the house. I can’t fault this product.
I purchased a doorbell 10 months ago and the main unit suddenly failed to ring. I contacted AOSU and they offered to either replace or refund the item upon receipt of the purchase details. I opted for a replacement as I had been pleased with the initial purchase. They even offered another 12 months warranty.
It’s just a pity that more firms are not up to this standard of after sales service and just interested in selling products.

Tried this product as it already had great reviews, and i can honeslty say its picture quality is great user friendly and it’s a bonus that it’s not Necessary to pay monthly for storage like other doorbells, Its worked faultless till few months ago where I was having few issues with it and contacted to online app support team who were quick to respond and helped through all issues and unfortunately were unable to solve issue so instead sent out a brand new product and arrived within 5 days all free of charge no hassle or inconvenience tomeself at all. Can’t recommend enough thank you.
Firstly don’t get me wrong, it is a good bit of kit, unfortunately for us some of the listed features are only available on IOS and not Android, so for this reason it wasn’t suitable for us, tried with there customer service team to resolve the issue but to no avail, ended up sending back for a full refund from Amazo
The doorbell needs to be recharged approximately every 6 months depending on usage.
The doorbell Application that you can download to set the unit up is very comprehensive. It took me a little bit of time to connect it to our router but once up and running we were very pleased. Especially when we were out of the house we could see and hear anyone who called to see us . I had one issue with the anti theft alarm going off when I took the bell off to recharge it. Aosu help Line where so helpful and we found that it was the fact that we had a new router installed recently and I had not paired the router to the doorbell Homebase. I would recommend this Doorbell as it has been a very good buy.
Had this doorbell for approximately 6 months! It worked well and the app is easier to use! Unfortunately the doorbell stopped charging, I contacted customer support and they sent a replacement within a couple of days! Good service!
I wanted a doorbell that recorded locally and had an option of cloud storage too but which that subscription to operate fully. This Aosu unit does that and more. Video quality is great. Notifications are virtually instant. Battery life is good and charging is a simple process of turning off the anti theft setting, removing the doorbell from it’s mount and charging with a USB c charger. Remote viewing is simple via the app and I have since purchased another doorbell camera for a different location, a wired outdoor camera and an indoor camera, all Aosu brand, which can be controlled and viewed from withing the same app. Speaking to and hearing someone remotely through the doorbell is clear and again virtually instant. All in all a great purchase
After trying EUFY door bell, which bugged up after just one week of use I decided to go for AOSU and it’s only been a week but the camera does what it should, pic quality 5 motion sensor 5 literally there is nothing bad I can say about this door bell, it alerts me right away ones someone’s approach my door just by the cars( on pic) it’s so good I can’t honestly fault it. If u want a good video door bell this is it, u will be coming here to give a good review like me I can assure u that.

I bought this doorbell in November last year, the set up is quick and easy. The video quality is brilliant,I was go as far as saying it’s as good as the more higher priced well known models. You don’t need to subscribe to view footage and the notifications come through straight away,and are sometimes a little too sensitive,it will detect trees or bags blowing in the wind. But the sensitivity can be altered.
My doorbell recently stopped charging, the support team were very quick at responding and resolving the situation,sending me out a replacement doorbell with a couple of days. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is wanting something as good as the more higher ranges.
Easy to install. Works well and gives me a little more peace of mind when we are away from home. Bell alarm on Homebase could be louder but apart from that, perfectly happy.
Highly recommended and superior to Ring- also less expensive and no monthly fees!
Was replacing a video doorbell that was faulty. I got this one and was surprised how much better everything about it was compared to the other one. Easy setup, 10x the features, looks good, quality far better, and customer service was very friendly and helpful when I phoned to help me (a cave man) to set it up. Wish I had got this one first time around. 5 stars all day long.
I ordered this several weeks ago as we moved into a new home and wanted a bit of extra security and the benefits of a wireless video doorbell. Setup was easy, took me 10 minutes, administration and usage is easy too, the app is intuitive and once you’ve setup the device you can share it with another person so they don’t have to go through setup on the same app on their mobile device.
I had an issue with the hub after a few weeks not finding the home network, the customer service came back straight away and helped me resolve it and were ready and did send out a replacement so quickly.
Very happy.
I am not disappointed with this product, I looked at many doorbells in the same price range, this is far superior in so many was.
The clarity of the images and videos is great even in low light an on infer red. Storage is ia a memory card supplied with the doorbell or by a cloud subscription.
Installation was simple and setting the doorbell up was done mostly by its software with a few inputs from me, communications with the tech team was great the problem I had with my phone was sorted in two emails even though it had nothing to do with the doorbell.
My only moan would be the lack of bell ringtones but I can live with that.
All in all a great product and a very pleasant tech team.

It was used as a video doorbell, connectivity is easy enough, set up was simple, but the best thing about this company is the after sales service. I simply can not fault it.
This is a fantastic product, easy to set up, picture clarity is great, even in night mode. The motion sensor can be set to different distances , which I needed to change because it can pick up motion from a fair distance away. Lots of other great features and no subscription needed, if you choose not to, comes with a 8g micro sd card already installed into base unit. Great produc
The software app works very well with regular updates from AOSU, I have another camera product from them and this also works via the same app. Knowing you are getting updates is a positive and great as ongoing support.
I had a issue with my battery not holding charge when I bought mine, this was resolved very quickly and satisfactorily.
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone, this company is doing all the right things so far terms of their products and the products are of quality build. In terms of cost effectiveness compared to other popular makes….this one is a no brainer! Keep it up AOSU!
The solution was to attach a wifi extender booster ( I used a BT disk) this has its own wifi signal and it connected to that no problem at all! if your router is compatible the process is painless and very fast.
in fairness the the problem is with the SKYQ and not really this, but the developer really does need to look into this as so meany people use Sky for their internet!

I am in the early stage of learning how to operate this item. It does not come with an operation instruction manual, you have to ask for one which got emailed to me but wouldn’t download so had to photo shot each page and make a file in my photo album.
Unit is nice and stylish, video and picture nice and clear. Have set up 3 different receivers that get activated to activity in front of house.
Sept. Thought I would post an update to this purchase. I have had a few small issues that I am pleased to say have been dealt with professionally and quickly by Amazon after service team of Aosulife. All seems good now. Special thanks to Sophia.
