One of the best pre workouts dosed appropriately
his preworkout is fantastic, if taken as instructed it effectively improves my workouts. This is not some poorly dosed proprietary blend preworkout, the ingredients used are transparently displayed. Upon researching the ingredients they are dosed appropriately for the desired result. The flavours are also very tasty, hopefully you like sour stuff to if purchasing.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAlways get this stuff!!
My other half swears by this stuff so we always buy it from here. It’s really strong so when it says stick to the instructions DO SO! the caffeine is high so only take what you need. A good sized container so it’s easy to store and travel with. Cherry cola is the best, tropical is okay, bubble gum is a bit too sweet.

What a difference this stuff makes!
I usually don’t write reviews so soon but this has worked really well for me. I was becoming slightly demotivated about weight lifting (been going for 3 months now) but this has really got me buzzing about going again. I usually complete my weight lifting workouts in 35-45 minutes (30 second rest max between sets so intense) but since using this, I still complete the same workout but at the end I want to keep lifting more. Now my workouts last 60-75 minutes and I can feel the difference the increased workout has had. This stuff is basically liquid electricity that really charges you up. I use it at 5.30pm-5.45pm, workout at 6.15pm, and sleep isn’t affected (maybe because I’m training so much harder than normal which actually leaves me with a better sleep than before).

Maybe other pre workouts are the same but I’m sticking to this because it works.

I mix it with the protein shake. It adds a tangy flavour and makes my strawberry protein shake taste like a slightly tangy yoghurt. It’s nice.

Love ABE tropical.. found the icy effect strange!
Wasn’t sure what the icy effect was going to be like.. feels like you’ve swallowed an ice cube or have mint stuck in the back of your throat..
The flavour is excellent though, and the pre workout hits the mark for me perfectly.
I won’t buy an icy flavour again, will stick to the normal flavours! But love ABE pre workou

    Great taste
Taste is really excellent. You could just drink this as a normal drink it’s that good. 200mg of caffeine so maybe a little lower than some of the others? But it’s fine. It’s like drinking a prime energy or similar to a can of monster. Main selling point is the taste it’s genuinely really nice

    Great basic pre workou
Great taste on the tropical flavour, gives you a ton of energy for the gym and is quick and easy to use by simply mixing in water. Good quality ingredients and gives you the tingles to know its working!

    Best Pre-Workout I've Had In A While
I’ve been going from pre-workout to pre-workout for a little while trying to find a good one, and I think I’ll be sticking with ABE for a while. For starters it actually tastes really good, unlike all of the others I’ve been using. The effects are also good without being too harsh. I used to sell Applied Nutrition products through my business when they first launched in the 2000s and its nice to see they’ve grown into such a big company now and seem to make some of the best products currently on the market. Will probably give their protein a go next.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt definitely works
This is a pretty good pre-workout however if you are sensitive to caffeine then this may not be for you, if definitely makes me feel itchy but it works really well, I can go further in my workouts. The taste is very sour but if you chug it down its not so bad

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDecent value for money, but mainly for beginners.
It’s a decent pre workout for the most part, you get what you pay for. Nowhere near the kick as some other pre workouts, but it is cheap, you can still feel it, but effects seem to disappear relatively quick afterwards. Good if you’re new to pre workouts but wouldn’t bother if you’re a regular pre workout user or need good stimulation.

    Good Flavour, Good Value
Flavour was tasty, so was pleasant to drink and very good value for the price. I’ve used other pre workouts where I felt more of a pump but for the price this is a no brainer.

Tastes terrible but does the job
This product is way too fizzy and sweet I have to muster up the courage to drink it. But then again, my sweet tooth doesn’t exist and I haven’t consumed energy drinks in over a decade. It does the job so well though.. next time I’ll go with an unflavoured and unsweetened brand.

    Good produc
All the powder dissolves when shaken and flavour is really good and overpowering.
It also comes with a scoop so don’t worry about needing a separate one.
Overall good value for money, even though it is cheap, the product does as described and gives you that little boost at the gym.

    STRONG preworkout, amazing flavou
I am avid enjoyer of preworkout and previously purchased ABE preworkout before, I was a little hesistant in trying Sour Apple as I am not a huge sour apple flavour fan, but my firend persuaded me to order it. To my surprise I really enjoyed the flavour, is one of the best tasting pre’s I’ve had.
Thoroughly recommend all of ABE preworkout as do a very good job and flavour is amazing!!

P.S Some warning I have tried many preworkouts and all the dosing may not be the highest in this one, this pre is very strong and aggressive, on a few occassions where I have no eaten or drunk enough It’s caused my skin to go extremely hot and bright red as if your incredibly sunburnt(Slightly embarassing in public). You do not feel bad just very hot and itchy, I have learnt how to take this pre and I know my dosage and how to identify signs if feeling itchy and hot, being precautious in scoops and learning about your needs beforehand highly important!!

Not for the fair weather gym goe
I’ve tried many pre workouts ,results do vary with different products and I try to go for products with an appropriate dosage of key ingredients to maximise the value for money . ABE is a complete package with adequate beta alanine ,Theacrine and creatine and is punchy enough in terms of caffeine . It should be noted that this ,for me ,has a long and sustained effect with no side effects but it will not be appropriate for everyone , I attend a gym 1-2 hours per day ,5 days per week, while is doesn’t make me an expert it does mean that I use the product as intended for early morning sessions . For me this has no “crash” some alternatives at this price point do so If you are looking at a more predictable outcome this is it . I can’t speak to the side effects experienced by others , 1 dose in 250ml water as instructed works perfectly . Use it correctly and you will be ok , the product does come with a warning to ensure proper use , note it is not dissimilar to other pre workouts from other manufacturers so this should be seen as instructional not cautionary

Excellent taste, value for money (for experienced lifters only!)
I bought the Energy Flavour preworkout. This flavour, and this brand is the only one that legit tasted good. And by “good” I mean actually good, not “preworkout good” where a preworkout flavour is decent enough to not make me feel like chundering. This is actually a decent intraworkout sipping pre.

In terms of performance to price, for 20 quid, 15 servings of a decent dose of creatine and citrulline is probably the best value for money you will get, though you will need 2 scoops to achieve a significant effect on performance other than the beta alanine placebo anal itch, and I’m not sure everyone is comfortable with blasting 400mg of caff in one glass.

The only better performing pre you can find is probably Gorilla Mode, and honestly, unless you want to wait for a sale so you can import it for 45 quid, ABE is far better value for money. The pump formula is a decent bit above the minimum effective dose, and 2 scoops should give you 6g of creatine, which for a 210lb male like me is the recommended daily dose.

I recommend this preworkout to intermediate/advanced lifters and people with a body-mass above 190lb, as the dosage for this pre can get pretty awkward if you don’t know what you are doing
