They definitely work!
Been taking these for a good few months now and honestly feel more energetic and lively without the need for 5 coffees! My hair and nails are feeling great too, definitely moving to repeat order!
A quality product but I must have been severely depleted of something as I’ve noticed a difference in how I felt quite quickly after taking these supplements. I have more energy and my nails look amazing.
Wasn’t sure these would help but they did. I was lucky that i only suffer mild symptons but these really balanced me out and helped alot. Will continue to use.

These are good quality vitamins, quite large so not easy to swallow and this is a very expensive way to buy them. Will purchase again but on high street for half the price.
Been using centrum Vitamins for over30 years I find them very good 75yrs old very active no health problems go walking dancing play with gt grand children at the park on swing and still can go down the slide
Excellent for women above 50
I have used this product for many years. It was recommended to me by a pharmacist. I am very happy with these vitamin tablets. They are ideal for women in my age.

Easy to swallow with a glass of water, good value for money so every day use isn’t to bad, do they have a flavour? Haven’t noticed. We have the mens, womens and womens 50+ good products
I started taking these a few weeks ago and noticed a big difference in energy levels. I struggle with energy levels and going through the menopause was making things a lot worse!
I suffer from anaemia so would have preferred a higher dose instead of continuing to take an iron supplement.
I would highly recommend these to peri- menopausal women too.

Buy this item continuously. This time the bottle was not in its sealed box which was at the side of it in the outer packaging. Begs the question that it could have been tampered with. Good product generally.
Had these before but just for woman I felt much better they are smooth easy to take and definitely improved on my general health and tiredness
I’ve now ordered these as still for woman but over 50 so they should be just as good but more tailored for my needs I noticed after running out and not taking for over a month my symptoms slowly returned but I will not be keeping these in my subscription recommended
Have these delivered each month which brought the price down even more. Recommended by my local pharmacist some time ago as being a good all round multi vitamin. Have certainly made a difference to my nails which were in poor condition.

that I take vitamins to stay healthy. these work find my only complaint is the size of them but they are
all big not just this particular make. All supplements seem to come in horse size tablets.l
A friend recommended I take these to reduce the impact of menopause, as she said it stopped her hot flushes in their tracks.
I get incredibly bad RLS 2-3 times a night, despite loading up with magnesium and potassium. In the two weeks I’ve been taking Centrum – at night, just before bed – the RLS has still happened but the severity and length of spasms have dramatically reduced, giving me a decent shot at getting back to sleep! Hurrah! So I’m on Centrum for life!
