Excellent for a blistered heel I had
Excellent for a blistered heel I had plus stayed on during a hot bath I had as well. Worked 100% and I’d highly recommend it. My new trainers/walking boots hadn’t broken in and that’s what caused the blister. Helped heal it it without pain..
A MUST for Camino de Santiago
These dressings literally saved my feet. I did Camino de Santiago, and got some blisters along the way. These dressings helped me to carry on day after day, with comfort and less pain.
Brilliant, fixed my poorly toe fas
I made the mistake of using corn plasters with the acid stuff, it burned all my skin off the side of my toe.
Within 2 weeks my toe was completely healed after using these.
Best blister plasters
I had blisters on both feet that were around my little toes. They were approximately an inch wide and inch long maybe bigger. They were so painful I couldn’t walk.
I was worried that the plasters would stick but they didn’t. They were so comfortable on and healed the blisters quickly. They keep the blisters dry but covered and helps heal.
I recommend this to everyone!!
Wow!!
To say that I was blown away by this product would be a massive understatement. It’s everything that I could have possibly wanted and more. I now plan to use it even on the foot without the blister!
Saved my heels
I wore these as some shoes had rubbed my heels, then the next day even my comfy shoes were hurting me, but I was completely fine after I put these on! Handy to carry around if wearing stiff shoes
Lifesavers for happy feet!
What I love most is their slim design — they fit easily into my pocket, making them convenient for on-the-go use. The cushioning is just right, not too thick but incredibly effective. Plus, they’re discreet, so I could wear them with any shoe.
Probably anyone who is a serious walker knows about these now, but I will say it anyway.
They are great for patching up blisters on long walks – you can use them and carry on. They work brilliantly.
I also put them on preventatively before the blister forms. They work well for that too. They are sticky and have a large contact area to fix them in place so they do not come away. Basically everyone doing some serious walking/hiking should have a pack of these in reserve.
Recommend
Absolutely necessary thing in every woman’s bag! Does the job they are created for and looks like there is nothing on the top of your skin. It’s colourless and even when you are showering yourself stays on its place.
Expensive but superior protection and cure
My feet are very sensitive and I have to give up all the sandals in the world sadly. New trainers and work shoes require time to tame. This patch is minimally visible and gives good protection, indisputably superior to plasters. The only downside is that it is not cheap to use every day.
The best care for your fee
These blister plasters are just the best. Put them on clean dry affected areas and they stay in place for days, even if you keep walking. Picked up some cheaper alternatives and the plaster was hanging off within a few miles. Managed then to find some Compeed ones which protected and adhered to the same blister the others had failed on. Showering isn’t a problem either, just apply correctly and forget. Pay the extra, get the best.
Excellent produc
These blister plasters do exactly as it states on pack. Ideal for shoes that are rubbing your foot, toes it protects them and heals the blister. It stays firmly on till you take it off I always hacarry them in my handbag. Would recommend them 100%
Perhaps a dud adhesion....
I normally love Compeed, it is such a good product though quite expensive. This one for me however not so good. I had them on the back of my ankles and this time they did not stay. The adhesion perhaps had changed in some way. I will buy and try again just to be sure that it was just a dud pack.
As someone who suffers from constant blistering of the feet due to a genetic skin issue these have been a life saver for trips that require walking to avoid inconveniencing colleagues/friends.
Apply to areas that are likely to suffer prior to the journey and there is a good chance that you’ll get a bit more distance out of your long suffering feet.
They apply smoothly onto bare skin, do not latch like standard plasters and also do not wiggle free during movement.
I highly recommend.

As a customer who has purchased the Compeed Extreme Heel Blister Plasters twice now, I can say with confidence that these are a must-have for anyone who suffers from blisters. I made the mistake of wearing Doc Martens across London and ended up with some pretty bad blisters on my heels. Thankfully, I discovered these plasters and they were a game-changer.
They provided instant relief as soon as I put them on. The extra cushioning really does make a difference and I was able to wear any shoes without any pain or discomfort, even during exercise.
What I really appreciate about these plasters is that they last for several days, which means I don’t have to worry about constantly replacing them. And now, I always make sure to keep a few in my bag just in case I need them.
Overall, I highly recommend the Compeed Extreme Heel Blister Plasters to anyone who wants fast relief from blisters. They are easy to use, and have allowed me to get on with my life without any pain or issues while they heal.
The photo is from 5-days of wear. They really last.
